Thankfully for me, I was able to bring my phone in to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Ahwatukee. The owner Kevin opened the phone then and there right in front of my family and was able to tell us the problem within 15 minutes!! He even said he would fix it immediately and we can come back and pick it up that afternoon. He was able to get the phone charging in less time than it took me to drive there. After such a disappointing and irritating experience at You Break I Fix, I was floored by the service and level of professionalism that Kevin at CPR Cell Phone Repair provided. I was looking for a new phone to replace the one I had just bought. I was very upset because I had just spent money on an iPhone I loved in mint condition. Due to unforeseen circumstances my phone was damaged inside from a fall. After a few hours of looking for an another phone with no luck on a price I could afford... I decided to see if it was repairable. I called a few places before I called CPR Cell phone repair in Ahwatukee. I explained the situation and the person on the phone told me that it was repairable and could be done in 10 minutes while I wait! Not only was I happy that it was repairable, but the cost was extremely fair! While I was there I decided to pick up a new battery as well. He charged me for the battery and not the installation of the battery since I was coming in for work on the phone. I am a US Army Veteran and received a discount on top of the already affordable price I was charged! Quick, Professional, great service and an awesome job on my phone! I had a problem with my iPhone the volume pair. The tech insisted he clean the ear speaker for FREE and within a minute my volume was fix. They just saved from buying a new phone. If you have a cell phone problem they are the guys to fix it at CPR.

Terrible. Could not have had a worse experience. I seriously regret ever coming here. Go anywhere else. The repair store at chandler mall is way better, better prices and trustworthy, well worth the extra drive to get it done right. Lesson learned.

Went to CPR Cell Phone Repair for help as I had inserted the wrong sim card holder into a phone and it was jammed. I was fully expecting to pay a service fee, but Kevin said on the house - come back and see us. He wouldnt even accept a gratuity. As I waited, I observed him handle the other customers with courtesy and care. What a great experience! I wont hesitate to see CPR in the future for any of my device repair needs.

We got a phone from this location.1st they didnt tell us it will be a week to get the device and that it was not instore. All products with higher memory are considered special orders.2nd the store did not give us an original box and they did not say the device was used.The box we got our device in was a box with their logo and at the price they charged us for... didnt get the headphones included nor did we receive the original charger.3rd the tech who was assisting us was NOT wearing a mask.Last they were rude when we called on the estimated date of arrival and ask if the device was in was told I told you WE will call when it is in.This store is misleading and dont lay out their cards.Two stars because the device works

These guys are. Very professional and knowledgeable about various electronics. I brought my Xbox One X in for repair. I was getting various error codes, lag, freezing. They were able to get it working properly. Unfortunately its back to having troubles starting up, lagging, and freezing again. Trying to get it started back up again as I write this.

I walked in without an appointment just thinking I would drop my phone off to see if it could be repaired. I was greeted as soon as I walked in while the tech finished helping another customer. I explained the problem, a damaged charging port, and the tech went to work immediately. I told him I would just leave the phone but he said he would try a couple of things really quick. A half hour later he was still working! He was not able to fix the problem but came up with a solution that should work. I tried to pay him for the time but he refused. He said something like now I’m a satisfied customer etc. 100% better service than I got from my provider who wouldn’t even try anything because I didn’t have insurance on the phone. I highly recommend CPR!

Sells TV boxes to stream live television under the guise it is free. I questioned the legality at first, but I found it to be legal for me to use. Not so sure for him to sell it. Then started charging for customer service all of the sudden, cussed me out for asking a question about my box. I said it was unprofessional and he said I will just block you then. I figured out the issue on my own, then he deleted my passwords to access the service. Scammer is the best thing I can describe him as.

This shop is fantastic! I went in to have my cracked screen replaced and was impressed by how quick and affordable the process was. By making an appointment online I received $10 off my purchase bringing the repair down to about $120 for my phone. It took about 15 minutes for them to swap out the cracked screen and replace it with a new one. The whole process was simple, easy, and definitely worth the price. Not only that, but from the service I was given a 30 day warranty that ensured a replacement if my phone were to be damaged in that time. In those 15 minutes I witnessed some superb customer service as the workers aided other customers. All in all the staff was very friendly and informative with phone needs! I will definitely come back if anything happens to my phone and will be sure to recommend this Tukee shop to friends and family. Thanks for the help!

I was so impressed, the next time I needed the same service, there was no question where I would choose to go....even if it meant Id have to drive from Gilbert to Ahwatukee. I had a chance to over hear service recommendations and concerns addressed to other customers who had more technical issues than mine and I was really impressed with his integrity of advise as well....and my repair was QUICK so, yeah! Finally got resolution after problems resulting from their repair. Dont feel they were forthright about the problem that started after repair, first off. Then took some verbal maneuvering to get them to make it right, which was covered in their warranty, anyway. Then had that down-deep feeling that I was being lied to regarding the root of problem. Icing on the cake, I was lectured to--like I was ignorant--when I picked it up later. Now finding that my $83.00 charge (I have the receipt) is showing up as $85.03 on my credit card. Lastly, I had to ask for their email receipt--both times--and go to great lengths to spell out my email address (even though I wrote it down on the repair paperwork). Hmmmm. All those things add up to one thing: Im trusting my gut that things about this place are not right. Id suggest going somewhere else.

My iPhone was having issues with hearing. I did what most folks would do, go where I purchased the phone, Verizon. They looked at the phone said it was clean and tried to sell me another. They also gave me the advise to go to Apple and have the phone repaired. My wife noticed a place called CPR in Ahwatukee. I decided to go there just to see what they could do. I arrived and was greeted by Kevin. I told him the issue I was having, he looked at the phone, grabbed a small tool. Within seconds I tried my phone and it worked like new. Theses guys are amazing. Forget the big box stores and save some $, go to CPR.

Kevin helped me pick out the right phone after giving me several options, got it set up for me, and the pricing was great.

Owner was nice to me when he was trying to push products on me but when it came time to use them because my screen cracked he was argumentative and didnt want to help me at all and actually walked away and went back to his room in his store. The employee was helpful but I just felt you shouldnt be nice only when you are trying to sell and then be a jerk when its time to service. I wouldnt recommend this location.

Extraordinary Service! Friendly, and Quick! I hadnt noticed this business until I was at CVS on Chandler - and its right behind the store. I have an iPhone 6 Plus - that works great, except I was frustrated that my headphone jack didnt work - and I love listening to music on planes with my noise cancelling headphones. The guys at CPR took a look, and simply removed some lint that had worked its way deep inside the jack - and now its working great again. They refused any payment - said it was simple and quick to do. Ill certainly remember these guys next time Ive got an cell phone, tablet, or other device issue. Thanks!

I went in to get my phone screen repaired, and after I had the new screen put on, I was concerned that the new display was more saturated than I was used to. Kevin was really helpful and knowledgable in explaining why their was a difference, and worked with me to find a different screen replacement that I felt more comfortable with. I was honestly one of the best experiences with customer service I have had!! I felt like my concerns were being taken seriously and that he really cared about making sure that I was satisfied with my replacement.
