I called Haute Haus and spoke to Steve. He was sickened by my experience and wanted to help make it right. He delivered a beautiful bouquet with a stunning vase (a Covid-19 special called I miss your face). How appropriate for this 2020 year. On top of all this he added more flowers to make up for another persons failure. If I could give more stars, I would! My husband worked with Steve to create a special anniversary arrangement and it was absolutely stunning! I received so many compliments from co-workers as I enjoyed the flowers on my desk all week. The flowers are still going strong at home this weekend too! Everything about the arrangement seemed more luxurious and upscale than your average florist. The arrangement itself was the perfect balance of rustic but modern (exactly what I like) and the small touches like a nicer card and thoughtful branding took it up a notch. The pricing was comparable to other florists I have used, but you would never know it given how much of an upgrade this was from the status quo. I have found my new florist! Thank you, Steve!

Steve did an amazing job creating my wedding arrangements. I did not give him very specific requests, mostly just inspiration photos and ideas. What he came up with was all I could have hoped for!
