So, I made a bonehead mistake by shifting some junk around in my garage and I didnt put things back properly. I left to do something else without telling my wife that there was stuff moved around. Without this knowledge, she kept trying to close the garage door when its safety features werent able to prevent our door from becoming out of alignment (totally my fault). The door was ajar, lopsided, off its tracks, and I had to unhook a cable just to get the door to come down. The tracks were bent out of shape and I was concerned that Id done some real damage to the garage door system.I called A Advanced Garage Door Service in the morning and they were able to send someone out that day by 10 am. Mark got there at the time quoted and promptly fixed the garage door at a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with the work that he did and I will defiantly use their services in the future if the need presents itself and I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door servicing.

I worked next door to them as an Estimator. Before that I was a carpenter for 20 years. I can take 1 look at a shop and know what kind of quality they produce. The shop was always organized with tools in their place. The sheet material was stacked flat and not vertically (some shops store 4x8 sheet materials vertically which leads to bowing and poor craftsmanship. As for installation, there is only so much an owner can do. You hope to hire the right people, but every carpenter I have ever known has had at least 1 bad day at work. Maybe it was that kind of day Claire

Tom and deedra were wonderful! Very polite and easy about working with my tight schedule! And the installer Jeremy conner was very polite and cleaned up after himself! The work is amazing and he did it in a timely fashion! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Tom, the owner, came out to measure and did a great job explaining the process. The quote seemed reasonable, but they charged us $50 delivery.....from Scottsdale to Chandler....REALLY. Then 2 guys show up and start working, but when it was completed, my husband realized that one of the top corner pieces of wood was snapped instead of cut to make a clean corner.....NOT HAPPY. My husband called Tom and well see if we get a call back....or it they will just BLOW US OFF now that they have their money.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants to put garage cabinets, especially if Randall and Jeremy are the installers. They took shortcuts and the job was NOT 100% to our satisfaction. BEWARE!!!!!
