It was a seamless experience. I was able to use a loaner car which is great being a single mom. Gary was great and got my vehicle in and out quickly. The small issues I was having was fixed and I could not be happier.
I didnt feel welcomed or noticed when walking in. Also, I feel I did not get the attention I deserved because the Salesman kept having to walk away from me to tend to something else. I was hoping to do a trade in for future credit on an Escalade but feel like the staff did not work with me on my needs. They were promoting a chip sale shortage and how you could get up to 25% more for your trade in but I feel like that wasnt even taken into consideration. I just really feel like there was no motivation to make a sale that day and that I was interrupting and not taken serious. I will be finding a different dealership to go to .

Was working with Christina about a Yukon that was due in. I was able to make it on the lot without notice and she had left for the day. The Yukon arrived that day and was in the showroom. Another salesperson(Alan) assisted me. I bought the car cause I had my mind made up but he assisted me as if I was his exclusive customer. Was great to work with and the entire dealership staff was pleasant and accommodating. This was the 3rd car I’ve bought from a Coulter lot. I always look there first.

Last time I purchased a vehicle in a dealer was about 17 years ago. This time I thought I was going to have to spend at least a few hours in there but surprisingly it was super fast. I Had a great experience with Alan Lopez. No pushing to purchase anything and answer my questions. Made an appointment for recalled tires. I get there and ask where to pull in. One ma says theres no recall. Yes. There is. After 30 minutes, Im told that my tires didnt fall into the bad batch. I couldve read a serial number at home and not wasted the trip. Afterwards, I had a few other questions about stuff I would like have fixed. I was brushed off and rushed out. They dont give a flip about me, anyway. Dont let the cheap clothes fool ya.

No communication at all, it took 3 hours for an oil change, so quick to take my money. First time ever going to this place, no1 greeted me at all, I didn’t know where service was got out my car walked in the building no1 helped..I wouldn’t recommend anyone here nor will I return for any type of service. I didn’t see know color in there either, that’s could be the reason why I didn’t get the correct service.. because I was the only Black Person in there.. nope you guys where horrible with horrible service
A simple battery change took 3 hours. I called/verified the dealer has the battery in stock and 2.5 hours after I dropped the truck I was told they just got the battery. Ridiculous!
DON’T GO HERE!!!!! Worst car company ever. Don’t buy a GM. The airbags went off in our 2018 Acadia after going on a slight bump. Took it here to get it fixed. After 2 months they told me it wasn’t there responsibility and refused to cooperate with the insurance company. Worthless people. I had to crawl under the pavement myself to take pictures of the car since they couldn’t do it. Their loss since it was like $14,000 in repairs. These cars are awful. My brother’s Acadia had the automatic brakes randomly go off in his as well. Thankfully he got a new car under the Lemon Law. I’d stay far away from anything GM especially this location. You’ve been warned.

I had a terrible experience with this location recently. I brought my car in to be serviced since the check engine light went on. They put me with Don and I didnt receive any communication from him about what what wrong with my car or what they were doing with it for 3 1/2 days, meanwhile I was without a car. I asked them to do certain maintenance that wasnt done and was almost charge double for service that was only provided once. I left a survey review explaining my situation after getting my car back, hoping that management would reach out. I received a response saying to call them to discuss my situation, so I did. When I called, I said, Hi, I recently took my car in and was unhappy with the service, I left a review and was told... and the gal who answered hung up on me!! So, I called back thinking we got disconnected and she hung up on me again!! I wasnt being rude, just explaining that I left a review and was told to reach out. She wouldnt even let me get through the whole sentence before she hung up. ... UPDATE: Michael, the service director called me and apologized for the situation which I appreciated. My car felt like it was still running hard so he offered to let me bring it in and work with Steve instead. I brought my car in, worked with Steve - who was great by the way - and they gave me a loaner car. When I picked up my vehicle, it was clean. Im glad they made things right.

As I dropped my car off on Monday, It was just kept in the back untouched and spoke out to several service workers about what was the issue and they had nothing more to say then to say the TECH has not started and i’d be reassigned and was given a run around. It took two and a half days for me to get my car back when I had went into the dealership just for a diagnostic test.

Coulter sent a recall notice for my Canadian GMC Sierra. Evidently the rear defroster needs some attention. After making an appointment, I arrived with my truck only to be told I didnt have an appointment. I proved I did have an appointment only to be told by the service manager they didnt want to fix my truck because in our Arizona climate I didnt need a defroster. Nice service. Take it to the bank Iwont be back. Bite Me
Oscar was very helpful and was able to get me back in my car the same day. He knew the loaner I was in didn’t fit my family of 6. Getting my car the same day really helped my family and I out. The workers that helped me to pick up my car and turn in the loaner were very respectful and fast. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast there as well. The cook was very nice. I took my GMC sierra pick up for service in February of this year for oil change service.service writer advised of oil leaks oil pan and valve covers. I okd service. in May i discovered a large oil spot under Sierra. i hadnt used vehicle in over a week. a leak was discovered in valley of engine. Why hadnt they discovered this issue in February? They should have tested engine for other leaks. I would like an explanation.
We will always bring our Buick in for priority services because of our lease agreement. We were not happy, however, with labor and parts being performed without our authorizations

Regrettably, I will no longer be purchasing from or servicing vehicles there because of their ridiculous, asinine, ill-conceived decision to no longer provide complimentary loaner vehicles for same-day service. What a shame....gm brands like Cadillac and Buick are already nearly dead. This stupid dealership choice puts the nail in the coffin for me. Bye, bye Coulter!

I just called to get warranty work done on my 2018 gmc 2500HD Denali. I was told the earliest date available was the 29th. So much for customer service. “I know your truck isn’t working sir... so does the 29th work”? Today is the 22nd, NO that’s not going to work. Hopefully this dealerships customers do not need immediate assistance or they will be out a vehicle for a week!

We had such an enjoyable experience during. Jose and the whole team was incredible to work with. Plus the facility is so welcoming. After much car shopping, as a soon-to-be married couple, we like to tease that they saved a marriage by making the car buying experience so pleasurable!
The work was completed as requested but the advisor did not communicate the entire issue with the service tech which resulted in no coolant being added. When I checked the engine upon receipt of the vehicle and brought it to their attention they took it back to fill up the coolant. However, they spilled coolant on the front bumper and rear driver side fender (for some odd reason).
Samantha (my salesperson) and the rest of the people i met were outstanding. I usually dont remember names but i remember everyone that she introduced me to. My experience with Samantha was entirely different than any experience ive ever had at a dealer; im still kind of in shock about that. Ive never have had a better buying experience of a new vehicle at a dealership in my entire life. Im even more excited to pick up my new Sierra in a few days, and frankly i dont plan on buying a new vehicle from another dealer again.

Was not happy with the out come of service. they had my car for three days fixing a oil pan leak. First of all took in for a oil change and service man said I have a bad oil leak from oil pan. Asked if could leave there to be fixed. Service mgr. said its covered under warranty picked up and still have a leak.
Titus is by far the reason I keep coming back to this dealership. He has always made the process so smooth, and he is so kind to me. I never feel like he is trying to sell me on anything, just gives it to me straight. He deserves the biggest raise. love him!

After driving around town (Goodyear, Peoria, North Scottsdale), we ended up just 5 miles from home at Coulter Buick GMC and had the best sales experience on the purchase of our new GMC Pick-up. From our first contact by phone to check inventory, our salesman Robbie went the extra mile to provide great customer service, when we arrived the truck was pulled out and ready for us to test drive. During our test drive he was super informative about the vehicle. During negotiations, he listened to what was important to us, and was able to negotiate and work out a deal that worked for us. He is a friendly (and not pushy!), down to earth salesman. Also, the finance//business manager portion of the process was the fastest and smoothest we have ever had! I would highly recommend this dealership.
We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Poor communication. Misleading information. Excessive charges. Despite my expressed dissatisfaction, management was never available to discuss concerns with me personally. I am not certain they even have a manager. Follow up calls made it even worse. I was actually informed that they had finally received the part needed. The same part they had apparently already installed and for which I was already charged . Now I have to take the car to another dealer to see if the work was even done. They also agreed to pay for a rental car prior to the work. This was even confirmed with Enterprise before picking up the car. After the work was done. Enterprise charged me stating Coulter declined to pay. I will definitely not return.
