Not impressed actually very disappointed in the whole process - this is the second time using Omaha SteaksI have used them previously for employee thank you’s from their customer service to their sad little point system it not worth your time or money.This is my last go around with Omaha Steak Company I’m going back to Kansas City Meats and D’Artagnan for my employee appreciation they deserve better!

Omaha Steaks filet mignon & lobster tails. EASY! & DELICIOUS!Made a nice birthday for my son and granddaughter ♡The filet mignon in pastry is good too!I have a friend who sends me shipments from omaha steaks monthly, so for not costing me anything...I cant complain.

Nice! Inside the BBQ Galore store. The gentleman that waited on us today was very funny and helped allot with our choices. Lots of good sales today and you know the product is good!

Meats are good, steaks, hamburger patties, chicken, etc. Purchased breaded fish fillets. Sounded good as well. Part way through eating one, found a fingernail in the fillet! Actually inside the breading! An entire tip of someones fingernail! So disgusting! Just beyond nasty! So food was handled by someone without gloves?! Changed my opinion of them instantly!

Wow the quality of there meats have definitely gone down over the years. No more Omaha steaks for me. I found a small butcher shop mom and pop owned with Iowa corn fed beef at a better price and taste 10 times better.

My steaks were all tough. I eat mine rare so I know they werent over cooked. I bought from omaha steaks a lot before I lost my husband. They were very good. Very tender. But not anymore, I guess.and now they are pricey also.

I always go there because they have more selection, the prices, and the quality of what their products were great. Also, the staff working out there was very professional, nice, and lovely. They offered what was the best for the customers, and that was the thing I loved the most. Thank you so much!

Dont bother going to this store. Still masking for everyone and the products are blocked off behind shopping carts. Browsing not allowed! Was told that I would have to choose from a catalog and they would take out of the coolers. What a waste of a drive for a terrible experience.

Staff were excellent and flexible. I bought a steak package as a late Xmas present. They gave me great substitutes for missing items. Great sales right now!

We just ate steaks, twice baked potatoes, fish, and apple pies from them for the first time, and it was SO GOOD. The steaks were on the small side, but needed no prep/trimming and both looked and tasted fresh. We received an email a few days before delivery with the exact details, and they were dropped off in a cooler with dry ice in front of our door as scheduled. Received this as a gift so can’t comment on price, but the food taste and quality was top notch. Very happy.

Omaha steaks are a rip off. The comercials lie. There meat s are very small in size and the taste of the beef is no better than what u buy at walmart. Total scam. The prices are outragious

Went to this establishment today, very nice store but, the service was poor. I walked in with my mom Diane was the sales person very rude. First she didn’t have what I wanted, so I asked what could I substitute with, she was short barely wanted to answer the questions as if I was bothering her. Would have went to another store but it was the only one. I’m a very upbeat person and I just thought she was rude. Did ask her to read back the order, I took her word for it, of course when I got home the order was wrong. I drove 25 miles to get to the store, just going to keep what I have and never purchase from this store again. My experience at the Kansas City location was pleasant!!

While we have always enjoyed everything from Omaha Steaks, the shopping experience today was unpleasant. The shopping process has been modified to ensure customer safety as much as possible. However, neither employer had a mask (are they sure they are COVID-19 free?) and the person helping us could not have been more unpleasant. In this new world, be kind!

Rude, Unprofessional and discourteous. Old bearded guy came running up to me from 20 away saying social distancing? I was looking through the glass freezer door at the product on display! Social distancing from the product??? If thats the case put up some caution tape or a barricade!!!! This idiot actually got within 6 of me to tell ME social distancing! No one else even around anywhere! Unbelievable!!

Didnt seam to be big discounts compared to local grocers but well see how the taste.

My Son thought it would nice to order the 4 steak, burgers, Potatoes, bread, lobster skewers and 4 desert package for Fathers Day. Im a big guy and love to eat. The food was delicious but very very small servings. My Son was extremely disapointed with the over priced package but non the less a wonderful FD gift.

The fact that they admit to freezing their steaks is a big negative for me. Fresh is always the best without freezing. It’s been scientifically proven that when you freeze meat, you lose all of the beneficial nutrients in it. Their burgers were terrible. Took so long to cook even though they’re thin. Charred on the outside, but yet still bloody rate on the inside. Very greasy too.

What they advertise is not what you get. They show nice thick steaks and what you get is a 3/4 inch steak that is hard to cook median rare. They show a 2 inch steak on tv. False advertising. The quality of the meat is good. I would not purchase again., stillver

Ordered steaks, chicken, pork chops, hamburgers, kilbassi.Steaks were TERRIBLE - tasted like shoe leatherChicken was really good but portions are tinyPork Chops were excellent and portion size decentHamburger was excellent and portion size decentKilbassi was the BEST and we used the recipe that came with it was 5 STARS.They should change their name and drop steak or charge more and getter better quality meat.

If I could put less stars I would because they dont deserve a star. I took advantage of a special price that Omaha Steaks offered and I wish I didnt. I ordered some Top Sirloin and Tenderloins. So far, we have grilled twice. First time, they were very tough. I thought maybe it was me and my grilling even though I grill steaks often and tend to grill more towards medium rare. I tried again, making sure I grilled them perfectly because I was determined to show my wife I did good making my purchase. Boy was I wrong! The steaks tasted like Beef stock soaked sponges. They were terrible. My problem is that I still have more left taking up valuable space in my freezer.

I have been receiving Omaha Steaks gift packages for years and never had a bad experience. The Filet mignon were very good and the Chicken Fried Steak were excellent the bake potatoes the Pork Chops and Chicken were good. My wife loves the carmel tarts. The Hamburgers are very good I dont like the Hot Dogs. I think that their fish products are priced to high. I love scallops and the Sole stuffed with Grab meat.Grab

The store is actually located inside the Barbeques Galore outlet at this address.I met a happy informed sales assistant who was able to help me an informed choice from many options and gift packages available.

I ordered 8 New York strip “steaks” took a week and a half to get here and they are all razor thin for $120. Don’t waste your money like I did

Placed an order of 4 specials for Christmas presents. They sent 3 packages. 2 were complete. 2 were incomplete and the packing list was wrong. Called customer service and the rep was rude and constantly refused to honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee. I refused to accept changes to the order and asked them to honor the purchase and resend the correct orders, and return the incomplete order. The rep was only willing to send the missing items. I explained that is not possible because I dont have the ability to store the incomplete orders for a week while waiting on the missing parts. These were to be gifts, not piecemeals. The rude rep finally agreed to refund the 2 orders without giving me the choice to have the orders resent -- another violation of their guarantee. The rep then went on to ban me from reordering the gifts separately. Im still waiting to receive the refund. Im heading over to Kansas City Steaks.

Portions are smaller than a mcdonalds kids meal! Dont plan on feeding any guests there isnt enough to go around. Flavor of meat is non existent even after marinating. You are better off going to your local grocery store. You will not pay as much for better quality. Honestly extremely disappointed with Omaha fifth generation owners are cutting corners and being cheaper than ever! Where is this meat even coming from.........China???? Seriously worst purchase I have ever made in my life.

I placed my order on April 2 and received it on April 30. Then alot of the food was starting to thaw when received.

Had friends visit a couple of months ago. They had an Omaha Gift pack sent as appreciation. I grilled one of the filet mignons this evening for dinner. One of the worst steaks Ive ever had. Every bite was crunchy with sinew & gristle. As I recall, the ribeyes we had a month ago were OK, the reason for 2 stars instead of one. IMHO these were worse than average grocery store steaks.

1st time here ever at a Omaha Steaks. It all started on a lazy Sunday where I used a Groupon. My Dad usually orders from them on line but I decided to go pick up his Valentines Day Groupon order in person. WOW, what magical land of steak heaven did I just walk in to?. Very well organized, clean and courteous staff. They sell patio furniture sets, all sorts of Grills, and everything you need to cook the meals you purchase. Im so glad I went in person. Will sure to be back with my parents next time.

Went in 3 days before Christmas and had forgotten a coupon I needed, but Sara, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful in helping me get what I wanted and still gave me credit for my missing coupon. I will be making Omaha Steaks Desert Ridge a regular stop.

Well I had an automated call that told me my gift would come on Christmas eve no exact time yet you must be home. It ruined my entire day and night. Missed a dinner party, last minute gifts, and over all everything. Here I sit with no steaks and lobster tail ready. Oh yea theyll reopen monday.
