I worked directly with Tom and Larry over at VW. I came to them with and urgent need for a car being that mine had been totaled due to the Monsoon floods a few nights before. They got me a car and helped me with the process in just one morning and they were all so proactive. They were amazing and quick to work with and very thoughtful. I bought this vehicle with 8 miles on it late Dec 2020.When I purchased the vehicle the air conditioner was not working, their machine to test the part was down & I was told I would receive a call once they could see me.Weeks passed and I never received a call, so I called in & just scheduled. At this time it was still ‘cool’ in AZ, so air conditioning wasn’t a huge concern ASAP. I could drive comfortably still.Flash forward to July 19th 2021, this past Monday, I call to let them know that over the weekend my air conditioning broke for a second time and that I wanted a courtesy vehicle.(Again, this vehicle has only been driven 7months at this point) I wanted to have them test the air conditioning & run a diagnostic with my oil change service on Friday the 23rd.I was told they would take note but could not promise that the diagnostic could be squeezed in, But I could reschedule for a few weeks out or I could get my oil changed and wait for them to see me and diagnose my air conditioner.. I mentioned that I’d like a courtesy vehicle again and she acted as though that would be no problem. Took note again in my file for the upcoming appointment.I called back July 20th to mention again, that I would like to leave the vehicle with them on my upcoming appointment and wanted confirmation that a courtesy car would be available, while they diagnose and fix the air conditioner, since I do use the vehicle 7 days a week & have already drove a WEEK without air..I was told there are none available and nothing can be done… there are no vehicles and all the car rentals around them are ‘out’ as well..Extremely upset at the fact that I have already had to drive this brand new vehicle for a week with no air conditioning in 110 def weather for the second time before they can ‘squeeze me in’This vehicle is not drivable in this weather without air & it feels as though the dealership thinks this is my problem to deal with. I was told ‘everyone is having issues right now’.I will be bringing This up at my appointment Friday.I think the least that could be done is a courtesy vehicle for the time my air conditioner is broken.I was told that one would be available in these circumstances when I purchased the vehicle, now that I need one, they don’t have any available..

I purchased my 2016 Infiniti QX60 from them. Within a month after the purchase, I had some concerns about the vehicle and brought it back to them. Both times I had concerns, I was greeted with an invite to bring the car back for inspection. During the 2nd visit, they went above and beyond, and even took it to an Infiniti dealer for a second opinion on the matter. Caleb (service advisor) was very helpful and friendly. Larry (GM) contacted me directly when I brought concerns about my vehicle. I am a happy customer.

Got to my appointment only for them to tell me that didn’t have time for my oil change until the next day. My arrangement was to stay at the dealership until the change was done (I live about 30 mins away). They looked like deer in headlights when I showed up and told me that they could reschedule me over a week from now or could maybe get me in sometime that day if I could find a ride (didn’t offer any sort of loaner or anything). I have trusted Volkswagen dealerships for years but this one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I even have a confirmation email stating the time for my appointment and the transportation arrangement, didn’t even give me a call as a heads up that they were booked. So disappointed.

These people are great. It all started with the easy convenient appointment set up online. The follow up from Kendra the service advisor. Its easily seen from the road plenty of wheelchair accessible entrances. The show room is very clean and spotless. Shuttle service is fantastic. The driver is really friendly and courteous. The process of buying my car was extremely easy at Volkswagen North Scottsdale! I highly recommend Thomas Silker, he was extremely helpful and made the process very smooth. Tom was great at helping us find the right car, get us the best price for our trade in, and made it easy to get all the paperwork filled out.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went to drop off my car for the complementary 10k service. I stood in front of the check in desk for 30 mins and reps would just walk by without asking if i needed help. Once i was checked in, I proceeded to wait for the rideshare. After 3 cancelled uber rides and 30 mins after the service rep barely acknowledged me. I decided to take back my key and went over to Chapman Vw Scottsdale where they treated me right and got in and out almost immediately. Beware of the lack of customer service at this branch!

I took my 2018 Atlas in for scheduled maintenance. I was thrilled to find out from John, service advisor, that my vehicle was still covered under a 50,000 mile service plan, so I left with $0 owed. The environment there is laid back and low key, which I greatly appreciate.

First class dealership service department all the way. I was able to make a prompt service appointment online with no problems and they were ready for me when I arrived. They even called Uber and paid for my wife and me to go to the Desert Ridge Mall while the car was being worked on. They then had us picked up after they notified us our car was ready. Couldnt really ask for more from this dealership. Were new to the area and are very glad weve found a quality place to have our car serviced.

I was told by another shop that I needed my breaks all changed immediately but when I went to John for a second opinion he actually walked me back to the garage and showed me my breaks and explained to me that I didn’t actually need to get them replaced but gave me the option of if I wanted to or not. He could have just done the repair but wanted me to me see for myself that they didn’t need it. I also worked with him on an insurance claim from a tire that hit me. He was so patient and made the process so easy for me. I’ve had only good experiences here and feel good about leaving my car with the service center for anything.

Our business relationship didn’t start on the right footing but it ended up being great. The gentleman who helped us, Mr. Josiah Coleman, as well as the general manager, Mr. Larry Tabloff, were true professionals. They made things right for us after a rocky start, and honored the commitment that they have made. My guess is, the dealership made little to no money leasing us a vehicle but kept their word, which was outstanding. I happily bought my first car, a Volkswagen Passat back in June up in Portland Oregon. I had moved down here and of course it was time for an oil change. I tried taking it to Jiffy Lube and Valvoline and I was rejected because they didnt have the oil filter or the right oil for my car. One Valvoline did have the oil. However it was only good for 3000 miles and I had to bring my own oil filter. I reluctantly did it because it was time for an oil change. Second time around I figured Id try my luck at the dealership with an oil change. After my service I was very satisfied. Tim Lamay helped me out and he was super nice and friendly. He would ask you about your day and have a conversation with you. Thats something you wont get at a regular oil change place. One downside is that it does take awhile (2 or more hours), however I had homework to do so I had no problem waiting for my car. There is a luxury car dealership down the road, so if you love cars you can always walk over there while you wait. My car is a diesel so Im sure some will be different but my oil change is good for 10,000, so Ill take the wait rather than settle with the 3,000 mile oil change I got earlier. Its also really nice getting your car serviced at the dealership because of course they specialize in Volkswagen cars, so they do a very thorough check of the car. You also wont be bombarded with statements saying we need to change this or that. They do what needs to be done. In the end it also ended up being cheaper at the dealership than at Valvoline. I never ever write reviews, so I hope this shows how well I was treated.

Gabriel, What a nice and respectful young man he is. He basically greeted me when I walked in. I told him that I was there to get my tire pressure checked. I also said that I might have a nail in it but I wasn’t sure. Turns out my daughter has a screw l, not a nail in her tire and I’m not sure if it will be able to be fixed.Anyway, while I was waiting for Gabriel to come back I had a wonderful conversation with Tom about the vintage VW van that they had in their show room. They had two, one sold but you could go get this one for $65,000. It is quite the deal. Everybody was so nice there, and they even offer you a Uber ride home if your car needs to stay longer than you can. I love that idea.I WOULD recommend.

I dropped my car off at 8:30am for am oil change and received no communication until I called at 5pm, didnt get my car until the next day. I was told it wasnt washed, waited 15 minutes for them to bring it out. I asked if Id get a discount for not getting a wash (since they wash it every time I come) and was told no even though I mentioned I recently was in the ER and was struggling with medical bills. Been coming here for 5 years, Ill never return to be treated like a number rather than a person.

I will NEVER do business with them again. They knew I drove over 2 hours to have my cruise control fixed and yet they never bothered to call me all day to let me know the needed part had to be special ordered. I finally called them since the hours was getting late only to have to leave a message. When they FINALLY got back to me it was so late that my grandkids had to eat their dinner in their mothers car because they had an engagement to get to. Meanwhile I got to drive home in the dark with the last 5 miles being dirt road through the middle of the forest because they didnt have the common courtesy to call me as soon as they knew the problem could not be fixed at this time. TERRIBLE customer service.

I purchased an Atlas Cross Sport from here. I looked over the car before leaving the dealer and there was 2 prominent scratches in the paintwork on the back passenger door. Both were agreed to be repaired by sales as was installing a home link mirror.I garaged the vehicle for a few days before I need to go to the store, I obviously park outside so its in the blazing sun, I get in the car and turn the ac on.....its not cooling. I took the car to my local dealer the next day and it seems that the ac has been fixed previously and failed to be repaired correctly. Remember that this is a brand new car with now only 300 miles.VW North Scottsdale shame on you for selling a defective car and trying to cover it up with a cheap repair instead of replacing the system.Update- I have just been to this dealership to have the mirror fitted and the scratches touched up. I waited 3 weeks for them to contact me to schedule this before I finally contacted them.I pull in to service and I am told they have no record of paint needing touch up. I said it was agreed when I picked up the “brand new” car. He says ok I will speak to the salesman.Over 2 hrs later I am told my car is ready, but no paint done, as it’s salesman’s day off and we can’t confirm it was approved. The GM said we will have to wait for him to come back to work.Are you kidding me? I am not lying! It was scratched, when I collected the car!!! I am told they will let me know. I live 40 min away from this dealership. I have had the car less than a month, it’s been in the shop for a week for faulty ac. Back for the mirror and now it will have to go in again for paint that they don’t seem to want to fix either.Avoid this dealer if possible.

Be aware, always ask for the Money Factor they are using on the lease agreement or on the quote. They will give you a big discount and inflate the money factor ridiculously so you think you getting a great deal. You can get the current money factor from Edmunds. Leasehacker website is also a good source to see what other people are paying for the same car.

Out with the old and in with the new! I cant say enough great things about our entire experience with VW in Scottsdale. Its very hard to find a car salesman that will respect not only your time but offer you as much options as they can as well as explain everything in detail. Eric Watson was THE BEST! He was so patient with us from the moment my husband sent the first email to giving us his undivided attention the first day we visited and even respected that we had to take some time to think about our purchase. Weve had other experiences where the sales person always dropped the well I hope you can close by the end of the month for me. Not this time. You can tell Eric not only puts forth effort into his career but hes a VW owner himself! Us Volkswagen enthusiasts are one of a kind so when we meet up, we stick together like glue. Did I mention the coffee here is actually good as opposed to the basic stuff that comes out of those Bunn machines? The dealership was nice and clean. The customer lounge is comfortable, providing a kitchen area for guests and plenty of seating. We really appreciated our time and business with Eric and definitely would work with him again when its time for another trade up. The actual service on the car was good and the employees were nice. However, my appointment was at 7am for an oil change and they offered to do a tire rotation for $31. They said about 60 to 90 minutes. Almost 2 hours later, I went to ask how much longer. They said there was a mix up with the papers and would try to be done asap. I was there over 3 hours for this service. I made the 7am appointment so that they wouldnt be running behind...no such luck. This was my cars first service and I am hoping this isnt the norm.

Minus 1 star for the inconvenience. Service techs did a great job fixing my oil leaks and they went above and beyond and even cleaned the engine bay of all the old oil. The only thing that holds the rating back from Exceptional are the lack of loaner vehicles for visits that require overnights. Yes I was offered an Uber to/from dealership to home to pickup/drop off my car but my car was in for service for 5 days. I was not offered rental car reimbursement neither. Ill probably check out another VW dealership if my car needs to be kept overnight.

The salesman at VW North Scottsdale was fantastic. I originally spoke with Josiah in November of 2018 when I started researching the Atlas and Tiguan. I did not want to make the purchase until around April of 2019, and he did not pressure me at all to come in any sooner. However, when I was ready he was very accommodating he tracked down the SEL R line Tiguan that I wanted and got me the price and payment that I wanted as well. The whole process was very enjoyable ( more like visiting with a friend than make a purchase from a car salesman that is just after the sale). Josiah was great and would definitely recommend that you stop in and see him if you are in the market for a VW. This is my second car purchase from a Penske dealer, and I will definitely be back when I am ready for my next VW

Beyond my expectations! I found a car online and asked my daughter to look for me. She was greeted by Chuck Sansone. He was so kind and made the transaction so easy. Chuck went above and beyond to help me and I couldnt be more thankful. I love my new car!!
