The Azteca team made this experience absolutely wonderful! Once I arrived for my appointment, they led me upstairs and let me look around for my dress. They have such a gorgeous selection available. Once I started trying some on, my consultant Jenna would bring me dresses based off my feedback which was really helpful so I didnt have to keep going back. In fact, the dress I got was actually one she brought me!When my dress arrived, Liz helped me try it on and she was great! Super social and kind. She even asked me what kind of viel I was looking for and went out of her way to go and find one that matched (which i ended up getting because it was beautiful!).We also got my bridesmaids dresses here and I cannot wait for those to come in!!! Im so excited and thankful to Azteca and the team. I would recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress.

I confirmed my appointment over the phone the day before my appointment. The representative asked me which dresses that I wanted to try on and so I gave her the numbers and she said shed pull them so they would be ready for me. When we arrived, every staff member was confused about what we were there for and who we were supposed to be seeing. None of the staff knew that the previous rep had called about the dresses so none of them had been pulled like I was told and they were totally disorganized and made it seem like it was our fault for them not being prepared. When we decided the hassle wasnt really worth it, we asked if the owner was there so we could talk about our experience. The owner was the MOST insulting. He made excuses for the customer service and only said well weve been in business 60 years so as if that had anything to do with why we werent enjoying our experience. Then he asked is it because we made you wear a mask? as if we werent in compliance with their mask rule or had said ANYTHING about being annoyed with their policy (which we were completely comfortable with). It was so rude and I would never recommend this place.Reply to your reply:We didnt threaten anyone with anything nor say anyone should get fired. We calmly asked to talk to the owner since he was sitting at his desk and we said everything has been really disorganized and the staff is making it seem like its our fault and the owner (you, I presume) got up in a huff and walked us swiftly to the door while insulting us. We didnt have to be in the shop longer than 15 minutes to know we wouldnt be back. And I hope that others can tell from your response that you couldnt care less about your customer service or apologizing. All you wanted to do was justify your rudeness and then slip in a fake Im sorry towards the end. Im not buying it lol have a good life.

I took my sister to Azteca since I had bought my gown there 2 years ago my experience was greatthen my consultant was Ofelia. She was amazing! This time around it was HORRIBLE. We schedule the appointment since they limit the peopleInside the store which I was very happy about that. The girl in the front was the one let us in she was filing some papers so she called for a consultant we waited for our consultant and she took us upstairs. Huge selection, (not organized seems like dresses were just hung randomly), but it felt like she didn’t know a lot about them. She told us the limit of how many we can try on we carried along. The trying on was alright she was constantly walking back to the computer and at times she would be on her phone. No only our consultant but the other one upstairs as well. I felt like the service compare toWhen I came dropped drastically maybe because they are still young and attached to their phones LOL when we finished we went down stairs to look at bridesmaids dresses they were all unorganized as well like if they had not straighten them out in a while. No one really paid attention except for a lady who did not speak any English but did check on us took us tothe fitting rooms and took our dresses sweet lady. Over all I feel that it was quite an experience obviously new consultants need a bit more training if that.

I purchased a Black dressed that needed to be ordered from their catalog, a woman there measured my size and ordered me a dress that was 3x larger refused to reimburse for the difference off what I paid to get the dress Altered. She refused to Take accountability for their error and refused to make things right Raul the manager made me feel like it was my loss. They are inconsiderate, Unprofessional, and scammers over all I lost out on 165 dollars. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I had an appointment over the weekend that I booked 2 weeks in advance. I received confirmation. They sent me a text asking for dress inspirations and I sent them 3-4 pics and told them what I was looking for. Day before my appointment they called and asked the same thing. I told them I responded to the text with pictures. Talked for a while with a lady (later found out it was the owner) and she had a dress she would suggest. I showed up and I had a person that had no idea what I was looking for! I had to show her all the images AGAIN and go over details of what I discussed with the owner the night before AGAIN. She looked like she was 18, and had not experience or confidence in what she was doing. Then she shows me to a room and tells me to pick out 6 dresses and then disappears. Where do I put these dresses I picked out???Finally comes back and she takes the dresses, puts them in a fitting room, but barely helps me find anything, the store felt like complete chaos with other appointments.Im in a dress and they make me move dressing rooms. And once Im in a dress shes hardly around. Thank God my bridesmaids were around. If I needed to be clipped Good Luck getting help! At one point she needed to go run an errand, another time she was on the phone (the owner kept calling and over and over). It wasnt until the end the owners granddaughter stepped up to answer questions, because my person knew nothing of my questions.Then I wanted to get measured and the tell me they wouldnt measure me unless I was putting down a payment for a dress... Excuse me?!I can go get measured someplace else and not be pressured to buy a dress. I found a couple a dresses that were nice but my experience there didnt make me feel special.They probably spoke negatively about me after I left just like they were about another bride that was trying on dresses. YES, they were speaking negatively about another bride right in front of me!I would not recommend this place if you want any serious help finding your wedding dress for your special day. They seriously need to work on their Customer service and improve the experience. Its stressful enough trying to find The Dress its so much worse when the people that should be helping you dont seem to know anything.

I would give absolutely no stars. I tried to make an appointment online and it wouldnt allow me to do so. I sent a message and was told to call after 2 p to schedule an appointment. I called around 330pm and the lady that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. she would not disclose her name and stated per their policy they could schedule for 4 people (one being a minor at the age of 11) she later changed her story and said they couldnt allow anyone under the age of 10 I told her great because she is not 10 she is 11 and she still refused to schedule an appointment. I told her I received a text telling me to call and I can be helped she stated oh thats the owner but she cant help you right now. I told her to have the owner call me back and was still given a hard time about it.

Got both my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses here. Super personable and one on one with a consultant. They let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. Let me come in several times to try it on with different people due to visitor restrictions with covid. Can’t tell you how great my experience there was! Also super affordable.

On 11/23 I scheduled an appointment online to look at wedding dresses on 12/23. I received an email confirmation about the appointment. I EVEN CALLED TO CONFIRM (just in case), even though I had the email confirmation. My appointment was confirmed. Then yesterday, 12/14, I received a text message saying the store would be closed and they would like to reschedule my appointment for another day. I was very upset because I dont understand why they scheduled AND CONFIRMED my appointment if they were going to be closed. However, today I came on here and read the reviews for this place and I noticed that a lot of people rave about their wide selection and prices but the negative reviews are all the same: Bad customer service. So... although yesterday I was understandably upset, after reading those reviews today, Im not so upset anymore. In the text message I received from them, they did provide different dates in December for me to reschedule but I picked 12/23 for a reason and I wouldnt be able to reschedule until sometime in January. Also, no one ever apologized for this error/mix up/inconvenience. So even though I never actually went for an appointment, this was just not a good start. This would have been my first appointment ever to try on wedding dresses!!! I was super excited but its probably for the best that it didnt work out.

Awful policies and customer service of this store. I have a friend (bridesmaid) with medical condition and CAN NOT wear a mask. We were the ONLY customers in the store (4 total) and they would not let us proceed. There is no statewide mandate. We drove downtown in 100+ degrees and they would not make acceptions to an individual with a medical condition.Discriminatory and completely ridiculous

Three stars because I know a one star review can really effect a small business like this one. So 3 stars for their huge selection but really I give ONE STAR for their customer service.The “stylist” didn’t even ask me my name or acted interested in who I brought with me. She didn’t ask me what type of dress I was looking for. She showed me a giant room cram packed with dresses so I felt very overwhelmed.She seemed really rushed, I asked her if they had a similar dress to the one I tried on but with a lower cut in the front. She said ok and left for a few minutes then cane back empty handed and did say anything about the other dress she went to go find. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I didnt end up buying a dress here but this place is AMAZING! After having a poor experience at a shop in Scottsdale, I called here and they got me in THE SAME DAY! The customer service was phenomenal and there was a ton of dresses to choose from! I tried on the dress I had my eye on for months and they had it in 3 sizes! They are definitely mindful that not everyone is a size 2. My sister brought her baby and they wouldnt let her up to the dresses with my nephew BUT they brought the dresses downstairs so she could be there when I tried them on. Its totally understandable that they dont let kids and babies upstairs. There was absolutely no pressure to buy even though my wedding was 5 months out at the time. We would bring 3 or so dresses down at a time and the lady didnt seem annoyed or anything when I wasnt satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience here because I was FINALLY able to try on my dream dress and able to realize it just wasnt the dress for me. Definitely recommend coming here because they probably have that dress you have been dreaming of and will give you their full attention!

I made multiple trips to Phoenix from Tucson for dress fittings for my wedding gowns. Each time they were unorganized calling and texting me multiple times to ask me what time my appointment was. It’s like no one that works there speaks to each other. When I was in the store, staff were more interested in sitting down gabbing and gossiping with each other then helping their customers. They speak to you as if you are stupid. Their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I went to another bridal shop and found my dress. They were selling me the sample dress from the rack which was fine, but they refused to lower the price. I called Azteca and was told they have the same exact dress, brand new, for $600 less than the first bridal shop. One purchase and I’m already convinced Azteca is the most reasonably priced bridal shop in Phoenix. I’m very pleased with my experience.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. They sent me numerous emails and called me to confirm my appointment, which was great. In a couple of the emails they asked me to upload about 5 dress ideas, so I did. When I got to the shop, I figured they would have had some dresses pulled, but they didn’t. I’m not sure what the point of uploading the pictures was for. They did have a large selection but dresses were just shoved in the racks which made it difficult to look. Then when I got into the dressing room, no one helped me get the wedding dresses on. When I came out they would clip the back but that was the extent of their help. Also, as I was getting dressed, I heard a crash. My poor mother in law to be, who is not a large lady, had her chair collapse from underneath her. I realize that was out of their hands, but it was the final straw of an awful experience. We all left. Wedding dress shopping should be a magical and fun time and this place did nothing to make that happen. Go instead over to David’s Bridal Collections in Scottsdale and ask for Becky. She’ll take great care of you!!!!

Both my sisters and I found our wedding dresses here! Excellent service by Ofelia! She made the whole experience so smooth and was so helpful with finding the dress and veil, in our price range. Love this woman, so sweet and joyful!They have snacks and water bottles to enjoy. Also, a bunch of props and signs to take pictures with! For example, ones that say, I said YES to the dress! Call ahead to make a reservation! You can also get quinceanera dresses here too. And for $15 extra, you can get a nice bag to carry your dress in!

We came here to find a wedding dress for my best friend. First bridal dress store we visited. The store was older but dont let that fool you. The dresses they have and the service they deliver is top notch. They have dresses in all price ranges. And the lady that was helping us was very attentive and helpful. The upstairs area we were in does not allow young children. Keep that in mind, they are very strict about this. My friend found her dream dress. Highly recommend.

Had a great first appointment pre covid, not sure if it’s under new management or what but both of my fittings were pretty awful and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Biggest recommendation for improvement would be to not yell at your staff in front of customers. It happened several times during both of my fittings and although my dress wasn’t completed, I decided to take it elsewhere due to these issues and a few others. Super disappointed and I honestly feel bad for the poor girls who work here.

After trying several different bridal shops, I finally found THE Dress here. I love how low key and friendly they were and I never felt any pressure from them like I did at other shops. I was free to browse the racks and they were there when I needed assistance or had a question.I also had my alterations done there. The pricing was very reasonable and Anna did an amazing job! I was so happy with my whole experience and would definitely recommend them to other brides to be!

If you’re thinking about getting your alterations done here don’t. My family has been coming here for years my sweet sixteen dress, my moms vow renewal dress, my bridesmaids dress, and most important my wedding dress. Yes the selections here are great but this was the first time we had alterations done here. They gave me a specific date and time to come in for my final fitting. So my mom and I worked that around our work schedule and drove to the other side of town to pick it up. When we arrived to the store I got a call from them asking me to come in another day (umm I was already there sitting in the fitting room waiting for my dress) I said no it’s 2 weeks till my wedding I scheduled this appointment awhile ago I’m here I’d like to pick it up today. They said the dress wasn’t done mind you it was only a hem and it had been over a week for them to do it. So we had no choice but to leave. They gave us a discount to try to fix the situation but my mom and I left still so frustrated we took hours out of our day for this and we had to make the drive again. When we came back the next week it took us an hour and 30 min just to try it on. They forgot to steam the veil so they said it takes 5 min when we asked in advance for it to be done. It took 30 minutes. Communication lacks in this store and it takes them 30 min to find your dress because it is so unorganized. My advise is grab the dresses in advance that way time is not wasted for your guests. Get your alterations done somewhere else. At this store only 3 days out of the week is there someone to do alterations and most of the time they’re already booked and even if you do get an appointment it still might not be done.

I was surprised by how great this shop was! I loved the number of dress styles available and how attentive Kensey was. She found styles I liked and even made sure to check non bridal dress she knew came in off white and ivory so I had an even larger selection. They had some really great dresses and price range.

The place is very clean and well organized. The dress racks are all in order and located very conveniently based on purpose (wedding, quincenera, children, etc). I think the staff could use more help though with the place being busy, from drop-ins to fitting appointments to phone calls. It could also use some upgrades as far as catalogues go. Instead of just books, more people can self browse an electronic catalogue.

Azteca Bridal is a really great place, so Im surprised to see all the negative reviews. Ive been here years ago and theyve remodeled, so it looks amazing inside in the bridal area! They did a really nice job. Liz helped me with my appointment and she is just the nicest person ever, seriously. I highly recommend Liz, shes awesome! The bridal selection is also huge. You really cant go wrong with so many options.

I went there for the first time today and found my dress. They had a nice selection of dresses and the young lady was super nice and picked out a few dresses for me to try on. I must have tried on 15 different gowns and she just keep them coming without being irritated. Prices are great and selection is awesome.

I have two little girls myself and they told me before booking my appointment that kids under 10 were not allowed upstairs. I totally get this. I purchased my wedding gown here. The staff was very accommodating from day 1. This was the first place I visited during my search for the perfect dress. Selection of dresses are awesome. Anabel assisted us with dresses and had the most patience.The 2 other ladies in the quinceañera section were a bit rude with some comments. I went to look for a burgundy dress for wedding instead of the traditional white/ivory. One said but these are quinceañera dresses; bridal are upstairs. Last time I checked, Im the customer buying a dress, not asking for a personal opinion. Another moment, the second lady was rushing Anabel and I to finish with the fitting room. Not our fault that the fitting rooms are as small as they are.

I was extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter had yesterday at Azteca bridal. My daughter wants a black wedding dress. The sales consultant assured my daughter that any dress can be made into a black wedding dress but, when it came down to it the dress my daughter picked out could not be made in black. The consultant was not very attentive to my daughter. We booked the appointment 2 weeks ago. When we arrived they wanted to reschedule the appointment. The selection was not very big. The gowns were overpriced. This was not a pleasant experience for my daughter. This was the first store we went shopping for the wedding dress. I would NEVER recommend Azteca Bridal to anyone. The only reason why I gave it one star was because they did offer free water and snacks. I am so glad we didnt purchase a dress from Azteca. The consultants were unorganized, unprepared, and unprofessional. Stay as far away from this place as possible!!. If you want a great experience go to Suzannes Bridal in Mesa.

Wonderful experience finding a beautiful silhouette beaded floor length wedding gown with chapel length train! After using their expert alteration seamstresses my daughter in laws gown fit perfectly. She was totally pleased and so excited to have genuine people help her find her dream gown at an Amazing price!!!

This place has horrible customer service. I had the simple task of picking up a wedding dress for my cousin that was supposed to be pressed. I was the first person there when the store opened. First off, no one acknowledges you when you come in to the store. The guy who helped us couldnt find the dress and I waited 30 minutes just so they can tell me it was not yet pressed. ( mind you, it was supposed to be ready the day before) Im guessing it was the owner who unapologetically said to wait 45 more minutes because they were busy. I guess once you pay them, they simply stop caring.

Guys I went in there with no budget, willing to spend whatever was needed on the perfect gown, and the perfect gown was SO AFFORDABLE. I cannot recommend enough!!! I had been to 3 other bridal shops already!!!

I am the master of honor for my grind wedding and so far everything about this place is upsetting. First off, they told her that her dress would be ready in a certain amount of time and when we came in to view it, it hasnt even been ordered yet even though it was fully paid for. Then theres the fact that we told them they were going to outfit the entire group of groomsmen and brides maids and when we came to view the dress we were informed they stopped dealing with tuxedos but they never mentioned that before we paid for the dress. Dissatisfied so far. Now, i just want our business to conclude.

Excellent! We decided to try Azteca after a bad experience with another bridal shop. My daughter is very petite and nobody seems to carry petites in the store to try on. They wanted her to try on dresses that were 5 sizes too big and then clip it to get an idea of what the right size would look like on her and pay full price to special order it with an all sales final policy. Not Azteca. They had several dresses in the right size available to try on. We worked with Ofelia who was SUPERB! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. My daughter found the prefect dress with no stress! Thank you Ofelia and Azteca for making finding the right dress a wonderful memory for my daughter!

Had the absolute best experience with Azteca bridal. The first time I came, I worked with Offelia and she gave me the best service possible. She went out of her way to make me happy. The second time I visited this place, again I got great service but this time with Kensey. She took her time to understand my vision for the veil I wanted and helped me with so many other things! I totally recommend going here to any bride who wants to find their dream dress.

I loved this place!!! I was so nervous about picking out a dress. Literally had a nightmare about it several days prior to my appointment. Naomi took her time with me and calmed me down so I could have fun! She knew her products very well. The dress I bought was not one that I picked. She saw what I was liking and what I didnt like and got my perfect dress off the rack for me. My bridesmaids loved it so much that they are getting their wedding dresses from them!!! Highly recommend!!!

They have a fix for all of your concerns! Also, it helps that they are so patient. They understand the decisions that are made here are going to be forever imprinted in our most cherished memories in life. Highly reccomended!

This place is open call ahead is somewhat make an appointment for them to let you in make sure you call when you get there because the people inside will ignore you until you call and its so somebody can let you in even if they see you they wont even acknowledge you unless you call when your at the door

I was so disappointed in my last visit that i will NEVER return to this shop. I had been here previously for a couple bridesmaid dresses then returned for my prom dress. After those experiences I recommended this shop to a friend for her wedding dress shopping. I went with her to try on dresses and was extremely disappointed in our trip. The young lady who ended up helping us had introduced herself to give us a tour and said that someone else would be our stylist. The stylist never once helped us. The girl who gave the tour ended up helping with all the dresses, which i imagine was not her job since she was working the front desk when we got there.After trying on dresses we were given no notice the end of the appointment was nearing. We went for one last time to find dresses when a young gentleman offered to take 2 dresses and put them in her dressing room. An older hispanic lady snatched them from him & just started telling us no more no more! With no explanation. The girl, who was supposed to be our stylist, came over to us and told the bride that our appointment was over & she already gave our dressing room away.After that the girl who was helping us took us to a back room with dressing rooms so the bride could try on the last 2 we had picked. From there as we were walking out we had asked to simply see a dress that she was unable to try on. Not to try on but just see. The young girl from the front desk was handed a phone and started being reprimanded. We told her it was okay to not show us the dress and we were walked back to the front door.I am extremely disappointed in the rude service & how we were treated. I will not recommend to any one i know again. Nor will i ever be returning.

Ofelia is the best worker in that place! Shes such a sweetheart.. I got my wedding dress there and every time I stopped by she would remember me.

I was cautious due to the reviews, however, I loved every minute of my experience. I worked with Flo and she was amazing. She helped me every step of the way and I ended up getting the dress of my dreams. This place is great, dont let the reviews ruin it, go try it for yourself. They have a dress for every budget and are extremely easy to work with.

I had a great experience! Maria helped me and she was amazing! I think azteca has great and up to date selections, there were so many, I was so annoyed because I wanted all of them :) I would definitely recommend Azteca to any bride to be!!

This place is outstanding. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted immediately by two consultants. They explained the process to me and were helpful in collaborating with me when I showed them the many pictures I had of dream dresses on my phone. They took the time to help me search for certain dresses and dress styles and were extremely patient with me when I took way too many dresses back to try on LOL. They have an amazing selection of gowns and they are organized very well. I have to admit, when I first walked in I was quite nervous because of all of the quincenera ballgown dresses, but once you walk upstairs, it is bride heaven!! Ofelia in particular was amazing. My appointment was right when they opened so it got progressively busier as the hour and a half went by, but she managed all of her brides without flaw. I could have gone with another boutique that offered me the same price with half off a veil, but I decided to go here because of their hospitality and the comfort I felt from my appointment. I also have to say that I previously purchased a dress at another boutique and the difference in treatment is immeasurable so bride to bride, if you are not overwhelmed with your boutique, COME HERE! Thank you Ofelia for all of your help :)

Great service, family owned for a very long time. The owner helped us with full service appointment time and attention even though we were a walk in. Turns out my mom found her wedding dress here when they were located in Glendale, and now my baby sister found hers here a few weeks ago! I’ve been here a few other times as well. They have a great variety of beautiful, brand name options, prices, and a ton of sizes in stock.

I dont normally take the time to put reviews but I am AMAZED with the customer service that was offered by OFELIA!!!!!I RECOMMEND HER SO MUCH WHEN COMING HERE!!!!! she went above and beyond with every detail including fitting and accessories. If the owner reads she DESERVES A RAISE OR A RECOGNITION. She knows what shes doing and talking about, super great knowledge and recommendations.

I was concerned by all the reviews and the location but after shopping at many other bridal boutiques in the Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale and Mesa area, Azteca was more than wonderful!!! Not only did they help me try on dresses on 3 different occasions, but when I was about to order my dream dress, they did not even grumble when I wanted to try on one last dress. They were super helpful, kind, and even gave me a great discount on my wedding dress, veil, and garter. I would recommend Azteca Bridal for the best selection that I have seen in AZ of traditional, untraditional and modest dresses. Their customer service was top notch. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with us on getting the dress ordered in quickly.

My experience has always been great . My 4 daughters have gotten their dresses there and now my grand daughter, 3 nieces. Service has been great. They are busy and we had to wait a few minutes, however the attention and dress selection went well. The girls have the patience of Job. some of the other customers were rude. and they were real pros. with them I would have not had the patience. Thank you for a great experience. You made our experience a pleasure

I am so pleased with this place!! They literally have dresses to fit anyones budget. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me. She reassured me so many times that we were going to find the dress for me. Offered me discounts and kept bringing in dresses for me. When I showed her the dress I had previously like at another shop but they didnt have the size I needed she got so excited and going the exact same dress!! She had just had knee surgery and was so running all over the place to help me. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! 5 stars!!

I give this bridal salon 2.5 stars. It wasnt horrible, but it definitely wasnt the bridal store experience I was imagining. The building is old, a little run down and has a musty smell on the inside when you walk in. My appointment was at 10 oclock and when I got there I was waiting outside the store with all the other 10 oclock appointment brides. It would be nice it they could open around 9:30, that way there would be no long line right at 10 oclock when the doors open. I was assigned a bridal consultant, but I had to share her with another bride which was frustrating. I was expecting a more salon style experience where you tell your consultant what you are interested in and they bring back gowns that match your taste and size. After a brief tour, we were set free to just find dresses, which is near impossible to know what they will look like when they are just hanging on the rack. I wear a normal dress size 12-14 depending on the brand which is equivalent to 16-18 in wedding dress sizes. The store had very limited dresses in these sizes and the majority were wedding dress sizes 6, 8, 10 and 12 (normal sizes 2, 4, 6 and 8). There are not too many brides who actually fit those sizes. Probably the thing I disliked most about this store was my consultant. She was rude, seemed annoyed that she had to help me get in dresses, talked entirely about her engagement and asked me nothing about mine, and constantly flaunted that she gets to model wedding dresses at the bridal shows in town. I found some dresses that I am interested in, but I most definitely will not be purchasing them at this store.

I must say, I am pretty surprised by so many negative comments made here. Although my experience here wasnt perfect, it wasnt awful either. I found the dress I wanted online & went in the store to try it on/have it ordered. The one I tried on wasnt the one I ordered but the ordering went smoothly. My only complaint is that I had to pay half down on the dress before ordering, which means I ordered a dress sight-unseen. When I went to pick it up, I found out they ordered it in a size larger than what I measured for. Had they ordered it in my size, I probably wouldnt have needed alterations. They said it was because my size would have required expedited shipping & would have cost more, but they never discussed that decision with me before making the purchase of the larger size. & yet they still charged me alteration fees despite it being their mistake. Ultimately, I got the dress I wanted & it was only somewhat of a hassle. I kind of figured that there would be some bumps in the road when trying to get a dress.

I am getting married March 7th 2020, all 5 of my bridesmaids came here to get their bridesmaid dress that I had picked out. They came the beginning of October 2019, gave their deposit and ordered their dress, the worker was very clear that the girls needed to order their dresses no later than mid October in order to get here on time and do alterations, so they did just that. My bridesmaids all went on their own, different times to get measured and have their dress ordered. By then we were told that the dress would be in end of December or beginging of January incase there waas any delays because of the holidays... as we were getting into mid January I decided to give them a call to get an update on when the dresses would be coming in. I called Friday and the person who anwsered was not able to help me and give me any info, he couldnt find our order and then said he would be giving me a call back, never got a call back so then I called saturday. The person that helped me just said they left a message to the company to see where they were at. At this point I knew something went wrong because if the dresses were ordered they should have had a way to track them. Monday came and one of my bridesmaids called asking about any info she can get on the dress. She said the lady that was on the phone ( I believe her name was reyna, was very rude and did not want to give her any info). I then recieved a call from her and she told me the dresses were never ordered, she reeally couldnt give me an explaination besides there was a mixup with girls having similar names) she goes on to tell me that they are TRYING to see if they can get the dresses in by the end of Febuary, again my wedding is the first week of march. She said it was going to be alot of money to get this special delivery, but they are taking responsibly. At this point I was so stressed and disapointedd in their service, why would I trust them a second time after failing miserably the first. As I mentioned above, all of my bridesmaids went in on different occasions to order their dress, they did not go in together, so basically every time a girl went in to get measured and pay nothing was done by the workers? Horrible experience! I do not recommend anyone to go there. Not only did they mess up once, they messed up 5 times! Take your business elsewhere.

My family has been shopping here for special occasion dresses for years. Weddings, proms, bridesmaids and flower girls. They are affordable and quality. It is family run and can be a bit chaotic downstairs at times but well worth it. Bring some patience, and a good attitude and you cant go wrong.I recently came here after trying a few shops closer to home. I needed something I could buy right away since my event date was in 2 months. (Procrastinator, I know) And If you have ever been shopping off the Sample Rack you know pickings are slim, limited in sizes and tattered. When we got upstairs my shopper told me I could literally buy ANYTHING off the floor except what was in the trunk show! NO ONE else does that! OMG I almost cried. I had so many options and I found the one. AND as luck would have it, there was one in stock from the designer that I ordered and got in two weeks! IN MY SIZE! BRAND NEW!I must mention, that when my dress came in it didnt have any of the button/jewel details down the back that the sample did. Azteca has them on order as we speak, and has promised to apply all of it to my dress for free in time for my day. Its a snafu that almost had me in tears, but they are making it right.I could not be happier. I Highly Recommend!OH! But remember, No KIDS! Leave them at home because if you bring them someone will have to stay downstairs with them in the lobby. They are not allowed in the bridal shop upstairs. Dads (men) also are not allowed in the changing area. I had mine with me, and he had to sit in the dress display area, so thats where my mom and sister sat too. They have a refreshment table and chairs over there. When I would get a dress on my shopper would walk me out to the main floor and have a little stool to stand on to show my dad. It wasnt ideal, but it worked.

Found my one of a kind wedding dress. But its two weeks before the big day and they still havent gotten to it yet. And I payer for it months ago

I love this place because all the dresses there are really good quality!(wedding and quinceañera) I got my wedding dress there and I am in love with it till this day. Im giving them a 3 because some ladies there could be rude and give a little attitude like they need better costumer service there.
