First time there. Expected something bigger. No travertine. But cheaper selection of porcelain vs floor and décor

The team from Phoenix Flooring helped us navigate a sea of materials to come up with our best choice. Then the installed it on time and at the price they quoted. Top quality flooring with superb customer service. Throughout the selection process, Julie took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. She was also flexible with installation dates.During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. Its the little things that set this company apart.
