If I could give a 0 I would don’t waste your time here they sell you lemons. I bought a truck the first day I got it, it started leaking. I took it back and of course they fixed it but only for it to be a bigger problem it started shaking really bad when you get on the freeway. I took it back again they couldn’t find the problem and they said that. What kind of mechanics they have that can’t fix a problem. So I said I wanted my money back and they charged me $600 for only having it 3 days. They claim I put miles on it when it was “getting fixed” supposedly. I put a full tank of gas the time it was supposedly getting fixed and when I got it back it was at half. They are a bunch of shady people that don’t know how to work on cars. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

Ive bought a lot of vehicles over the years and I can defiantly say 1st Class Motors is one of the easiest! Very friendly, too the the point, and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend these guys if looking for a used car!

They have the best prices. At a time when used car prices are at an all time high most dealers are looking to rip their customers off, but this place still has deals because they care! I could not afford the down payment on the car I wanted, but I am saving up more and will be back for sure!

I bought a 2015 Dodge Charger via Car Gurus. Price was very good and the salesman, Edgar, was quite professional and easy to work with.I flew in to purchase the car and everything was as advertised. There was one minor issue and Jonathan and Edgar were fantastic to deal with.I drove the car from Phoenix to Oklahoma City where I then handed off to Firestone for a full inspection. The only thing they found was to replace the windshield wipers and coolant in radiator. No error codes or problems. Car drives like a champ and the price made it worth the journey to fly in and drive it home. Great service and they are people of their word. TIP: If buying out of state, drive the car and have a Firestone inspect it for you. National network and they will treat you fairly and not try to game you on repairs like some dealers will.

I purchased a truck about a year ago and I had such a great experience. I am looking to buy another and went to another dealer and just had the worst time ever. I came back to 1st Class Motors and they exceeded my expectations a second time. I referred my parents who are looking for something very specific and this dealer is looking for it even if my parents were to change their mind. This place is the bomb!

Decent Dealership - Better than most small dealers in Phoenix. I got rear ended out of town and needed a new truck. These guys changed the transmission fluid, detailed the truck, and filled up the gas tank. There is more damage to the body and bed of the truck than I initially saw but that’s the game with used cars. Minor issues here and there but the truck has held up so far.

Great experience here! I showed up on a Sunday when they were closed and Martin packed up his family and came down to open up the lot so I could see a Lexus GX460. He was very friendly and so helpful. He let me take the car for a test drive and didnt pressure me about anything. He made the whole transaction seemless. He even got me a great rate on my auto loan. They even filled the tank with gas and detailed the vehicle. After wards I asked About service records and they gave me the info I needed and Offered me an oil change at no cost.

Was so impressed & happy with the straightforwardness the salesman had. We went there to look at a specific car we saw on CarGurus and they immediately took us for a drive explained everything to us and were very easy and polite people to work with. We had our kids with us which definitely made us vulnerable and distracted but they took their time and didn’t try to add anything extra or charge and fees or extra stuff. I was so impressed that the price is what the price is and the high quality of the cars on the lot. We were working on our contract when my husband brought up some minor damages to the vehicle and they were so helpful and ordered parts right there and we scheduled a time to bring the car back and then replace/fix the issues with no problem. They even were understanding about the tax exemption for us being military even tho they have never dealt with it before they said they would make it happen and didn’t add anything to the contract and took our word on it. The car I bought ended up having/getting a hole in the transmission and was technically out of warranty when I fully noticed. They towed the vehicle and repaired it at no cost and were extremely nice about it until more issues came up. Jonathan the owner says he wants to do his business right but isnt willing to admit he sold a lemon . A couple days after I got the car with a new transmission (it took 4 new transmissions and multiple weeks if poor communication to finally get the car back) the car blew an oil seal. The factory air intake was full of oil and couldnt have happened over the course of a few days if me driving the car . I was able to track down the previous owner and he informed me of the issues with the car and why he got rid of it . At first I thought this business was one if if few places who actually take care if customers . In light of recent events that doesnt appear to be true at all . I would steer clear of them all together.

Worst dealership do not Buy from here 3 cars and not one of them worked all 3 cars had something wrong with them refused to fix it the transmision was going out on one of them i returned the vehicle 3 days later he already has it up forsale again i am not the only one that has returned vehicles alot more people are returning the cars because they do not work it is not worth buying cars from here !!!
