Worst internet service there is out there! One day I have internet then it is out for a week. Call to get it fixed and they say everything is “fine” on their end. Complete B.S. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Absolutely love Triad Wireless. Weve had them for 3 years and had excellent customer service, better prices than we could get with any other competitor and had better service than with the other provider we had out here. We are very remote and its nice to have service comparable to in town. We stream, work from home and our kids game. We have had very few service interruptions and only occasional drops. We love Triad. They have done a ton for the community as well.

Living roughly 15 minutes west of the 303 I wouldnt necessarily call my location remote, and even in this location far closer to the City than most I am still provided with some of, if not the worst service I have ever experienced. While being promised at least 200Ms internet I rarely receive more than 3, in fact after numerous tests I can say that my average net speed is .3 Download and .07 upload. Speeds like this completely destroy any chance I have of getting any work done and have lost many business opportunities in this dumbfoundingly slow internet. I implore everyone who may be considering their services to please find a different option, be it through a hotspot box or even starlink, do not fall for this scam.

The internet speed isnt bad for the price and its nice that it services us since were so rural. However, the reliability is horrible. When it works its great but it goes down for a few hours at a time frequently and then theres times when its down for days and I have to call. I have had to call at least once a month and it goes down for a few hours at least once a week. The first time I called it was because software on my antenna didnt automatically update for some reason. Another time was because they had to swap ports. The rest its just been huh thats weird or not sure why it went down.

Great service. just got them installed, they promise you certain speeds but are generous when congestion is low. i get 75 mbps at midnight when they say 25. picture is right now at 10 am.

Service started great and has steadily declined. No internet, sporadic internet. No returned calls even after repeated calls to them. Someone was supposed to come out and upgrade our antenna, they never showed, never called and when we called them, they blamed it on one guy. Still waiting for that upgrade. Shop around and use Someone else.

Its a shame when a company earns lower stars because they literally start calling to hound you for money only a day after the due date of the bill. And its not even like the wireless service is spectacular, because it is incredibly spotty. Such a shame to not have any other options in the area I live....

I love triad. Every time we have an issue they are at our house before we can call them. We live in the middle of nowhere and still have great service. I couldnt be any more happier about them. Its 8 at night and they are currently fixing our internet because the huge storm knocked our tower off the roof. Im pretty sure the manager has my family on speed dial. I recommend them to everyone I can.

Promised 25 mbps of service with no downtime. Rarely get 4. Typically under 1 during peak hours. Rude and unresponsive customer service and little to no communication when maintenance occurs.

Don’t do business with this company, there internet is always down, they have no automation all billing is done without software. They are under investigation for falsifying company info for the payroll protection program. The owner Rory personally hired me as a 1099 worker without overtime & then registered me as full time with the IRS. Totally lied to me.

Horrible horrible customer service. They cancel 10 min before they are supposed to come and install. They are horribly rude on the phone multiple people got on the line without introducing them selves, To tell me they have to go they can’t talk to me because they have other customers to help? Like I’m not a customer? who paid two week before install and now they cancel install 10 min before they are supposed to be here. Then they tell me they don’t want to install anymore because of my frustration! This place does not know how to do business.

We live in a county island property close to all the new homes with choices of net providers....we only have two choices, and triad is the only one that does not require a contract. BUT.....their service SUCKS!!!! We pay 60.00 a month to watch the wheel-go-round!!! Seriously... I have called...but make sure you do it during business hours as it really throws them off when a customer expects service outside their time frame. We didn’t sign up with them rather it was Cat Mountain then they sold. If we had FAST service I would not complain... but we don’t AND I noticed they went from “unlimited” to a cap on my service. There are 85 homes out here and this company knows they have a captive audience and they sure take advantage of it with slow service, no service, and bad attitudes when you call to ask “why is my service off again?” Horrible service with attitude....who gave you five stars....the owner??? THE WORST NET COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! And you don’t even care....cannot wait until they put fiber optics in our area then it’s bye Felicia!!!!

We have had there service since January we really havent had a problem till this month they ruined my mothers day with the internet being down so my kids set-up a new conference call for today still no service ive been calling for 2 days now about my service still it times out every 5 minutes then i get to watch the hour glass thing till it loads but has no sound .They sent me a email saying i was past due it was paid on the 8th and wasnt due to the 31st i i was told when i called they would fix it and call me back but that never happened either why cant anyone due there job right and instead of lieing just give the customers what they paid for .i had to pick a star so i could leave a review but they really deserve a O

Was with them for 2 years.... fell behind one month of $20 (due to the holidays, I told them this) so when the next months bill came ... it came Early with no warning also.. they reset my due to the 15th instead of the 1st, so now my bill is $$180! Told me to pay $110 or cut service. ASked them give me two days. They refused. Zero stars!

Ive had it up to here with people being so rude over the phone as if they would act the same in person more hypocritically perhaps but the person in sales at this company is the worst person ever with customer service they used the wordsit dont matter to one of my questions and regardless of anything just by hearing that response i was disgusted by the company and all its entity!~ p.s the good reviews before me are from employees that actually work there. careful

We live out in Tonopah, where for years there have been very limited options for internet. Weve tried satellite, point-to-point, DSL, and tethering; none of which delivered over 1.5 to 3 Mbps. We switched to Triad about two years ago and never looked back! With a steady 25 to 30 Mbps, we country folks are now able to stream movies to multiple users at once, and for the first time I can interface with my home automation and security products. The missing star is an acknowledgment of their growing pains as they got established in our area, but they are very conscientious about their service. Im not sure the negative reviews are from legitimate customers, weve had great encounters with every employee weve dealt with.

Listen, I dont write reviews, so this is a first. But I gotta for Triad, lol. Weve been stuck having to deal with really bad internet in our area (where we had literally no other option) for approx. 10 years. Finally discovered Triad and found out they were offering service to our area now. We were so skeptical, but so desperate to try anyone else for net service.And honestly? No regrets about making the switch. Zero. We have been ECSTATIC about the internet service with Triad. Customer service is on top of stuff and generally quite quick to respond in the rare instances theres an issue, which is a first for us! The speed is steady and the best weve ever seen out here. Holds up perfectly for hubbys heavy online gaming and for watching things via Twitch, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc..TL;DR - Excellent service, do recommend. Two thumbs up, five star, A+++UPDATE AUGUST 2021: Upgrade your tower. Were beggin yall. Youve been saying you were gonna do it for like a year now, and parts just never seem to come in and it gets postponed - rinse and repeat. Your tech support has switched to leave a message and well get back to you and yeah, sometimes they do. Most the time we hear nothing back. (Kudos to the ones who do go the extra mile to call us back though). Yall need to hire more people. Our speeds rubberband and fluctuate so much now, its gotta be congestion at this point, I cant imagine its anything else.Please, p l e a s e(!!!!) upgrade that tower. Weve been waiting, guys. Yall could get even more money out of us if youd just upgrade it, cause weve been waiting for those higher speed brackets to come our way (and also for the congestion to clear up). Once it happens Ill change the review and tack back on those lost stars. Until then, god please, upgrade and hire more techs. I know the folks you have right now and doin their best but it feels like theyve got more on their plates than they can handle. Do something. Bueller...?
