Was searching for local water delivery services and White Water was very highly rated. Their sign-up process is easy and the staff is very helpful. Pricing is also exactly what I was looking for.

White water has been great. Ive been using their service for over a year now and it makes it super easy to have good quality water to drink at home. They text the night before your delivery to remind you to put your empties out, which is really helpful. They are friendly and reliable.

I believe the company I work for has used White Water as a vendor in the past, though this is my first order with them. I received my requested quote very quickly, and I was given all the exact details I had specifically asked for (including art specs). The pricing seemed very fair, along with a quick projected turnaround time that White Water did end up meeting. Minimal interaction with their sales rep, but I prefer it that way; they should be trusted to get the job done and they did exactly that. Would gladly order from them again.

She set my expectation for delivery and it was right on time. The Delivery Driver was friendly and helpful. Water tastes great and reasonably priced! I experienced horrific customer service with my last water delivery service, so I was pleasantly surprised to find good customer does still exist!

I really haven’t begun tasting the water yet but I got 2 recommendations that this the best water around and this company is very dependable. When I called this am Kennedy helped me I knew nothing about getting waters or ordering water, she explained everything and I mean everything. So kind and sweet if she works for Whitewater that’s a great indication how White Waters business is. I’m getting everything next week delivered with samples also!!! They’re great👏👏

My experience was very good. The person on the phone was very knowledgeable about their company and very informative of the waters they carrier and the prices, and the service they provide. I think I well be happy with company waiting on my first delivery.

We have been going through white water for almost a year. Water is good, friendly staff (including the drivers who have come talk to us),and they are quick to resolve issue and update orders. Will continue to use them and would recommend them to friends/family.

We just started our service with White Water and we have received fantastic service. Very prompt and courteous. I love the fact that when I call the office they answer the phone quickly. The last company we had I had to wait for at least 30 minutes and sometimes up to 90 minutes for someone to answer the phone.White Water has taken all the stress off my shoulders (Im the Water Manager).

I was scheduled to receive my first delivery today between 7AM and 2PM. When 2:00 came I received nothing by nor did I hear from them. I am handicapped, I am an amputee missing my right leg. I communicated with the company that I am handicapped and that I am on a fixed income and I can only pay for things on the 5th of every month and we scheduled my delivery for the 5th (today). Based on this information and the fact that I was scheduled to receive five bottles and the cooler today, I had my nephew come and take my other cooler and clear the space, leaving me with absolutely no water cooler.Since nobody showed up, I called the company. They told me that I needed to pay my invoice first before they could deliver. When I spoke with them through email and over the phone prior to the delivery date, I was told that I can pay upon delivery, and then going forward I have 30 days from the invoice day every month. My wife and I are going to be out of town as of this weekend. So we simply canceled because they said there was nothing they could do about it, and they said I was not scheduled to get delivery until Monday. I have all the saved emails that show differently.This is a very unprofessional and unorganized company, and they show absolutely no respect for a handicap people. It makes me feel bad as now I have no water and when I get back I will have no water because I gave our water cooler to my nephew, I’m not just going to take it back. I would say shy away from this company there are plenty other companies that offer water at a comparable price or better and are far more professional!If there was an option to leave ZERO stars, that is what I would’ve chosen.

Have used White Water since we moved to AZ, which includes four moves. The water is the best and service is just as good. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Friendly staff each time I visit, email, or call. I had the oddest of requests but they were thrilled to invite me water tasting :) No delivery fees, no nonsense additional fees. Even the deliver guy smiled the whole time dropping off 5 bottles in the summer heat.

Today we were supposed to get our first delivery from this company. Not only did the driver try to deliver to the wrong address (company does have the correct one, we checked), they didnt even try to contact us. They just drove off and left. Had they called, they wouldve known they were at the correct building but on the wrong side. Thats just laziness. And because of that laziness we have to schedule it to be delivered a different day. Not impressed!

Weve been with them for a couple of months and it has been great. One of our bottles on our last delivery came dented with a slow leak so I reached out and got an immediate response. Their customer service is outstanding. So thankful to not have to buy water at the store anymore :)

Happy to support a local, family owned business! The prices are reasonable and delivery setup was super easy. So far so good. One of the only places I could find that delivers 5 gallon jugs of Distilled Water.

Phoenix water is horrible, I looked around and even tried out a couple of water delivery services. I kept whitewater, not just because their water is clear and clean tasting, but their drivers and office staff are all great to talk to and treat everyone lie a person and not just a numbered customer….this is what customer service used to be like. I hope as they are growing, they don’t lose that quality like so many other companies do.But I definitely recommend this place for quality, price, and service!

I have been a customer of yours for about 2 years now. I have never seen such a screwed up billing system in my life. Very confusing with multiple invoices and multiple different people emailing you. I have given them feedback on this countless times and asked them to please simplify. Nothing has ever improved or changed.In addition I did not get my delivery as outlined by their schedule of April 9th. When I called to inquire today I was told by the head of the department that even though its their mistake that there is absolutely nothing they can do to resolve and I would have to wait to next week when they could get to it. I told her that please I understand I’m completely out of water because of your mistake and that that wasn’t acceptable answer. She proceeded to tell me sorry but nothing she could do. When I pushed back and told her that it was disappointing to not even try to see a problem solving attempt made she proceeded to stick to her same statement. I asked for someone above to call me back today she said she would pass along and that’s all she could do. Pretty unbelievable. I have been a manager in customer service for 6 years and would never even dream of giving that type of response to a customer. I figure it out and make it happen especially when it’s my company’s mistake.I will be looking elsewhere for a water delivery service if I don’t get a call back with some sort of resolve today. Poorly run as far as my experience!

White Water is an amazing company! I have been a loyal customer for more than six years. The customer service has always been excellent, the deliveries have been wonderful, and most importantly, the water tastes perfect! My water, from White Water, has actually gotten compliments when friends have had a glass—back when friends were allowed over for glasses of water of course, lol. I chose White Water because I wanted to do business with a local company rather then a national chain and it has definitely been a great decision.

After 1 year of using white water and a surprise bill of 211.00 for water for july we called got an explanation of that was for 2 billing cycles it didnt make sense we are using there black water lable but way to much for water we are done. I called to cancel and no retention offered! rep was just ok friday your bottles will be picked up. Also no online access to manage account is frustrating. I went with sparkletts and as a costco member i got 4 waters for 25.96 way better deal. Raised the rating a manger did reach out to me after this review but its to late already started service thanks for trying.

I have been a White Water customer since 2012. The delivery is on time and consistent. The water is amazing . The pricing for delivery and product is more than fair and reasonable. The customer service provided by Mike and his staff is OUTSTANDING. They worked with me selling 2 houses, 2 temporary delivery addresses and always accomidated my delivery requests with care. I cannot say enough about them. I am very satisfied with my service and highly recommend White Water for all of your hydration needs.

Not happy with the driver that has been delivering my water. I hope your company will be at getting your drivers update with delivering to peoples homes what they need and extras. I have had to stop my delivers for the time being do to delivering way to much water.I wish you would go back to when your drivers would ask what we needed before they came.

Best customer service by far, we had ordered from sparklets prior to white water.Honestly, didnt want to try another water delivery service after our experience with sparklets.On time service, and very helpful and polite customer service people.One girl in particular, wish I remembered her name.We mentioned the delivery guy ran out of the 4 water bottle trail. She mentioned she lived literally a street away and she kindly went out of her way to bring us a pack that same night. If thats not awesome customer service, I dont know what is!Plus, we rather support family owned businesses and from our 1st delivery service we will definitely be long time customers! 🤗

I love this company so much! Before having White Water, my husband and I used to buy the water purifier filters, spending over $100 per month. Besides being a big hassle, it was definitely not worth it! Wanting to make our life easier and decrease our carbon footprint, we decided to try a water delivery service and luckily came across White Water. We have been using their services for four years now, and besides making the delivery and billing very simple and convenient, their customer service is amazing! Very good, helpful people working for an honest company! Worth all five stars!

I have been using a white water RO system now for three years and have had no complaints. Their system(s) are built well and can handle all our water needs. Pricing is very competitive as well... I change out the RO filters once a year and have used Marc each time. Just upgraded to a newer, better model. Nothing wrong with the old unit, just wanted latest and greatest. Marc is very knowledgeable and knows his products well. I would highly recommend this local business and products if you live here in the valley of the sun!

Issues with billing, delivery more often than not. Had them both at my home and office and quit both. Dont do what they say they will and customer service is iffy at best.

Fantastic Job White Water!!!!!!!After 20+ years my Kinetico water softener died. There was no way I was going to buy a new one for 4K+…NOT IN THIS ECONOMY!!! I did some research but made my final decision after asking a good friend if she had a softener. She did and highly recommended White Water’s Marc Macewicz!!!! I so glad she did. Marc was prompt, very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I bought a 48,000 gr softener and I AM LOVING IT. Actually my sensitive skin is really loving it. It’s definitely a heck of a lot cheaper than a Kinetico!!!! Do yourself a favor, if you need a softener buy it from White Water and ask for Marc. You will be VERY glad you did.

Ever since I had service with White Water, One month they gave me 7 bottles when I had a 4 bottle plan. I called customer service, they never called back. I kept getting a bill for $60+, I was finally able to speak with their Billing clerk. I resolved it with a $12.95 Monthly service fee. Two months later, for the month of October 1, the driver asked if I wanted a 3rd bottle. I told him no thanks and he left.The next week I received a bill for $49.95 an added $11 for extra bottles. I never asked or received any extra bottles, only 2 bottles every two weeks.This is a shading company, as of October 1, 2020, I will not do business with this company ever again!

It was a delight to work with White Water from design of the label to the delivery of the water bottles. They are professional, communicate well and the labels have fantastic color. The message is noticed by people looking at the label before opening the water. Price and service very reasonable!

The best monthly subscription that I have (yes even better than Netflix) is my subscription to White Water. The water tastes amazing, the process for getting started is super easy. Their friendly delivery drivers send you a personalized text message asking how many bottles you need for your next delivery. Perfect for apartments that might not have the best tasting tap water even after filtering with a Brita or something similar. 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this company!!! I don’t work for them but I ENCOURAGE EVERYBODY to use them. They deliver high PH water!! I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard a company delivered it. I can’t drink regular water without getting an upset stomach. I never knew why! It’s too acidic for me!! That’s why. I love the high ph water so much. It tastes so good and it’s actually so much healthier for you. I wish I had know about the healthy high ph water years ago! Do yourself a favor and have your high ph water delivered by White Water LLC in phx! They are so nice and easy to work with!

WHY would anyone want to buy water from a company that won’t send you any samples unless you sign up for a service first?...All water is different, alkalines which is my choice of water are different, taste different and feel different to the body. The woman on the phone said she was advised. POOR ADVICE FOR A NON THINKiNG COMPANY!

IT STARTED OFF AS A GREAT CHEAP WATER COMPANY OVER A YEAR AGO. BUT THEN SLOWLY STARTED TO GO DOWNHILL. FIRST THE CONSISTENCY OF DELIVERIES STARTED SLACKING. I WOULD CONSTANTLY HAVE TO REACH OUT TO THEM AND SEE WHERE MY WATER DELIVERY WAS. THEN THEY WOULD RUSH SOME OVER ACTING LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR, WHEN IN ACTUALITY THEY DROPPED THE BALL. IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH A BILL OR ANYTHING I WOULDNT KNOW UNTIL I CALLED THE OFFICE. IVE CALLED WAY TO MANY TIMES AND NOT ONCE HAS MY REP REACHED OUT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW COMPANY TO SERVICE MY OFFICE NEEDS.
