I have never left a review (good or bad) before, but Justin did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and nailed it exactly on two separate occasions the first time around fitting four balls with two different sized thumb vise-it slugs. After a different shop destroyed a ball and glued the changeable slug in a second ball, Justin restored my faith and confidence in going to a pro shop. I have no apprehensions taking my work to Virtue Bowling. Thank you Justin!

Great experience getting my first ball drilled as well as grip advice. Had to come back to get my thumb hole slightly readjusted but that’s no problem at all because it was no extra charge! These guys know what they’re doing!

Had Dominic drill my new Brunswick Brute Strength. Watched me throw a few shots....told him what I wanted it to do. First time out: 275,244,246 - 765 series. Highly recommend and no issues at all.

Not at all impressed. They measured and drilled a ball for me and the holes were way off. I could tell the high school kid measuring me had barely a clue what he was doing.Then when we went in to have it fixed I was told, well fix it but its not our fault. Its commercially acceptable . Note I have this giant black fill hole dot on my brand new ball. Thanks virtue. Oh by the way the new hole is 3/4 from the old one. Pretty sure if I was that far off on my job Id get fired. But at virtue of commercially acceptable

We are 3.5 hour drive away and everyone has been so helpful in the shop. Our local bowling alley doesnt have a shop so we really appreciate VBS.

I wasnt overly impressed, I went to have a switch grip thumb insert installed and when I picked my ball up the grip was too big. When I told Wyatt, the manger, his response was to buy another slug that is smaller. Not exactly the response I expected, with all of the talk of The New Standard, but oh well. He wasnt wrong, I could always buy another slug, just not sure it will be from them.

I had a great experience with Virtue bowling. I had Dominic C. Drill my new ball and he suggested the pattern and have been bowling great ever since. I will definitely buy and drill my equipment from this shop.

I have nothing but great things to say about virtue bowling supply. Ive been to two of their locations to have balls drilled, but mainly go to 35th ave and union hills where the manager Dom has drilled 3 balls for me that have fit perfectly. I would highly recommend virtue for any bowling needs!

Josh is amazing never truly felt comfortable buying a bowling ball until I ran into him. Excited about the new management decision they made when bringing him in.

Dominic just drilled up a paradox black for me, fit is perfect and this week 766 in league. These guys do a great job with fit, layouts and customer service, give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Their name is very misleading. Ive dealt with them twice now for new balls and there will not be a third. The guy I dealt with, Craig, Is one step above a used car salesman at best.Save yourself some headache and try somewhere else.

Been going to this location since it opened and i have had nothing but great things to say. Always greeted when i walk in the door. Also my stuff is always done in a timely matter and the knowledge and customer service is top notch. Dominic, sean and craig do a great job and always make me feel welcome. So far all three of them have drilled my stuff and fits the same. If there any issues they were very quick and effiecent! I highly recommend going to this shop!!!
