Down payment of $800 and they were able to put me in a car quickly as it is my first car and even though I dont have the best credit. Lalo was my dealer at drive now. I bought my car on 9/25 and he explained everything to me so I would understand and was able to help me purchase the best car I’ve ever had! Today it has been 11 days since I made that purchase, I had a question about the payments and I was able to reach out to Lalo and he was very responsive and answered my question right away! Lalo was very nice and he is dedicated to his work and helping people instead of pressuring them to get a sale! We all know how exciting and amazing it can be to find the car that you just fall in love with. Well if that happens to you hear I suggest you test drive car a couple time and have a couple mechanics take a look before you sign anything!! My car LASTED ME A DAY!! 1 DAY! it died by the next morning and was taken to have motor replaced by the 3rd day. IT HAD LESS THAN 62,000 miles! They tried to work with me by offering another car that did not match any of our needs, their reply we tried to make it right 🤷‍♂️. Really?! WITH THEIR EXTREMELY HIGH INTEREST RATES ITS JUST NOT RIGHT! They will not return anything and now I am stuck with a car that has spent more time at the shop than my possession. 2 weeks ago I got it and I have only had it 4 days with only 2 days of getting to actually use it.

Normally I would never go to a ran down dealership like this but they had a specific truck i was looking for. The entire purchase process was very strange. Bought a used work truck back in May. Brought the vehicle back 4 separate times to have the check engine light that kept coming on fixed. They had the truck for multiple days each time. Engine light would go off for a couple days then back on. Check engine light just came on AGAIN today. They do their own repairs on site,all it is are a bunch of kids who clearly are not mechanics. Avoid this place if you can, very shady place.Will not waste my time bringing it back to them. Ill take it somewhere it actually gets fixed. This place is the worst dealership i have ever been too. Im also going to the BBB, although wont matter as they are not accredited with them. That shows right there they are shady

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Andy is the sales guy we had. We bought a 2010 dodge caravan less than 2 months ago. From the beginning the van has had issues. The van came with bed bugs! They refused to do any maintenance on the van until I paidpaid to have the van treated. I treated it and still can’t get ahold of anyone to work on the van. The van has since than broken down twice and I have had to invest more money into to it than it’s worth. It’s currently not drivable and all anyone can tell me there is that there is nothing they can do about it. I have called basically crying for help because this van is my family’s source of income and Andy is very rude and has hung up on me multiple times! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

William sold me a Grand Jeep Cherokee I got the vehicle beginning of June by the first week of July my light came on for an oil change and today my battery died went to auto zone and the guys couldn’t even get my car battery to charge more than 14% they took the battery out and it was old and corroded. I’ve had this vehicle not even 2 months this is ridiculous that I need maintenance on the vehicle so soon. Shop somewhere else.

We’ve only had our car for a few days but the process was seem less. They didn’t have our title so we had to wait a week to actually get the car but the salesman we worked with, angel, called everyday and checked to see if we had another car we wanted to get. We stuck with our choice and are very happy with it. They’re warranty is amazing, Angel was sent from heaven. They have really good prices. If you go ask for Angel. He’s the nicest guy with the most beautiful eyes.

We went there on Saturday. The salesman argued over whos turn it was to help us. And the guy who ended up helping us was so rude and didnt care didnt want to answer questions or talk . He just wanted to talk to his coworkers and nose to the phone.

My truck was in shop three different times last time it was in shop they had it over 100 days and had to replaced the used motor they put in twice I drove to sandiego when I got back they couldn’t tell me miles on used motor they said tow it back over 900 in warranty’s alway made payments I had to file with attorney general stay from these scum bags

I had seen listings for cars on Auto Trader.com and it listed Drive Now as the location of the vehicles. I emailed requesting more information about the vehicles I only got a response to a few of my request but not all. I dealt specifically with a gentleman named Ruben Medina. He didnt respond to my text in a timely fashion most of the time, he didnt return my phone calls in a timely fashion either. But the worst part was I had 3 different cars I was interested in, and I told him I didnt want to waste his time or mine, to just let me know if they were on the lot. It took forever for him to get back to me to let me know this information, I drove all the way down to a specific location where he told me the vehicles were only to find out that none of the vehicles were there! Anytime you call this dealership whoever answers the phone will right away try to loop you in to finding out if you are wanting to finance a car. But extremely difficult just to get a simple yes or no answer as to where I can find the vehicles I was interested in! I came to find out after going through all of this that the same person owns sister dealerships as well, Auto Action, Cactus Jacks are just a few. Their inventory is spread all over the valley, and their system of locating the vehicle and giving customers direct answers is absolutely the worst! I definitely wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone!

I bought a 2005 Ford Freestar approximately a month ago. Not only did we make mention on the spot before purchasing the vehicle of issues we were told would be tended to but to make matters worse within roughly 2 weeks (or less) of driving the vehicle the automatic doors would open on their own and close on their own. MY DAUGHTER ALMOST GOT CLOSED IN THE DOOR - SAFETY CONCERN, HELLO!!! Not only that, but the door would reopen also after closing which naturally wouldnt allow me to drive the vehicle at all. Among other issues. Smh at first glance customer service seemed great UNTIL THERE WAS AN ISSUE. I brought the vehicle in as directed to under warranty come to find out not only did they not touch the vehicle but they didnt send it to the warranty department as displayed they were going to. This was a cash purchase and just a reflection that I would NEVER FINANCE through them when the times right. Glendale location by the way.

I got my car from this lot on June 1st 2021, it is only the 21st and ive already had so many problems! William, a “sales man” there reached out instantly and greeted us within minutes of walking through the door, however once they sold us the car it was near impossible to get ahold of him, he even told me he out his phone on DO NOT DISTURB. The reason we were calling was to address SEVERAL ISSUES with the car before the 7day “warranty” expired to get the issues addressed. William stated we would get a call from the manager who of course DID NOT CALL, so we had to physically go to the lot to make an appointment, then they provided wrong information and we had to reschedule, NOW they have had my car for 3 days when it was suppose to take ONE and when i tried to call to inquire when I could pick it up they screened the call so i had to call 10 times in a row, they left me on hold for an extended amount of time and then when they told me “they are putting your car back together and then will call you” i asked the guy, so then i dont have to call repeatedly again to get you all to answer, and he chuckled and said no.All in all this place is a scam! Makes me think back to the movie Matilda with the con artist sales man! These Auto Auction cars that they are misrepresenting are NOT WORTH IT, i HATE THAT I HAVE A CONTRACT ON THIS CAR IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!! SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT DO IT!

Bought a car back in November 2020, 3 months later I’m having mechanical issues, I have a warranty! Great? No! The specific garage you must use for that warranty takes at least 1 week for a minor repair. Dealership unwilling to provide a loaner car. Not right.

Changing my review now that I have had my vehicle for a couple of months and I’m not sitting in front of someone telling me to write a review. Sorry it’s so long. First off, I had to sell MY vehicle to get the down payment, so I went the morning before selling mine. I found a car that I liked, and one of the men said they would grab the info and hold it for me while I go sell my car. I left, sold my car, paid 40$ for an Uber to get back to the dealership about 1 1/2 later, and the car I was buying was gone. So now I had to go find a different car but didn’t quite like anything else. I then had to get another 40$ Uber home because the car I planned to buy was no longer there and I was car less. The next day I went back, found a car that I didn’t absolutely love (I had to get to work and at this point was just desperate for a vehicle). Fast forward two days and my AC goes out and the transmission started having problems. I tried calling the store and got put on hold, never got back to me. So I called again the next day TWICE with no answer. This continued for about 4 days. At this point I got mad and drove the hour to go to the store itself. Told the guy my problem, he said there’s nothing he can do, can’t put me into a different vehicle or anything. He told me the shop was going to get ahold of me the next day, fast forward a few days and still didn’t hear back from anyone. Ended up calling the OTHER location because they actually answered, they gave me the number to the shop, and I finally got an appointment. I took my car in, left it for the day, got it the next day and they “fixed” the AC and said there were no other problems. About a week later my AC stopped working AGAIN (which it still doesn’t, it’s been two months now). In order to use the warranty, I have to take my car to a different shop (which I did and the guy told me I’d have to leave it for 5+ days, I can’t do that I work 6 days a week) so now I just pay 550$ a month for a car I absolutely hate and there’s nothing I can do about it unless I want to lose my job because I won’t be able to get to work. I’m 21, my first time purchasing my own car, and I will NEVER go back to these guys. Also, I got a trade in value of my car and it’s only worth 6000. I’m paying 11000 plus the 3000$ I put down on it, and also 3000$ extra for something that no one will tell me what it is.

We drove 40 miles to get to the store because when I called they said they had the vehicle specifically that I asked for in stock. When I got there they said oh we don’t know what happened it’s not in stock anymore but we have these other ones. Typical bait and switch tactic I’ll never shop there again. Don’t waste your time. They’re all a bunch of teenagers anyway.

I boght a car and it had the passanger side mirror glass broken by a employee driving a golf cart. I sak before i buy it if it will be fix they say yes but we will charge you $5 to replace the glass. Car come with a warranty that cover everything but tires then i still have to pay $50 for them to look at check engine light even if i have a paper from AutoZone on the issue, then charge $200 or more for repairs without notifying me when buying car of extra cost till later do i fix it myself that cost less. Later in the year i was apart of the auto pay system and they update theyre system and i was removed from it without notifying me till yhey call for later payment. Same day i saw in email showing a $141 that did not say cancel on it so i call not angry and ask and the woman on phone cut me off and i felt disregarded and she was aggressive to me for no reason. I felt lile i was treated like a child getting yeld at.

Poor customer sevice... Wouldnt waste your time! Note the condition of the furnature in the lobby for customers...what else needs to be said except sad.
