I was hesitant to visit the store due to the reviews about terrible service. When I visited I had no issues with the two ladies. Both were friendly and helpful.

Do not recommend very unprofessional service. I brought my daughter in to see around and see if they offered quinceañera packages. I explained to her I still had time would be turning 14 soon. I told her I just wanted to see what packages were offered she looked at my daughter said for who was it I told her for her. She made a face said we dont offer anything with that time frame and looked and seamed bothered that I had asked. I explained to her I had done the same with my other daughter but at another place tand she said well we dont offer that. She basically said she could not help me . We left I went to Noris bridal totally different service was shown the packages offered.

I went there looking for a wedding dress and this lady that was at this front-desk like seemed as if I was bothering her, as if she had something more important to do than actually do business with me. I would ask her questions and she would barely answer me. She said wedding gowns are only sold by catalog so she took my measurents and said shed check availability and call me back (because it was a little late and the place she had to check with was already closed) and it was perfectly fine because I thought she was going to call back next day but she never did and I didnt want to call her since she seemed she did not want to help me from the beginning. So I went to Davids Bridal and found a prettier dress (and a little cheaper too!!) and was able to try it on right in there at the moment I was there, not having to wait for it to be sent from a catalog.

Horrible, absolutely horrible, as a faultless individual, one tries to get the best experiences and enters the building hoping for help and hospitality but on the contrary none was displayed. I came here for great service and in need for help with measurements and a quick fitting for a future quinceanera.... after i receive my fit i am told that it needs alterations and after paying $105 I needed to pay an additional $40 for the alterations, same for the other 8 members of the quinceanera escort... this was not the only case... it seems the money thirst is extremely popular as the quinceanera dress came in wrong colour and wrong style and was made to pay another additional $200 for the incorrect dress and colour. Yet at the beginning I noticed after purchase they added and additional $300 to the dress until i pointed it out and the lady quickly removed it, and of course their scheduling is absolutely outrageous as I waited outside of their building after the lady left to get her coworker for the fitting after I was told she was not going to be there but her co worker was. Their manners do not exist... I do not recommend working with them, you will be overcharged and will be in a state of stress.

They made pay extra for an alteration and all of my damas as well.

Getting constant unwanted text messages from this company and they will not stop and unwilling to work with you, they only want your money and I have never done business with this company and never will.

Very bad service there waiters are slow there soda is watered down they tell you something is included then the last min.they say no and the worst of all we had been told we would have a party bus that would fit 26 people our whole bridal party they sent us a bus that barely fit 14 a lot of my people didnt make it to the photo shoot I was upset about that so bad dont trust there word

This venue was absolutely perfect! Everything we wanted and planned for.

They told me that I will arrive at a certain time and it is closed. Cartulon says Saturdays from 11am to 6pm is 5:40 pm I have 30 min waiting for the photos and no one is there. What kind of service is this. Let your customers wait and have already paid ... NOT RECOMMENDING THIS LUXURY!
