Bryan’s attitude towards myself and my wife today was absolutely disgusting. We came to make a simple payment, but were treated as outcasts instead. If my memory serves me, which it does, his exact words were “They’re here to make a payment in person and I don’t know why 🙄”We are totally capable of operating the self-pay machine, but without exact change we decided to ask a representative; unfortunately, that representative was Bryan. After he passed us to another rep, Julius, he continued helping other customers - minus the attitude and ‘holier-than-thou’ persona.Thank you, Julius, for showing us the same level of respect we showed you during our transaction - it definitely does not go unnoticed. I think Bryan could learn a thing or two from your professionalism and ability to work with a variety of customers regardless of their physical appearance and/or demographics.
I needed to add my mom who also had a Verizon account onto my Verizon account. Jade and Jocelyn were amazing. I was concerned about her trading in her iPhone 7 and upgrading her phone and making sure she didnt lose any information on her old phone. Jade had everything covered. Jocelyn was very helpful in getting my mom the right phone and plan to fit her needs. I always come to this store, even though they arent the closest to me, because they know what theyre doing and have always been extremely helpful.
The people who work here will mess your phone up and do what ever they can to avoid fixing there mistakes and the manager himself wont do nothing to fix any issue or help your better off going to t-mobile f.u. verizon the guy who works here messed my brand new phone up and they refuse to do anything to fix it or replace it so now Im getting a lawer. The store manager will come up with ever excuses he can to say its not there fault and theres nothing they can do but then they try hard as heck to make me buy a new phone after they messed mine up and then would not even offer a discount and try to make you buy the most expensive phone that have. And 2 of these reviews on here from this store are actually employed there I just notice the girl that made a review is actually 1 of the reps at the store man thats sad

Great place and great service. Daré provided one on one assistance when I needed to pay off my old phone, get security new phone, a new case, new screen protector, new charger, and a better phone plan with insurance. Ill continue being a Verizon customer as long as this level of service remains and pricing stays reasonable.
I dont know how the get a 5 srar rating. I was there this afternoon and even though I told them I was interested in a new phone, I waited quite a while, before I decided to leave. There were at least 2 agents that didnt seem to be doing anything, but still they didnt come over to help or say well be with you in a moment... nothing. I wont be going back

Fast friendly service. Had a minor issue with my phone that I could not fix. Technician/salel person kne exactly what to do, . .I was out the door in 3 mins with all my issues solved.
Waited over an hour and a half to be helped just to switch one phone to a new phone. Ridiculous... there was 4 employees just standing around. One was helping someone and that was it.

I have been getting the run around since the day before yesterday. I went to several locations and been dismissed. After speaking with customer service, they could not honor what we were told even after they confirmed twice that they had a made two separate mistakes on their behalf.
EXCELLENT Customer Service at this store!!! I would recommend it to everyone. I had several issues dealing with the store at AZ Mills and the Baseline Store manager, Clint was the only person at Verizon who cared enough to help investigate all the issues. He gave me guidance and helped Verizon keep a happy customer. After he helped solve the issues he introduced me to Pablo a representative who assisted in an upgrade for two phones. Pablo was knowledgeable, honest and charming. I was ready to switch to AT&T and Clint and Pablo saved this customer. I hope any extra bonuses that Verizon gives out takes care of these two workers. Im in HR and I would hire both of them in a heartbeat!!!

Went to this store today to upgrade my phone from galaxy s6 to iPhone 7 plus, I was helped by Jonathon who did a great job. I asked a ton of questions and tried out multiple phones while jonathon was patient with me and answered all of my questions and helped me to make a big decision. 5 stars for great customer service next time I go back Ill ask for the same guy to help me out again
Great customer service - this location is well staffed! Its a busy store and its the first time I didnt have to wait 20+ minutes at a Verizon. My issue was handled promptly in store and I am 100% satisfied.
Bought a note 10+ 5g and was suppose to receive a mail in rebate due to sales promotions. The rebate never arrived when I go to store to ask information about it they told me I was past the deadline, so Im out a couple hundred dollars

Do not use this Verizon store. Go anywhere but here. I came in not happy with my new phone. They could not replace it since I had owned it too long but to make up for my dissatisfaction the rep gave me a free HUM device neglecting to tell me there was a monthly charge for it. Only found this out when receiving my monthly bill. Do not use this Verizon location.

During my in store purchase Ben provided friendly service... When I called the store to ask an employee a question about the phone I purchased that had an offer attached to it she was less than helpful. She rushed me off the phone, she had a terrible attitude. She actually provided misinformation according to the representative who I spoke to on live Verizon chat. I prefer not to deal with this store in the future, because as friendly as Ben while he was helping me I look back and feel like it was a rush to a sale. Hardly much time to think about the promotion they offered in store and online. I do have 14 days to return the phone which Im considering because the employees were not providing valid information.
A wonderful experience away from home, the staff was attentive, kind and competent. Rosie took my call and was courteous, and knowledgable. The salesman, (gonna?) was beyond knowledgable on current promotions, he and his coworker assisted us in making the best decision for our new device. The environment was clean and the selection was satisfactory. I definitely recommend this store today. Maybe it was a different staff that brought negative reports in the past, or maybe people only post when there are problems. Either way, our experience today was A+ and we would recommend this store and staff to anyone based on our above and beyond level of service received.
Refuses to accepted my password And when I go to the store, I am treated with DISREPECT. Refuse to seat down to talk face-to-face -- I am in a wheelchair and looking up is next to torture, painful. They will never look at me. Makes me feel like a bug. Observe same behavior with other customers. Sorta like they will be fired if not constantly looking for a new customer--ever after the doors are locked.

Absolutely awful...probably spent 500 plus $ and the phones wouldnt activate, they put the screen protectors on crooked and with bubbles. The phones required new sim cards and 2 extra hours of wait time another day. After a week, both screen protectors cracked and store is refusing to replace them.

I hate this damn company they have charged my account but said it didnt go through but money was missing from my account. They charged a roommate of mine twice and she almost didnt get her money back. I would not recommend Verizon to anyone

This has to to be the worst mobile store Ive ever visited. I asked three different reps the same question on the Google Pixel phone, and received three different answers. I once came in to ask a question about my upgrade and was laughed at by the staff. I had to file a complaint with Verizon. When I needed my upgrade I took my business to the Chandler location just outside the mall. Best customer service at that location. They actually talk to you like they care and they know about their products and promotions.They even walked me out of the store and held the door open for me. I will never visit this location on Baseline again.

This store is a great example of why people dont want to deal with VZW (Or AT&T for that matter). The people were not only rude but didnt know how to do the basics of their job. They assumed I was not the account holder and demeaned my girlfriend when she tried to ask a question. Had they checked their system they could have easily verified the information. Instead they were just rude and lied. I quick call to VZW and we were able to get the correct information that the store said was impossible. Save yourself the hastle and insult, and call Verizon or go online rather than go into this store.

I had the most horrible 3 1/2 hour experience here yesterday. And I agree, the manager is a gutless wonder. He was helping me with an unusual situation, and he left while I was on the phone with customer service, and never said a word. He is such a worm. And the issue was never resoloved, like I was promised by a manager with customer support.
Disappointed after a visit there today to set up a i pad- I was told they were unable to set up the i pad because it was incompatible with verizons system. Went to 16th and C back and they put in a verizon sim card and all is well. Staff needs more education.
This place sucks. Demanded a phone I ALREADY GAVE THEM THREE MONTHS PRIOR in order to upgrade. Knowing that the rep before entered the wrong serial code 3 months back, instead of getting it corrected or calling corporate or tech support they gave me the ultimatum of paying $240 for the phone I ALREADY TURNED IN, or waiting 7 months to upgrade my husbands phone. Alfonso the manager did nothing to help us but give us the ultimatum and did nothing to try to rectify or keep us as customers. I called tech support at corporate and fixed it within 15 mins. I filed a complaint with corporate, hope you never get into management again.

This is one of the Verizon stores I am really dont care to ever going to unless I absolutely have to. Too many times Ive walked in here and had to argue with the workers on crappy products they sold and try to defend in their inability to work. Customer service is lackluster and moves along like a snail. Also too many times Ive been even forgotten even though are signed in when I showed up

Called and asked about getting a replacement device though insurance. I was told to come down to the store to see what they could do. When I talk to the guy at the counter he tells me that all insurance claims are done over the phone. Why did the staff tell me to waste my time and drive for 20 min to their location?
