I need a Refund of $35 for a payment via Cash App paid. that was never applied to my account. I went to the store twice and the lady that helps in the front counter refuses to return my money. I no longer need their services I can handle my account Online and I want No store credit. I want my money back! ($35)

I dont recomend this place at all!!! I took my iphone had a problem with the touch i paid $65.00 .. They gave it to me the third day nd when i got home the cell had the same problem i took it back waited 2 weeks they never answer the phone so i went like 4 times to check what was going on.. I finally got my phone nd was never fix .. I argue with javier cuz my cell wasnt working !! At the end they only gave me 50 dlls back... Onlg wasted my time dont go there !!!

Bought a bran new samsung galaxy s4. two days later it doesnt want to charge only while the phone was off. Took the phone to the store when they told us they would check the phone if they could fix it they would and if it was something else wrong with the phone they would send it back to the phone provider and it would take about three days. . .okay so three days pass call the store they tell me itll be ready at 4pm tomorrow go in the next day pick up the phone that is supposable ready to go and no once i turn on the phone it turned off i talk to the bigger set short guy in there that says hes the owner about getting my money back or getting another phone while he fixes my brand new phone. so he hands me a green disposible phone...! this upset me so much bacause if he was the owner he would apoloigize not sit there and argue with me and then hand me a $10 value phone when i paid almost $300 for my phone!!!!!! i looked for some kind of business license to see if i could talk to someone else because this guy was obvisly NOT the owner and was getting me no help. today will be about a week with out my phone with all the run arounds these people have gave me very poor poor service. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone looking for good costumer service!!!!

We brought in a phone to be flashed and they told us 20-30 minutes. Almost three hours later they gave us the phone and said we had internet, pictures and unlimited text. As we were leaving they tried to over charge us by $10. The phone was not taking pictures or nor was the internet working, yet they charged us for it. Also when I called to tell them about the issues they said it was not from the flashing, yet the phone worked great befor the flashing. The owner is there only a few hours a day and not that easy to track down when you have an issue.And the flashing warrenty is only 5 days! Kinda shady. And cash only.
