Came here to have my rear brake pads replaced, the staff was really friendly and upfront. I dealt with Greg and it was refreshing to meet a genuine mechanic. Greg had noticed some additional maintenance that he recommended down the line, I really appreciate it when the shops are honest like that. Im also not mechanically inclined whatsoever and he was really cool about explaining what was wrong in a simple way that I could understand. I will be coming back here for that maintenance he recommended.

Dave the manager was stand up. My brakes were squeaking and although they were working well I wanted to make sure they were safe. The mechanic confirmed that brakes were okay, just needed lubrication. While inspecting the car the mechanic noticed a large nail sticking out of my tire. It must have happened within the last 15 minutes driving. So he temporarily plugged it so I could drive over to Discount Tire. He even offered to put spare on for safety but since Discount Tire was around the corner, I was fine. They didnt even charge me. I appreciate honesty in businesses so I will bring my car there for oil changes and other issues. Thanks Brakemasters.

Went to go get my rear breaks checked because they were squealing time to time and they decided to take off my front tires as well even though I told them when at the front desk that I just replaced my front breaks and they are new and to not touch the front tires. They said I need my rear brakes and rotors changed, that the hardware was broken in the front brake pads and that I need new rotors on the front and wanted to charge me 301 for everything. I went to another place called Japanese auto pros and they said all rotors are good and that no hardware was broken and that I just needed my rear brakes changed. So basically brake masters was trying to screw me over and charge me for something I didn’t actually need. Never coming here again if you decide to come here just beware because they check something that you never asked for

Service was amazing. My jeep was parked in a store parking lot and they came and got it for me cause the sound it was making was too scary for me to do myself.. But they were very fast and kept me updated.

I originally took my car to BRAKES PLUS and they tried to add charges and lied about them. Luckily I worked for a tire shop when I was younger otherwise I would have believed the BS I was being fed. Since, I havent work on brakes I called BRAKE MASTERS on Cave Creek and they not only confirmed my suspicions but I got all 4 brakes done for what B PLUS was trying to charge me for 2 brakes. All new hardware and resurfacing for about 50% less. Love these guys!!!

I dont even know where to begin with this review. Dave is absolutely amazing! After many many calls around the valley trying to figure out where to begin with a broken car on the side of the road, I began to lose hope. It was later in the day (most places were closing within the next 2 hours) and every place I called had no interest in helping nor listening to my/my sisters current problem. I decided to make one more call and Im beyond grateful I did. Dave answered and immediately treated me as if he already knew me. I explained the entire situation as I did others and he jumped to helping in every single way he could, even the things that were out of his control, he made it his problem. I was in desperate need for a tow truck but wasnt sure when Id be able to get one and Dave simply took that task away from me and contacted some of his providers. Before I knew it, it was after hours and Dave was still working hard on getting the car safely to his shop, and HE DID!!! Surely, the car would have been towed overnight with a crazy expensive price tag and one big thorn in the side to get out, but thankfully Dave made sure that did not happen! The next morning, Dave took a look at the car and called with the problem. While providing the absolute best service Ive ever experienced, he came up with a solution that was safe, affordable (HE REALLY HELPED OUT IN THIS ASPECT) and done within a timely fashion to get back on the road! This particular situation was my sisters vehicle. I live about 45 minutes away but can assure everyone, this trip is well worth the effort, CARE, and professionalism of this facility. I will be making the trip anytime I need maintenance, repairs etc! It isnt even just about expense of the vehicle, it is truly about the genuine care Dave displayed in helping others and the magnificent work he did on the vehicle! Im forever grateful for him!!!

Wow!!!!Ok these guys live up to their hype and so much more!!!! I was told by my body shop I needed to get a brake job - and was referred to brake masters. They were significantly less expensive than other shops I had received quotes from. They didnt try to rake me across the coals, just fix the problem and move on.While I was waiting, I heard the way they treated other customers. An older lady came in, as soon as she walked in the door they called for someone to drive her home. I thought - wow! Shes getting the VIP treatment... she must know some one. Nope! Thats just how they are. I over heard the manager going over an inspection with another client telling him what needs to be done immediately, what will need to be repaired in the upcoming months, what was no concern and why. Again, I was blown away by how professional and compassionate the service was. I felt like everyone was treated like family! I dont know if this is a faith based company - but they definitely follow the golden rule of loving your neighbor as yourself - maybe even better!

Someone quoted me $1000+ for brake pads, etc.. I knew $1000 was crazy. Did some checking and ended up here because of the high satisfaction rate.. they did lifetime pads for $320 total.. no coupons to confuse, etc.. (Same price for both axles--same as coupons). They also found wear on the back tires I didnt expect because of a recent 4-wheel alignment and new tires.. Getting ready to make an appt. for alignment.. Excellent work and great insight in their line of work. Will recommend!

Use to like it when Dave was around, but now not so much. I asked if my kids could bring their cars in for oil changes and they told them that they only do 1 oil change per hour so one would have to wait an hour. Kids drove all the way there to find this out.

This is the most honest complete auto shop I have ever been to. The dealer told me I needed front and rear brakes at approximately $600. I stopped at this independent Brake Masters on Bell & Cave Creek for a second opinion and they informed me that I had over half the pads on the rear and just needed the fronts. At a price of $189 Doyle really helped me out. I would recommend this, and have, to anyone.

I set an appointment to bring my car in for the Royal Flush package they have. They took my car info when I set the appointment. When I brought the car in, I asked for them not to do any extra service to my car without my explicit permission.My car does not have power steering, which is one of the flushes in the Royal Flush. They decided to give me an oil change to make up for my lack of need for a power steering flush, but I had just done my own oil change with a premium high-mileage synthetic blend oil and upgraded oil filter. I know they were trying to be nice, but they could have let me know at the time I booked the appointment, when I dropped the car off, or when they did the service.I might try them again in the future and update my rating.Maybe.I happen to know that my brakes really need replaced. Soon. They are very worn. And they didnt suggest replacing them. That could be a good or a bad thing. Did Brake Masters not even inspect my brakes, or were they just trying not to be pushy?

I desperately needed brakes and knew I was grinding metal on metal. They inspected my brakes and said they could save my rotor instead of doing what most places would do and sell me a new rotor. Dave is the man! did a full check on my car and he found a leak in a couple of pipes, i practically had a sludge monster growing at the bottom of my engine. he offered service for it and even provided an uber to take me home and pick me up at no additional cost. greatly appreciate these guys and their work, definitely earned a long term customer.

I had to take my car to this location to fix what another location had done. It was going to be a big job because they said I had to get my wheel hub replaced which they quoted me $317 for. I had just dropped my car off so I asked them to send me a picture or PDF of the quote which they didnt do for a whole day. After that I asked them to send me a list of the parts they were using. My mechanic friend told me that the price for what they had to do was fair but to check to make sure they were using the good parts, not the cheap parts but charging me for the good ones. I never got the list of parts they were going to use. I picked up my car and had to drive it very carefully back home, luckily I live up the street. My boyfriend ended up fixing my car himself with his friend when I was on vacation. Ive since gotten the wheel hub inspected and Ive been told it doesnt need to be replaced.
