It doesnt really matter if the store is closed if you just want water. There are the dispensers at the front of the door. However, if you come when theyre open you can get Thrifty ice cream and/or shaved ice.

Ive now come to this place at least three times to fill up my five gallon jugs. They are always happy to fill them up for me, which is so nice as I usually have my son with me. Weve gotten snow cones a few times, and one time they even gave my son a small cup for free just because!I have tried other water stores and this one is by far the best location. The customer service is great and they are quick to help me when I come in. They always offer to help me out to my car as well. I recommend buying the prepaid card . Its 22¢ a gallon instead of the usual 25¢.

Staff is friendly and the prices are good. They also sell Thriftys Ice cream!

This is one of the best water and ice stores i have ever been to. Price is solid $0.25 and the gentleman runing the store are truly that gentleman. They have loaded my small 3 gallon water jugs in to my car for me and just hands down amazing customer service. They are a bit out of my way but i will travel for this water.

Horrible customer service. A rude and egotistical attitude is what I received when I went here. My local water store was closed for the day so I had to go here because it was close. I asked the guy if he had alkaline water, he rudely said I wouldnt bet on it with my life. for your information I do have to bet on alkaline water with my life. Because I need it for medical reasons. He then rudely grabbed the bottles from my hand and would not let me fill them up myself. Also the water was not good, it tasted like water you get from a fountain at a school. I will never do business here again. I will go somewhere else for water if my water store is closed. I will not recommend people to go here.

Their water has a much better taste than other stores I have tried. Much more pleasant, crisper taste. And great service. I am usually in and out in under 5 minutes.

Nice and clean, and they sell ice cream and its always fresh (at least when I go) and the icream have lids on them, I love that, because most place does not have lids on there icream.. if you want water refilled the owner will get the water for you, you do not or allowed (I think) to get the water your self. But it is a nice clean place... Its friendly but not friendly place the reason why is, the owner is not very talkative, ()(me I talk not too much ) but he will greet you and answer your questions. It took a while for me to get use to going there because of the atmosphere but the I cream is so worth it....and once you do go you will see its not what you may of thought... Hard to describe .. but it not what you may of thought. Nice clean place .. good water. Good icream..

I used to have water delivered. This is so much cheaper and its pretty much the same water.Water delivery company charged$9.99 for 5 gal of water + $6.00 bottle deposit ($6.00 refunded when bottle returned).Desert H2O charges (I get the water card)$0.22 a gallon

Fast, friendly and courteous. The guys fill and load your bottles. Option to open an account so you dont have to get your wallet out every time. Plus ice cream and snow cones.

Worst customer service came in to get snow cones for my god sons and water for the house was told i could pay extra for a 3rd flavor for his snow cone that he wouldnt take a million dollars haha okay ill take my business to someone who will what a rude person over 10 cents for flavor you got to be kidding me

Take your business elsewhere, they are Very Disrespectful & I hate to use the race card but I Guarantee you the short greyed hair guy is a racist. 1st visit just needed a bag of ice and all he needed to do was ring me up had my money in my hand and he decided to help 2 other custermers that walked in after me. My 2nd he tried to pull the same thing and I told I was next he proceeded to try to help the next customer and the even customer told him I was next. He yanked the water bottles from my hand and proceeded to fill them. I asked how his day was and wouldnt comply, had ask him a 2nd time but that time I asked him very loudly and all I got in response was a dirty look.

After being asked to wait for him to fill the four 5G bottles then continued to fill 4 new bottles, the attendant then proceeded to service two separate women that walked in 4-5 minutes after me. All I wanted was ice cream. It was obvious I was first to be serviced after waiting when a scoop of ice cream takes 1 minute. The man was rude and all in all for my order wrong anyways!

Horrible service. Standing waiting in line for about 7 min. Then some one walks in and they start filling his water FOR him. Nooe this place is not the same.

The service cant be beat! They fill your bottles and load them in your car for you. ☺ Grab a scoop of Thrifty ice cream while youre there, yum!
