The Container Store is not a safe place to shop online. They will not provide a refund for items that were never shipped, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They tried to ship the same package twice and it was never sent. Customer service just says it shipped, but the shipping company site clearly says it hasnt. This has been such a waste of time.Sounds like customers may have better luck in the store, but I would avoid ordering online.

We stopped by today and although we didnt need anything, it gave us a lot of ideas if and when we need or decide to do some organizing. Many varieties of storage options, from large, closet-sized spaces to smaller options for earrings and other small knick knacks. Great selection and well organized, of course!

We designed a closet with a consultant in the store and it was installed by their professionals. It’s perfect and the install only took 1.5 hours- would have taken us 1.5 weeks. It’s everything I dreamed. My closet is a million times more functional and I can see everything now.

Went with friends who needed certain items. They found exactly what they needed. Great place for organizing your home. Kitchens, Closets, Bathrooms, etc.

Yesterday we went over to this location to check out a few things for our new DIY project. Immediately upon entering the store the lady asked us if we had a mask to wear. We told her we have a medical condition and we would pass out in the store. She looked at us and said Sorry, but we cannot let you enter otherwise please shop online. We have never had a single problem at Target, Tj Maxx, Homegoods, Costco, Home Depot, etc but at the container store we are not allowed to enter? Not sure if that is legal as the mandate states if you have a medical condition you are not required to wear a mask.Shortly after we went to the store we called a few different locations they stated a mask is required from our top down offices. The lady then informed us that corporate is WATCHING the cameras as people are shopping. Spying on their customers. I mean I get cameras are in stores, but this is a pretty weird way of doing it. If anything it is very creepy and would rather spend my money at a company in which isnt spying on me. Its been fun shopping here for 10 years, but thats the last straw.

Went out if our way to get a specific item- we didnt find it, but thats no ones fault. I feel like people are often willing to drive for the container store. Its a fun outing. But the woman at the register was very rude when pushing the loyalty program. We nicely declined (four times) and she didnt say another word the entire time we were there.

Disappointed, everything we went there for was out if stock, and the sales people couldnt tell us when it would be in stock.

Very expensive, and the workers are very rude and act like there the riches people on the plant. So dont go unless your rich.

Is there any thing that they do not have a solution for? Can usually find solutions for issues i did not know were issues. Buy more than you think you need as they have liberal return policies

I went to The Container Store this morning at 10:15 only to be told there was a deep cleaning in process and the store wasnt open. The employees were all hanging in the parking lot and the website said the store opens at 10. I asked was there a reason the deep cleaning wasnt done before the store was schedule to open. The employee said they are doing it now and I would have to wait 20 minutes and walked away. I get the extra precautions but when I drive from 15 minutes to wait in the car for the store to open, which was schedule to open 15 minutes ago, only to be greeted rudely, that is frustrating. Update your website if you are going to clean during business hours.

This place is an organizational dream! Everything you could possibly need to organize everything in your entire life. They have it all.

Wasnt happy with the lady that checked us out. She made me feel very uncomfortable with her comment about looking into the clear containers to see if I had put something in them and not pay for it. Theyre clear containers and you can see right through them.

I needed to run in real fast to grab one more container but these clowns wouldnt allow my 11 month old daughter into the store without a face mask. Like, whhhat?!?! I returned everything and will buy all containers on Amazon. Lost a good $5k/year from me and will get others to boycott as well.

Its a great store, youll find just about everything you could ever need here. The prices on some items, however, are a little on the steeper side. Overall its a great place.

This container store is much better than the store on Camelback. I have a review on the Camelback store where I wrote that I hated it but this one actually had containers. This store still has the useless closet section that reminds me of IKEA and the endless Tupperware aisles but I did find cute containers of all shapes and sizes this time. The store is also clutter free and more organized than the Camelback store.

As someone who is very organized, I found my experience here this time around very disappointing. We walked in and were greeted kindly. Then we were bothered by other employees to wear a mask. I was looking for ideas on how to organize certain areas of our new home, so I was trying to take pictures of products to keep track. Do you realize how annoying it is to hold a phone to type or take pics while wearing a stupid mask that doesnt even work? I guess this place didnt get the memo about not bothering their customers who dont wear masks. I wont be back until this BS is over.

If you are planing on visit the store, has great selección, but bad customer service. If you bring your baby under 2yrs old, an associate will approach you making them wear a mask. When the CDC clearly says the should not wear it. From the CDC page. Masks should NOT be worn by children under age 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. I explain to them that, but she insisted.. Customer service needs to be educated at this store!!

The only place I could find with a trash can that would fit the built in that is in my kitchen. And it even has some style!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I just had an Elfa installation put in my laundry room. It turned out more fabulous than I imagined. Steve, the installer, was the best. He did a wonderful job.

Love this place, they say the retailer is dying cause the online presence but I couldnt disagree more. I like to be able to physically see and measure the products Im buying, as well as visualize how the products will fit in the designated space, this is vital when it comes to devices that help organize and divide spaces. We had an appointment yesterday. They didn’t welcome us or ask if we needed any help. We weren’t totally sure the covid 19 requirements. Then at 10 mins until closing, they wanted to close us out. And they seemed very put off that we wanted to look at one more thing an also exchange one thing. We got out to our car and it was 6:03 PM and they honestly made us feel like it was like 6:30 or so and we were just wasting their time. Our conversation in the car was we’re pretty sure this a cultural thing - top down from The container store. It wasn’t our first experience like this and it hasn’t only been this store. To some degree if you need to get some overpriced, unique storage containers, you don’t have a lot of choices. I guess they know that and act like it. I’ll try to stick to other places if possible in the future.

Greeted with, you must wear a mask in here. I told them Im asthmatic and they told me that I couldnt ship without a mask. We spend a few hundred dollars while a batch followed me around the store. Crazy. Stop going here!

Four stars for the service and friendliness of the sales people and cashiers. And the store has every imaginable gadget, organizer, closet accessory, shelving and on and on. However, prices were high and Ive found items at Walmart for 1/3 of the price.

Did not have what I was looking for.. bummer. But they have a lot of great things. Took staff a long time to greet me, but when one lady did she was very nice and helpful. Showed me what they had and provided recommendations on where to find the right container.

This place will blow your mind and your wallet. It has all the stuff you never knew you always wanted. Be prepared to pay a premium for those life easing items though

We find so many ways to make our home just the way we want it. They have so many unique storage ideas. Weve shopped with them for years. Always find something new we like. They arent cheap, but they have good quality.

I just stopped in for a few things and there was a line to check out. I appreciate that they immediately brought extra cashiers to help out. I was able to be in and out in no time!

So. Many. Containers. I suppose I knew what I was getting myself into. Yet, I was still surprised at all the storage solutions this place has. I dont think Ive ever seen a piece of marketing for The Container Store, which might have an impact on why they arent top of mind when I need to find the right bin, box, or storage thingy. Like a trip to Target, you may go in with great resolve to just get the one thing you intend to, only to walk out an hour later with three giant bags of things. Be careful out there. The appeal of organization is strong.

Love this store! I always leave with more than I anticipated. And we just used their contained home program and had a professional organizer come to our home and take all the measurements and propose how we should set up elfa shelving in our new pantry. It was so affordable and it was really helpful. I highly recommend it.

Great place to find just about anything to hold anything. There is so much different things here from trash cans to containers of all types to afull closet design center. The staff are helpful. They also have installation for thei closets systems they sell and often have great sales on them also.

Hit and miss with getting competent help that knows whats on the floor. Many items seem to be out of place, like items are in four different corners of the store! Perhaps its the forced shopping that is the secret to their success. Enjoy strolling when I have time, but dont always have and hour to find the container I need.

This is a store you can get carried away with... literally. There is a container for everything but sometimes you just need to get rid of stuff and not pack it away. Either way, this store will help you get organized.

Pretty good for what it is. Ive bought a number of things there and will go back. I was surprised, however, when I called to see if they had more of a particular container I was looking for. They lady on the phone seemed quite put out having to talk to me. Big sighs, seemed impatient, when we were about done there was no thank you for calling, anything else I can help you with, nothing except *click* and shes gone.
