This is the best spot in AZ for all kinds of pipe tobacco. Mike and his family are very helpful. I travel from Chandler once a week at least for my tobacco.

They have all the oddities and all the staples! Helpful staff and genuinely kind, not snobby. Good understanding of cigar history and good pricing. Whats not to like? Humble cigars for the modern lady or gentleman.

Probably the largest selection Ive personally seen in Phoenix. Great deals and sampler packs. Really knowledge staff! If youre a beginner or really seasoned cigar smoker, they have something for you. Really nice vibe. Cool people Ill be back.

I will never return here, I went to look around in the humidor the lady working follows me in and just started suggesting a bunch of cigars was not friendly acting like I was a burden being in her f****** store so I hinted I wanted to look around to make my selection on my own and then she just continued following me around like I was going to steal something and then just basically rushed me out cause so some guy wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes. you would think youll take care of people buying your f****** cigars I will never return I prefer to go to Stags which is my number one choice at the moment Desert Rose, Cigar Warehouse or Churchills

You can always kick back and enjoy a fine cigar and meet interesting people without paying some outlandish price to be member or some bullshit like most cigar lounges around the valley. Cigar Inn is a great location for enjoying a cigar and company very friendly people. The cigar lounge has many comfortable chairs. The humidor is quite large and has a very good selection cigars that anyone from the novice to the expert can enjoy.

Great place for a quality cigar. Very helpful staff! Wanted something close to a cuban as possible. Don Calos was highly recommended, and rightfully so. Went in to look for a gift and was told this store is not for looking around you either know what you came in for or you dont. I was told this by the old bald fat man who was very rude in my opinion. DONT USE THIS SHOP THEY ARE VERY UNFRIENDLY AND NOT GETTING MY BUSINESS EVER.

I was visiting a friend of mine in Phx and we visited a lot of B&M. The young lady here was very helpful and that could be we share a common love for the classic cuban lonsdale size of cigar. Do to that fact they carry more lonsdales than anywhere Ive found, and all good quality cigars. She was very helpful as was the older gentleman that also worked there.Wanted to get back to the shop before I had to leave town but it will be my first stop next time Im in Phx.
