If I could give them a Zero Stars I would. They have the worst customer service! All they do is sell phones & accessories. They Will Not help you with any type of problems you may have with your phone service, insurance claims, account questions, etc.

Dont shop there bought a simple mobile phone an they gave me a refurbished phone without telling me, charging port was broken tried to return it ..they didnt return phone .......scam company

Had an issue with the compatibility of the phone that I purchased. Store worked with me, and was very helpful. At the end they were very flexible and allowed me to return it although that is not standard policy!

They can hook you up with more than the one service other locations that can only provide one. Most will sell you a new phone saying they cant fix it. But they dont fix anything not even a broken screen.And have more accessories. It is the most complete stop you can find in Phoenix.

Horrible customer service I bought a new 260 phone from them and tried to return it the phone was 4 days old come to find out they cant take the phone back because I didnt have the cover box to the phone I had the box it came in just not the box of what company it was with on top of that I wasnt even gonna get a full refund they were taking away like 120 bucks to even return the phone to return the phone I was going to get back 104$ even tho I paid 260 for it crazy right all in all just a bad experience you figure theyd help a customer out in a time in need during this pandemic and they couldnt do anything because of a dumb box

Great service and they had the phone in stock that everyone else was out of.

I bought unlocked smart phone from them since I was going outside US for a vocation. Five months later, immediately afer I updated the software, phone showed: .unfortunately phone stopped and since then I have not been able to send or receive any calls. I called Samsung as the man in the store told me there is one year Samsung warranty on the phone. But after more than five calls, they told me the phone IMEI number. is not registered in United States so they are not able to do anything. Seems he is ordering his phones online from China or wherever without telling buyers that they will not able to fix their phones in US .
