By far one of the worst run organizations I have ever dealt with you cannot get ahold of the management their drivers do what they want do not get reprimanded there seems to be no consequences for people not doing their job. You set out empty bottles and the driver decides to take only what they want to and dont let you know why theyre not going to take all the empty bottles but theyll charge you on the account for having them whatever pick them up and then when you call their number thats listed you just get a we cannot be reached at this time try your call at a different number and you have to call customer service which is on East Coast time so you never get through to anybody. By far some of the dumbest people driving their trucks that Ive ever met in my life.
Spent hour on hold last month to get credits due to delivery incorrect, and not getting deposit credits for 10 bottles. assured they were done only to get billed again this month. spent 2 hours on hold cant talk to anyone and another hour later in day, also two notes in contact us section with no reply. service is horrible but sure quick to take money out my pocket...
Had a delivery and a pick up st this place, all got done in 2 hours. Good job! Friendly staff.
I came on here to write a bad review and I can tell by the lack of stars that most people have had the same experience with DS Waters. My guess is they had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Nicky. Poor customer service gets you poor ratings. Do better.
I never had any problems with either customer service nor delivery great company had to leave due to financial reasons. Thank you for all your hard work
DS Services/Sparkletts is awful. They charged me for bottles that werent delivered over a month ago, didnt fill my bottles that sat outside waiting to be exchanged 2 weeks in a row, and have not refunded the money. I keep getting the run around, I just keep hearing- 7-10 business days. But its been over a month. Dont waste your money.
Our delivery driver Mike is always so friendly and has never missed a delivery. The company also has Ice Drinks and other beverages. No issues with their invoice or payment processes. I signed up for the delivery service through Costco.
I have had bottled water delivery for 8 years. Maybe longer, Im not sure. My delivery guys name was Joe and I would leave him cash on holidays and such. Great guy. Referred a few friends in the neighborhood to him also. A few years ago DS Water Services took over. Sparkletts. 2 days ago my water dispenser started leaking and I was delivered two cracked 5 gallon bottles of water. Ive have tried to call numerous times, each time on hold for at least 15 minutes before I hung up. Today, Tuesday May 26th, I waited on hold for an hour and 10 minutes, hung up and called back and they were closed. Horrible customer service. Termination g my service as soon as I can get through.
In the 13+ years Ive had no problems with delivery, orders or pricing whatsoever. I recommend their product.

Sparklets water and DS service are horrible. They are an accounting nightmare. Late fees, returned check fees, not delivering water when scheduled. They have a credit card on file but still I get these fees. Nothing wrong with the card. Look elsewhere for water service because you will be on the phone for hours with DS services.

They contract out the install through a company called DSW (DS Waters of America). A DSW sales rep called me to do the install and wanted me to sign a contract saying it was ok to drill a 1/4 hold in the granite countertop for the hose. I said I would need to get permission from my landlord and I wanted them to promise me in writing that they would plug the hole whenever I had to cancel service and have them take the unit away. I called Sparkletts to cancel because I was moving, Sparkletts had a DSW installation manager contact me to schedule the removal. When I spoke with him I made sure to mention whoever came to remove to make sure they plug the hole according to our contract, they assured me they would.The day the tech shows up says he cant do it, makes excuse. I call twice, get the run-around. Long story short, I had to pay someone to do it and no one has called or tried to rectify the situation.
NEVER sign up with Sparkletts water delivery... EVER. Honestly have no idea how they are still in business. On multiple occasions they have delivered 9 bottles on a single delivery to me when I have only asked for 2 per month. Tried setting up and coordinating pick of the extras bottles I do not need and they never came out. Left the bottles outside my garage and they never came on multiple occasions, not just once. After being fed by this on the 4th occurrence I decided to cancel. Its impossible to cancel, they never sent anyone to my home to pick up the cooler or remaining bottles after my account was finally closed and are now threating to send me to collections because they neglected to ever come pick up their equipment and bottles. Now I have to borrow my buddys truck to drop them off at their headquarters which is 30 miles from me to avoid being sent to collections. WORST COMANY EVER.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Do not do business with them... They did not let me close the account and I have to call more than four times to close the account. Absolutely worst customer ethics. I miss Dave! He moved up in the company and since we lost him as our delivery man, service has been awful. We have had MANY new route drivers since. Our newest delivery guy only makes $13.00/hr and has 62 stops in a day. NO WONDER THE SERVICE STINKS! We cancelled our service Friday. so sad.....
Beware negative customer service. They dont follow through on there promises. I was told by email I could get the new AquaCafe watering station and a few days later they told me by email I couldnt get it because I was signed up under the Costco membership. Yes, this is a huge let down on a promise they made to me and my family!The only reason I am with this company was due to a merger with another water company I was with. I have been a valued water delivery customer for over 15+ years. With the bulk of my membership with this company I am with now. This company felt the need to sign me up under Costco and told me it would be a better deal. Im starting think that they dont value Costco members! I will now need to revaluate my services with this company...
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences, I am not quite sure how they are still in business. We have had their service for less than a year and they have screwed up our delivery 3 times. Two weeks after providing us a delivery schedule they changed our delivery without any notification. Yesterday I saw the truck drive by my house and called and they said that the delivery was put on hold but could not tell us who put it on hold. When you ask for them to correct the problem they site policy and dont care to make things right.
Company driver stopped by in 2013 and offered us services supposedly we only get charged for getting the container retailed twice a month, and we have the option to cancel at anytime but no penalty. Then we started getting small bottled water and small to go cups and I asked the driver to take them back cause we dont need them and he said no their complementary for free for the customer customer. Weve decided to cancel and pay just our bill, they declined and they tried to charge us penalty for the cancellation so the driver lied to us about the right to cancel at anytime with no penalty. I offered to pay just our bill several time, they ended up sending me to the collections. And my credit since then have been suffering due to financial difficulties. I have disputed it through Transunion and was able to take it off then after almost a year they hired an other collection agency: CBA collection Bureau, I called them last Friday to let them know that Im willing the original total of $108 but they said no its $161 and their client doesnt offer settlements, I kept offering to pay it but the agent seemed to careless.Very shady company, please whoever is reading this review do not trust anything they say, they are just scammers!!! I truly hope our experience with this wrong company will help you make the right decision about getting water services!!!
This has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with, the cant deliver on time, the billing is messed up and they will not make a effort to correct it. u can wait on the phone for a hour or more if they pick up at all. the can take 4 to 5 days to respone to an email if they do at all oh! i could go on and on and the worst part of it i told them to come get the cooler and bottles an d they told me that the would in 30 days i told them if the did not pickup in the next 5 days they could pick them up hallway there is know way i was going to wait 30 days.
I have had Sparkletts delivery for about 18 months now. Every other month I have some sort of issue.Issue #1I had to call them multiple times to add another bottle to my delivery. I would call in and ask the other person to check the notes on my account and they would see that I asked for the extra bottle months ago but account was never updated.Issue #2Every couple deliveries just get missed. I am currently going through this right now. I havent had a water delivery in over a month because their was a monsoon going on the night before my last delivery. I had brought the bottles into the house because I didnt want to chase them down the street the next morning. My next delivery was due today, I noticed early this morning that I didnt have new bottles. So I called into the number, the lady told me that my payment was missed and that they sent an email. There was no such email. I have looked through all my emails and through all the monikers that Sparkletts goes by. She told me that the only thing she could do was process the payment and then I MIGHT get a delivery today. I asked her if there was any accountability to getting my delivery today. She said there was nothing she could do to guarantee my delivery. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that there was no one who could help me. I told her that I would be contacting her by 3pm if I had not received my delivery. 3pm rolls around... and guess what? No delivery. I called into the line again and they said it was already marked as a missed delivery.I am currently cancelling my service and I will be telling anyone who will listen how atrocious Sparkletts is.
I just cancelled the DS Water delivery service because of unreliable delivery. Three times over the last two months, we would not get water. Customer service people are nice but get absolutely no results. Horrible experience, and I would not recommend this company. It is pretty bad when you have an option on voice mail routing system for if you are thinking about cancelling your service, press 2.
Would give them Zero if I could, I made a payment with a credit card but never authorized an auto pay yet they just started billing my card themselves, Im pretty sure that is against the law.
They attempted to rip off my company for $5,000! They dropped off machines that never worked and made the water taste like plastic. They said they would return to repair and we never heard from them. Few months later we receive a call from a collection agency attempting to collect $4,600. Horrible company. Steer clear.

I always wait 30 or more minutes on the phone and sometimes 2 days for an email response. Have gone through 4 coolers in 3 months, billing issues and lies. Im done!! Beware of this company!!

Worst service in the world. We cancelled service after a missed delivery. Now theyre still billing us. Call theyre 800 number and be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. Even for new service.
Inconsistent billing, they lie about delivery if you get skipped on your scheduled day and they refuse to send a paper statements in the mail.
