I am very dissatisfied with the service and quality. We got new floors and baseboards throughout the house in early August and they still are not finished. The corners of the baseboards are a natural wood color while the remaining is white. Some of the baseboards are not sealed. We have a toilet in the master that was not sealed correctly. I’ve reached out to the sales rep multiple times with no response. The set completed date was 8/7/21. I’ve asked for a lead installer to come and see for themselves and I just get the same crew coming back to ‘try’ and fix what’s wrong. There was glue left over the floors. The luxury vinyl was pulled up when they removed the refrigerator and was told they could get a piece to replace it and still no word back. Didn’t receive any extra vinyl for situations like those. The floors were not even cleaned after the job was so-called finished. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

This a photos of my 2 year old carpet from Express flooring, not caused by moving furniture but from installation issues. A carpet expert from them stated as soon as he saw it, that its defective. After that, I havent been able to speak to anyone that will take action on the claim. I was told by a receptionist to have it cleaned an submit a receipt before they would submit the claim, the rep from zerorez laughed and told me he would be ashamed to take my money to clean it, that the pattern of the ripples proved it was definitely a carpet quality and installation issues as did their own rep, but beware, because needless to say no one will contact me or answer my calls to resolve this huge problem!!

Express Flooring is simply amazing. Stop looking and call them now. We called them on a Saturday, had an appointment with an estimator that Tuesday. The estimator (I think it was Jeff?) was on time, professional, friendly and brought EXACTLY the type of flooring I wanted. He explained everything, gave me an estimate that was totally reasonable and fair and installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Josh and Jeremy showed up on time, with all the tools and product. They explained everything, were super professional and extremely talented. They had to level the floor so there was a slight change to the price (but that was very well explained by Jeff in advance so I knew it was a possibility). And they were done installing by the end of the day. They cleaned up the area and I am SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT. I have been dealing with so many contractors lately who delay, don’t show up, or can’t find labor… I am so impressed with express flooring and look forward to using them again.

The entire experience, from the sales rep to the installers was exceptional. The quality is terrific and the installers were the best. No breaks, no cellphones, just a beautiful job. We hired Express Flooring at the suggestion of our Kohler designer who knew a guy and could get us a great deal on tile for our bathroom remodel. We chose to do tile in primary bathroom and extra bathroom upstairs. The setter that came didnt cover anything and spilled concrete and grout all over our stairs and left a mess by the outside gate where he mixed. However, that really is not our issue. The setter broke both toilet valves over-tightening them and reset our primary toilet incorrectly and we woke up the next morning to our living room ceiling having water coming through and all over our downstairs laminate flooring. Thirty plus calls later and nothing has been done. We had to hire mitigation and reconstruction group ourself and are having to pay the deductible to our homeowners insurance. Yes they will subrogate it. The real problem is that the setter did a horrible job cutting and setting the tile and we have a crack in one of the tiles and it needs to be replaced. And after over 30 calls we cant get anyone out here to fix it even though our contract reads that they guarantee the work. This has all happened in the last three weeks. We started with a shower remodel and now our house is a catastrophe. I have filed with the BBB and starting the complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.This company hired a sub-par tile setter and does not even back up their work or damages caused to our house. We are over $8,000 in damages as we speak and three weeks in to trying to return our downstairs to normal.I advise not do business with this company ever!

Our experience with Express Flooring in Phoenix was absolutely horrible. The installation of our upstairs carpet seemed to go smoothly but soon afterwards we noticed that our floor was squeaking and crackling in many places. Our previous carpet and padding did not make any such noises. There was little doubt that the padding was either deficient or inferior. We specifically asked the sales person that we wanted the best padding possible. He assured us that we would get their most premium padding. After the installation and when we realized we received an inferior product, we started to try to contact Express Flooring. It took over a month after multiple attempts for someone to call us back. They scheduled a person to come take a look at it and after a couple of no shows, we finally had someone take a look at the carpet and padding. The first person to come by was utterly useless. He was utterly indifferent to our concerns. He just cut a little piece of padding from a corner and left. When we didnt hear back from the company after the visit, I called customer service multiple times and asked for a manager to call us back. When we did finally talk to someone, the excuses were laughable. They did make a second and third visit to examine the carpet and padding after we pressed them enough. However, there was no resolution. So we basically paid $6000 for a decent carpet and very crummy padding. We will most likely go to another company now to come and rip up the carpet and install much better padding. So, in short, I would strongly recommend staying away from Express Flooring. Dont be fooled by their slick advertising!

They did a neat and clean job. They came right on time and completed the activity as promised. The representative who came to inspect our house gave good recommendations on the flooring for us to choose. Good team and Quick and efficient!

Very good pricing, love the lifetime warranty. Easy to work with, good installers and installed in a couple days. This is the 5th time I have used them and will continue to get all my floor from them.

I had 6 rooms floored in a matter of 3 days all while working from home. The Express Flooring Team was very flexible in doing the rooms I needed done first in order to accommodate my work schedule. They tucked all the supplies away neatly at the end of each day and were back to pickup where they left off the next morning. I am satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone needing quality flooring at low cost.

If I could have given a 0 or negative rating I would have to better reflect my view on Express flooring.Things that I liked: I liked the tile I picked (from a very very limited selection) and the initial visit with the salesman was good. He gave 3 day installation estimate (however I do recognize that he should not have made any estimates as he is not an installer).Communication and tardiness was the worst with the installers and all the customer service reps I dealt with. The first day 6/9/2 the first installers arrived within the window given. Every other day, they were late. 6/10/21 almost 4 hrs late, 6/11/21 over 4 hrs late, 6/12/21 less than 1/2 hour late, 6/13/21 3.5 hrs late, 6/14/212 hrs late, 6/15/21 I didnt bother asking anymore. The workers said it would be completes by Sunday 6/13/21. That came and went by 9:50pm 6/14/21 they finished after tiling and grouting the same day and tried to put the furniture back despite the contracting stating Tile must remain free from foot traffic for 12 hours after initial tile installation and 12 hours after grouting.I tried to get the boss and person that spoke English to my house to show him what needed to be fixed and he said he would come but never did. Instead he texted from a new number at 8pm that night asking when he could come pick up the signed paper stating I was completely satisfied with with flooring and installation. I refused to sign as I was completely dissatisfied.The overall state of my house the workers left it in was unacceptable. They got grout and thinset all over the walls, my door, my front walkway, my yard. And I will be cleaning the dust they left for months. I will have to repaint one of the rooms as I am unable to clean everything from the walls.The quality of install was horrible (proven by the fact a new team had to come in and replace tiles---they said they had to order 10 boxes with 6 pieces each so 60 different tiles, and there may be more needed as the second set of workers are on day 2 of their work).Trying to work directly with Express flooring to get my installation completed was the worst experience of my life. If I could go the rest of my life without dealing with Express flooring I would be grateful, unfortunately I know I will have to deal with them again when my floors need to be replaced or repaired. The people I worked with include, but is not limited to the following: Heather, Cali, Cory, Mike, Robert, Bob, Kylie, Araceli, Henry, Lisa Paige. Lisa and Mike were the worst and really didnt care and also disconnected the call. Cali was great because she actually asked what the issues were before trying to pass me off. I was told at least 5 times someone would call me back and no one did.I have even reached out to the CEO Steven Silvers and have not heard back at this point.The quality of installation is horrible. I had two areas, 1 smaller area which is the family room and a larger area (front room plus formal dining area). The workers spent 5 to 6 days on the larger area and there was plenty of time between tiling and then grouting. The second smaller area they completed tiling and grouting the same day. The smaller area is completely uneven. The pictures I have added to my review are the pictures that I took to show how much tile had to be replaced. I also have many pictures I took each day to show the progress that are timestamped.I have yet to get get a sincere apology and I regret not going with a smaller company. Please please please, save yourself the time and stress and use someone else.

Claire was our designer and Jose our installer. They both did an excellent job on our wood flooring. It looks beautiful and I highly recommend express flooring.

Express Flooring - so bad I don’t know where to start.1. Ignore the adds, coupons and special offers, they mean nothing. They will take for all you all they can get. So know up-front what you’re willing to pay for by square footage. The sales people will offer you many fake discounts and then negotiate the highest price they can get you to pay. My quote was literally “Something under 20k” A ridiculously high price to get me to negotiate down.2. No respect for property. They made no attempt to cover or protect my home from dust, even when I supplied the sheets and coverings. Used no vacuums when grinding. See pictures. I spent 4 days cleaning everything (walls, all clothing, drawers and contents, every appliance, nick-nack, etc). Dumped concrete water in my flower beds killing everything in it. Stole food from the freezer. I needed slight repairs afterwards, but refused to let them back in my home, opting to do it myself.3. I could not communicate my concerns with the workers; we spoke different languages, and they wore no protection for their eyes, ears or lungs. Judging from the thickness of the concrete dust, they will have breathing issues.To be fair they did a good job on the floor, but a true professional would not have neglected my property, themselves or the customer with such indifference. Find someone else and protect yourself, or if for no other reason than to protect workers from exploitation. The least they could have done was insist they wore PPE.

I did my kitchen and bathroom floors. They look incredible. They moved everything in the kitchen, and put the refrigerator and separate freezer unit in a place where they were plugged in. The crew was outstanding, and I can’t believe I waited so long to have new very needed floors. Express Flooring was kind enough of supply me with a generous amount of extra tiles. I plan to have them come back and do my hallways next.

Other places quoted 4-6 weeks out, Express flooring met our timelines with top notch quality tile installation with Sergio & his wife! Our project wasn’t easy and they worked hard and did an impeccable job with such great communication and always smiling! Express customer service team, scheduling team and sales rep Darren did amazing as well. Our carpet comes later this week per our request but we’re sure it will be amazing (1 day to install). Offer GREAT financing deals!

Express flooring provided me very good customer experience. Last week they had to fix our carpet that was installed in 2018 through them and the customer rep Kathy made our process so easier and faster. The technicians did a good job and showed on time. Even in 2018, they installed our carpet in 3 bedrooms and their variety of carpets in reasonable pricing was impressive. It was all setup and installed in less than 3days at the time. I would highly recommend Express flooring for carpet installation.

Carpet is great. It looks good and feels nice. Installation was efficient and professional. Sales was low pressure and they worked with me on requested order changes.

GREAT experience. Sales rep brought sample floor tiles to my home on a Friday. The carpet was removed from our home office and beautiful, gray wood grain, porcelain tile was laid the following Monday in just 3 hours. It looks fantastic.

Terrible service. Save yourself money and hire anyone else, hell you yourself could do a better job. My floors are trashed after hiring express flooring. All transitions are pulling up and causing tripping hazards less than 2WEEKS after installation. I have called every day since and have been ignored and no call returned. The vinal does not go wall to wall and there are several 1 inch gaps alln over. The floor isn lifting in several spots. Oh and they completely broke our closets while installing. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Express Flooring dod a excellent job installing my carpet and tile.We did have an issue with the carpet in the master bedroom. The seam didn’t match up. I called Express Flooring they were back out in a week and replaced the carpet in the master bedroom. Great product and fantastic service.

Express Flooring has great quality carpet at great prices. I would really give them 4.5 stars, if I could. The only thing that would need some improvement would be to have a larger selection of carpet styles/colors. Everything else was great though, including the sales rep (CJ) that came to our house. He was very patient and even came back a second time so I could compare carpet samples from other places. I would recommend Express Flooring for anybody that needs good, quality carpet installed within a week.

We had a very tight turn around time needed for our new carpet, Express and the team came in time to meet our deadline, we’re very quick and even moved the furniture which was amazing!

Angel Escobedo came and repaired my laminate flooring. He did an excellent job and it looks great. He came back the next day and replaced the furniture. I am very happy with the work he did.

The sales rep was prepared with samples of the type of carpeting I wanted in the colors I wanted, and selection was easy. The installers were fast, efficient, and friendly. The installers removed the old carpet quickly and neatly. The carpet looks and feels great with no seams or ragged edges at the walls or doorways. The did a great job cutting and fitting the carpet into the closet in one continuous piece from the bedroom area.When Im ready to have more carpet installed I will definitely call Express Flooring again.

I needed new carpet fast. I called on Friday, had an appointment on Saturday and the carpet was installed Tuesday. That is Express Flooring! Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. Luis, our installer, did an outstanding job and was very friendly. He removed the carpet that was bought from and installed by Baker Bros and did a better job installing our new carpet than Baker Bros. We paid half the price with Express Flooring and received better service. I have already told my friends and family that if they need new flooring they should call Express Flooring.

I see all the good reviews but sadly this is not the experience my parents have had. To start, they were late on the day they started, the man doing the work had to leave to go get his co worker to come help and HE NEVER CAME BACK. He claimed to have the wrong number but did not call his boss to get the correct one? My father called and was told he would text him to find out where he was…no one called back. My father then called the next morning to find out IF they were coming back to finish the job. This has been a ridiculous and unprofessional experience from the beginning and this is not a business we will recommend. Today they showed up late again and stayed for 2 hours and did not finish when they said they would.

The installers showed up on time and quickly started by moving the furniture out. The master bedroom is quite large and it is all very heavy wood. The guys knew exactly how to easily dismantle the bed frame and slide it all out of the way to begin demo of the old carpet. Once complete everything was put back in its original position and we now have new, soft great looking carpet. Thanks much!

Saw express flooring at the home show and remembered how happy I was with the installation! Corey was a pleasure there and will call him once I’m ready for to put floors in my rental!

Contractors were very good they came in and went straight to work did not stop till they were done. Love my floors what a difference.sales person was patient and very helpful. The only issue I had was scheduling for floors to be put in I had to call a week after the sales person left to see when they were going to start. No one had called me to see what the delay was or when the floor was going to be started.

It took a little bit longer to install then expected. Weather was the culprit for the delay. My floor looks amazing! The installer worked alone and got it done. He should be very proud of the workmanship he did. I couldnt be happier! Thank you.

Im extremely disappointed with the lack of care shown by the installers, especially for the amount of money that I paid. They damaged my walls and scratched my stair rail in several places. They also left a mess, both inside and outside of my home. Not only will I never use or recommend Express Flooring to friends and family, but I will encourage everyone to use someone else, unless you want to spend several hours cleaning up and repairing your home. Never again!!!

I hired them to replace the flooring in my front room that has a pool table in it. I was quoted $300.00 for them to move the pool table, which I paid. When the installers came, they had no equipment to move the table, they tried to just lift it up which is virtually impossible to do. So eventually they (with my assistance) just slid the table to one side of the room, did the flooring, and then slid the table to other side. Theyve call me twice to ask how they did, I asked specifically what material the new flooring is made of so I could care for it (its not listed on the invoice or receipt), they said theyd have to check and call me back...and I also told them about the pool table situation, again someone will call me back. Still havent heard back. Dont think Id recommend them.**UPDATE 9/3/2021** someone from Express Flooring did reach out to me regarding my review and my experience. They refunded the $300.00 I was charged for the pool table move and also sent me a cleaning kit for the floor.

I paid for installation of flooring for my entire house. They came out when they said they were going to come out and did well with the floor installation, except they werent able to install the transition strips. The installer said they would come out later that week to install. It had been almost a month now. I have called their customer service 10 times to get it scheduled. They keep saying they will have someone call me to complete it. No one ever calls me back. Poor customer service, unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for the flooring.

We had carpet installed in our bedrooms. The whole experience was good and the workmanship of the installers was excellent. Minor issue with scheduling the install date as we had to postpone installation after purchase while awaiting completion of some other work in the home but overall we are satisfied with the carpet and installation.

I would recommend Express Flooring to anyone. We had a group of guys, they came and finished the job with no problems. I might use them for my kitchen floor. I only has my front-room and living-room done and it looks beautiful. There were differnt groups each day. Both were professional .Way to go guys!

NOT THE BEST BUT THE WORST flooring experience. You will save a ton of money and hassle if you go through home depot or lowes.Express never follows up with calling back - you never speak to the same person. They promise call backs and never return your call. We gave them dates 1 month in advance and they don’t send someone out until 1pm on our set date-which means for those of us that need to take time off you had to take off the whole day since they can’t guarantee a time.The flooring was done but baseboards looked terrible after and there was a gap in between. They say they have a “finishing team” who re-caulk all the edges after the vinyl plank flooring but that never happened and we had to do the re caulking ourselves. They promised a 2 day job but didn’t finish until a week later but only after 7 phone calls to the company and managers.The team they sent out speaks no English so if you don’t speak Spanish you would never get any direct communication during your install or be able to ask questions to the crew. Lucky for me I speak Spanish and found out the company didn’t even have my transition pieces in stock before the install that was booked a month previous!The 1 star is for the sales guy (who even though sold us on promises that weren’t kept) was friendly and the crew who did a good job with minimizing dust/debris during the process. Horrible customer service and no surprise but the managers Craig nor Cathy never called to follow up on my complaint and request for discount.

SO happy we chose to work with Express Flooring. From the start I had a very particular vision of what style and color of carpeting I wanted - Henry Jaffe took the time to look at photos and help me find the perfect carpet. When it came time to order, the process was super easy and simple. Once we were ready for install, the team arrived promptly on the scheduled day and you could tell that they really wanted to make sure that they did a professional job. The gentleman in charge brought up a few things he noticed while laying the padding - this helped us get the best install. He also had a positive and focused attitude - that ensured us yet again that we went with the right company. Finally, I was so impressed that Henry Jaffe followed up at the end to make sure that we were happy with the process and installation. Talk about exceeding expectations. So thankful we went with Express!

Express set us up for an installation Friday June 11th. The guy that did so made it seem like he was doing us the biggest favor in the world. Told my girlfriend about 3 times “That’s a very popular day. We have a lot of installs that day but I was able to get you in.” Come Friday she gets a voicemail saying that the installation was canceled for no reason. They told her “we are calling to reschedule for the missed appointment.” I work from home and was here all day. When she finally spoke to them, they told her they are going to provide us a refund of $150. Imagine that, paying a company $1700 for them to offer you less than 10% back for the inconvenience. Then they told her that they would have someone there first thing Saturday morning. So now all of our plans for Friday were shifted and we had to make arrangements to change all of our plans for Saturday morning. It’s now Saturday, and no installer has arrived or called. She called 3 times and finally after the third they tell her that the installer had a flat tire. It is now mid day 4 hours after the window time they said the installer would arrive, and he finally arrives. However the installer would not answer my girlfriends calls or texts. She’s pregnant and had to step out in the heat to figure out that the installer was just basically wandering around looking for out condo. This was the worst experience ever. More than likely will not be doing any business in the future with express flooring because they are most certainly not the best like they advertise.

I was going to give my experience 4 stars. The installation was delayed a day because it was raining. However, Devin was so awesome on the phone with me and got a crew out here first thing today. This crew was amazing! They got here at 9:00 and were finished by 11:30. The end result is beautiful! Thank you to Neil, Devin, Juan and your crew!

Very disappointed!!! I used them for my personal hose twice and referred them to other friends and never had an issue but their commercial department has massive issues with communication. It took me 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get a sales rep to call me back. Then, after Scott came and measured I waited and waited for a quote which never arrived so I call him and left 2 messages on his phone about a week apart from each other to never hear back. I then called his office 3 times to be told someone would get back to me and no return call. Finally I called Scott on my mobile, not office phone and he answered to which he had no reason why he didnt call me back nor why I havent received a quote but he promised me a call back. Well, now a week later no call and no quote. I am not big on giving reviews but I felt this was necessary. His name is Scott Spiller and I have his business card in hand.

We are very pleased with our carpet from Express Flooring. They had the best prices and variety of carpet. I will definitely recommend the to family and friends and we would definitely use them again for any other flooring needs. Excellent customer service as well!

Im so glad I chose to go with Express Flooring! First and foremost my new carpet looks great! Ryan came to the house with his samples on a Wednesday and the carpet was installed the following Tuesday! If I had gone with Lowes or Home Depot it would have taken over a month to be installed! Cory followed up to make sure everything went smoothly and was to my liking and it definitely was! I would recommend them to anyone or use them again in a instant!

Very unsatisfied. I had my carpet installed in August 2019. I have called for 2 weeks about getting somebody to come out because the carpet is starting to lift in the center in a few rooms. Why offer a lifetime warranty which was a selling point for us if you dont honor it. I keep getting told that the scheduling dept will call me to schedule. That takes 2 weeks?

Flooring was installed quickly and installer Juan and his crew worked extremely hard to do a quality job, getting in 1800 square feet of flooring and demo of old flooring in only 3 days.

This was the most wonderful experience I could possibly imagine. Not only does our floor look amazing, but it was finished when they said it would be, which was very fast! Everyone from the person who came over and gave us an estimate, to the customer service people that I talked to when I called, to the guys who installed our floor, were all amazing to work with. I couldnt recommend this company more.

Brags about next day installation, charged my card the day I signed the paperwork and 7 days later I still don’t have an appointment! Feeling scammed.Update: Tile looks great and the installers were nice when they randomly showed up 7 days after paying, but they ruined my baseboards. Moved up to 2 stars because I actually received the service I paid for.UPDATE 2: It 3 WEEKS to get someone to come fix it and supposedly we “missed him”. He said he knocked but since we have 3 dogs that never made a peep, I’m calling bs on that. This has been nothing but hassle.The tile isn’t even level.

We used Express to do our tile a few years, we were so impressed we called only EXPRESS when we needed carpet for our Bedrooms. They helped us pick a color at the house. They gave us upgrade liner, just because we bought while the guy was here.When they came and did the job, they moved everything, even the Bed. Well as always our new carpet looks excellent and we highly recommend EXPRESS.

We had carpet installed by them and it was done wonderfully. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Definitely recommend them.

This Company was one of the most professional, courteous and caring company I have ever done business with. Their installers were on time, accommodated us with our indoor cats and finished a day ahead of schedule. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

My husband and I went into purchasing new floors for our home, with absolutely knowledge of what we were really in for.Express flooring came in and broke everything down for us, and helped me choose something I liked and worked well with the theme of our home.Literally a week out from our install date, I got cold feet about my choice and wanted to cancel. Express was very understanding but didn’t want me to lose any money on the deposit so offered to come back out and show me some more samples. Well I found something that I was even more in love with and was able to keep our original install date.Once the install came around we were originally quoted completion at day five. Our installers were done by day two! And they were all very kind and friendly. I am so happy with my floors and cannot wait to show it off to our house guests.

After getting a couple quotes from some of the larger companies (thinking itd protect us from possible shady contractors even if we paid slightly more), we decided to go with Express Flooring...unfortunately, they did not live up to what they advertised.During the estimate/sales presentation, we were shown vinyl plank flooring with a wood-look. It was what we were looking for. Plus, they stated it was commercial grade; therefore, it would ware great in comparison to residential and would be difficult, almost impossible to scratch. The salesman even took out his metal key and tried to scratch the sample. Nothing happened, so we figured, Great! We wont need to replace our floors for another 10+ years. This is what sold us and we signed the contract.Unfortunately, we began to see scratches within a month or two and has just been getting much worse at a year mark. Additionally, weve only had our dining room table, chairs and a high chair (all with plastic or felt feet; not metal), and under typical use.Over the past month and a half weve been going back and forth with the company to try and find a solution as they guarantee their workmanship and installation. Also, weve been calling them each week for the past 3-4 weeks, always getting the, they are on the other line, but well have them give you a call back. Each week, we have not received a call back.Weve tried to allow them time to work with us but after this amount of time, we wanted to warn the rest of the public. BE CAREFUL to know exactly what you are getting and dont fall for the sales gimmicks of this wont scratch, its commercial grade, lowest price guaranteed.6/4/21 UPDATE: the number given in Express Flooring’s reply seemingly goes to the same line we’ve already been interacting with. Just left another message, so we’ll see if we get a response as we haven’t in the prior 4 weeks.

The workers actually arrived early and completed the job in less than an hour. Important for me because I had overbooked my day. The carpet is beautiful and the price is always right on.

This is the SECOND carpet Express Flooring put into my home! This is their top of the line carpet, by the way. It is 1 year old.Not only do they not care about the quality of carpet they install, they could care less about the customers safety. I am a senior citizen and both times someone came out, they failed to wear a mask or gloves!Oh, and they think my carpet is just fine. They are not replacing it as per their guaranty. A truly disgusting place!!!!The photos are from areas throughout my home. I only posted a few of them. Its obvious the carpet is unraveling.

Customer service is terrible, the product is cheap Chinese made garbage, and this company is incredibly over priced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. $243.00 for 28 square feet not including underlayment or labor! These guys should be ashamed.Update: Calling your general customer service number seems like a step backward when we already reached out to your National Sales Manager without any resolution.

Express did a great job replacing the carpet in my home. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up when they were through. I would use them again any time.

We are extremely happy with our flooring purchase from Express Flooring! The flooring we purchased is high quality and beautifully matched what we already have in our home. Aaron, our design consultant took the time to determine what we were looking for and cross that to what his company had in stock. He made sure that all the details from selecting complementary moldings to our next day installation was taken care of. I would highly recommend Aaron for his flooring expertise! We were able to get next day installation and the installation crew took care of everything from moving our furniture out of the room to installing the flooring to clean up. I would highly recommend Express Flooring and Aaron to anyone who is considering new flooring for their home!

We had a great experience. The person who sold it to us gave proper expectation. They were on time. They did a great job.

I like to compare prices with different companies, I dont believe the first person who offers me the pricing the rep didnt pressure me, but did keep insisting on the first visit discounts available only at the first visit. Just to be fair it was the first company that showed up, I didnt even look at samples, and nothing was measured yet and the price offered to me was reasonable, just not a fan of being pressured into getting signed up right there and then.

Told the salesman if It couldnt be done by a certain day we couldnt do it as I am selling the house. I was promised it could be done in just two days. After installation we find out no transition strips for 6 weeks. When I called I was told they had no way of knowing that they didnt have transition strips.So here I sit unfinished and house needing to sell all because they have an honesty problem.

When we made our initial consult appointment we were told it was 48 hour window for install. Ended up being 3 weeks out. Our appointment for install was at 9 am. They arrived at 7:30 while I was taking my kids to school, then LAUGHED at me when I showed up and said they were supposed to be there at 9. We paid for them to move the furniture because I have physical limitations to weight I can pick up. I just had to move my bed myself because “they don’t have the tools” and refused to use mine. We paid to have the old flooring ripped up. “They don’t have the tools to remove the baseboards” so they can’t remove the flooring. The installers were rude, ruined some of the furniture they did move, and weren’t prepared to do their jobs properly. Can’t get ahold of anyone to file a complaint or get answers.Edit:Updated to a 3 star only because the carpet looks amazing. Finally heard from the office and I’m being refunded the charge for not removing the flooring. Whomever takes phone calls and does the consults needs additional training. If you have “windows of time” for installers to be there it needs to be communicated that way, not arrival at 9. If you have something preventing flooring from being removed by your installers, that needs communicated. It also needs communicated to your customers that the chemicals used are POTENT. I had to leave the house due to my asthma.Edit again 🤦‍♀️I put it back down to a one star. Upon closer inspection the edges aren’t done properly. I have a gouge out of my brand new painted wall, and small my entertainment center is broken.

My fiancé had vinyl flooring installed and within a short period of time the vinyl strips shrank significantly leaving huge gaps in between. The sales rep said 95% of the customers chose this product. After contacting the company they tried to blame it on her for using unapproved exotic floor cleaners ( pine-sol !) then they said it would be up to the manufacturer to decide if the claim would be honored. After weeks of trying to follow up they finally said the claim had been denied. Read the BBB reviews. This company makes a habit out of this. They claim to be an honest and reputable company and customer satisfaction is their goal but their practices border on fraud. Read the BBB reviews. Beware !

Express has installed flooring in two homes for me. In one they did the flooring throughout including 2 showers and bunch of wall tile. Recently we moved and had them install carpet in 3 bedrooms. Both projects turned out amazing. They have been great over the years and we look forward to using them again.

I had several quotes on flooring and Express Flooring was not lowest bidder, however, the management and I negotiated to a number we were both happy with. Workmanship was some of the best Ive ever seen. The tile portion went down first. The installers for both tile and carpet were very professional and polite

I feel like we were definitely mislead. The sales associate told us that we wouldnt need new baseboards and that the vinyl flooring would be able to slide underneath our current base boards. We would only need to paint them. However, this is not the case. In some places the vinyl wasnt able to go underneath the boards and in other cases there is a quarter inch gap between the flooring and the boards. He also made us believe that we would receive zero percent interest over 24 months, but forgot to mention that it was and had to be 24 equal payments. We were told that the floors were toddler and dog proof. NOT THE CASE!!! We already have scratches and gouges in the floor. The installers were great and worked with us, but we are noticing areas where the vinyl is popping up or not fully glued. The floors were also not cleaned and there is glue residue all over them. Im spending hours using goo be gone to try to get them cleaned. I would not be proud to use our house as an example of their work 100%

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy with just a few questions to define what I was looking for in flooring.Jordan (sales) was extremely professional and was open to what I was looking for in price and product.The next day the carpet installers were there on time, got down and got to work, and completed the job in a timely manner.The last step was my follow up phone call from Corey. He was quick and concise (mindful of my time) and made me feel they were open to hearing about any issues going forward.

Express flooring is a great place to shop. Corey took good care of us and showed us all our options so we could make an informed decision. We made our choice the day we met Corey and two days later everything was installed. The installers were very cordial and did a great job. I would recommend express flooring to my friends.

Horrible experience!! Where on time to sell me carpet and charge my card but after calling them multiple times have not received a phone call from any one to schedule an install date! Called to get my money back and still have not received a phone call. So unprofessional! Horrible communication!! Do not recommend this rip off of a company. Only thing they are good at is charging my card and not calling me back!

The worst customer experience to date after doing several home remodeling projects and working with a variety of companies. It’s impossible to get a manager on the phone to fix an issue from install 3 weeks ago. There are tack strips coming out all over the place and it is not safe for my toddler. Extremely frustrating to have a company not care to even call you back once you have given them money. I would never recommend anyone use this company.

We had a great experience with Express Flooring. We suffered water damage in a room and needed replacement carpet yesterday for this rental. We had Express Flooring out fast (the rep was great) and he showed us their samples (there were only a few samples to choose from, but it was just what we were looking for) and they installed next day. We are thrilled with the carpet and the professionalism of the installation. We would use Express Flooring again.
