Amazing staff, the owner is extremely kind and welcoming, I come here once in a while, their ice cream rocks!

Ive been getting my bottled water here for 2 years and for good reason. I not only use it to drink but I also use it for a reef aquarium and need TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) of 10 ppm or lower which Water and Ice Ahwatukee gives me. My closest local Marine Aquarium store has RO/DI water for sale at twice the price of Water and Ice Ahwatukee, but even the aquarium store RO/DI water (which should test at 0 TDS) tests at 20 TDS. This tells me that Water and Ice Ahwatukee are on top of keeping their RO membranes and filters clean and replaced frequently.

Cant say enough nice things about this place. I have been getting my bottled water here for about a year. Every time you come in, the staff greets you with a big smile. I dont know if all the employees are related to the owners, but they are the sweetest young guys. I cant remember a time when they didnt offer to load the water into my car for me. Water is very good and very reasonably priced.

Forgot my card, one day, and the guy helped me out with almost half. He earned a loyal customer

The new hire is rude, been buying water in the place since 5 years ago. Last 2 times I been in there to buy water, ice cream n snow cones had really bad customer service; is disappointing.

They have Thrifty ice cream…if you don’t know, Thrifty ice cream is fantastic and cheap.

I was looking for the pre-packed thrifty ice cream but they didnt have it

Been going here for years. These guys are great. I just fill up my card and they keep that on file. I go in and fill up and tell them my name and Im done. Water quality is great. They keep the place clean. They also carry all sorts of candies and ice cream. They have 2 carts that can hold up to maybe 6 of the 5gallons each sitting outside for your convenience.

Only place is tukee that I fill up from. Friendly staff

Definitely one of my favorite spots to fill up our water jugs. They have a card system where you pre pay for your water and just get marked for gallons used each time you fill up. They also have great service in their staff and that amazing Thriftys ice cream. Dont forget to grab shaved ice very inexpensively to go with your ice cream. Its like $.99 for a small.

I consistently come here for my water. The service is always quick and helpful. Ive never had issues with the water. I wish they opened before 10am, but thats alright. Its a great place.

Update: Thank you Mike for taking the time to respond to my post. I was not made aware of the service at the time but definitely will try it out.The staff is nice but that Alkaline water machine....it takes forever to fill up and then it will randomly stop. If they get a faster dispenser for it I will probably return. 5 gallons was $7.50 for Alkaline water.

Every time I visit, theyre always friendly and happy to see me. The place is also very clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend for your water needs.

Water and ice Ahwatukee or tech Phoenix in 85044 is a cool spot. I would rather go here for their two options for ice, ice cream and of course non frozen water. Just a great place for a quick stop in Ahwatukee that is friendly and has a very clean operation. I’ll take some cool photos next time I visit.

Nice self service place

This is a quaint little water and ice store is nestled around the corner from Bashas. They have your typical water for sale, but what i love most about this place is the Thrifty Ice Cream on a waffle cone. I normally get birthday cake, though all of the flavors are sure to satisfy any ice cream lover. Its a little over 2 dollars for a big scoop in a waffle cone, well worth it. The employees that Ive met there are happy to let you sample if the decisions are too tough for you. Nice place.

1st time here, good ice cream

The only place i get my water and the kids that works there are very respectful. Great place.

The staff is always friendly and treats me and my family great, however I have tested the water on numerous occasions and although the water is filtered, it is extremely acidic...I fill up 8 to 10 five gallon jugs at a time...I do not want to use the small alkaline machine in order to get quality ph water..I hope the owner is willing to test the water himself and make the necessary changes to the water so that at the very least its nutural between acidic and alkaline.

Besides the water, I love all their Drink and Snack options Thrifty Ice Cream, Shaved Ice .Their water is great for more then just drinking .So many other useful water options filling your Krerig, food prep, clothing iron, Humidifier, Medical Equipment, watering your household plants.and it taste great!
