I LOVE their water. HOWEVER. Their customer service is sub par. Billing is HORRIBLE. You cant adjust to your preferred date for auto pay which is nearly a month after the bill comes out. The customer service can take forever to answer and dont return your calls regarding billing when they say they will, so do your due diligence if you have issues arise. I was told when discontinuing deliveries because I was moving to a house with a filtration system that I would be receiving a refund, only to be billed more and told that I was charged correctly. They frequently had different delivery drivers who constantly bugged me about my water bottle delivery when I had clear signage outside where my bottles were located. I needed a new water cooler... instead of giving me a new one, they gave me a used, beat up one, that wasnt even tested that didnt work properly, that the guy said he would replace ASAP and never did. When I move again, if I need bottle delivery service again, Ill be trying out a competitor unfortunately. No way is their water worth this much $ or hassle.

I have used there products for more than a year now and they’re a great company, great products and a very customer oriented team. I own their softener and osmosis systems. There’s some opportunity for improvement on communicating service plans and costs upfront with detail.

Not real impressed right now. Been using their service for years, but for the last month their water filter hasnt been working and I cant seem to get a tech out to get it fixed. The customer service line has been very helpful but they have claimed the tech has visited twice, yet I have never seen them and the water filter is still broken. Also doesnt help that they are scheduling a week out, so now I am waiting until next Thursday for a tech that might not show up. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm.

Tim Shanahan is the absolute BEST! He was so extremely helpful & I couldnt be more thankful. He went out of his way to uninstall/reinstall our RO system & uninstall our water softener. We were in a pinch and he was able to work everything out for us the SAME DAY! He was so awesome and we are so thankful!It is VERY hard to find workers that keep to their word and actually do what they say they are going to do. He was definitely true to his word and went above and beyond. We had been moving and after getting all my jewelry stolen by movers, movers trashing our old place while moving and other inappropriate incidents, I was just about done dealing with people who made promises.Our cable company then failed to deliver working internet at our new place and five technicians have now canceled due to flat tires or just not showing up. This issue has still not been fixed.Culligan saved the day! Tim has restored my faith that there are still companies and workers that will deliver what they say they will.... and go above and beyond our expectations. I still talk to friends & family about our experience with Culligan and how much that meant to our family, we are truly so thankful.Thank you Tim & thank you Culligan!

I spent $2200 on a ATRO AQUASENTIAL TANKLESS RO and its not worth $1. Not only has it broken several times, gaskets and filters and all sorts of issues in the first year. Even though they replaced my first unit, the second one had the same issues. The water quality readings are unacceptable. It was giving a TDS reading in the 20s at first for about a month, then it was in the 50-110 range. They keep blaming the fact that its a new product and they are figuring it out. I just want clean water for my family and you would think for the amount spent it would be the best under-counter solution, but thats far from the fact. Additionally, Culligan techs are nice guys but their system is designed in a way that it does not respect customers time. The way they schedule is good and its automated, but they will cancel without notifying you. Do not waste your money.

Always seems to be smile at the other end of the phone when I call in. Route drivers are always nice, and willing to accommodate my needs. As long as the pricing remains reasonable, I have no reason to even consider going anywhere else.

Culligan of Phoenix has provided excellent service from the time we arrived in AZ. We had to purchase our water system and RO tap water system back east, so we were not sure how things would work out once we brought it here. Culligan was able to get us up and running easily and now they cover our routine maintenance. They are thorough and professional. I am happy to recommend their service.

Annual service for RO drinking water, very efficient, friendly and helpful. Replaced the battery pack answered all questions, took his time didn’t rush and knew the product thoroughly.

They came a 2nd time ( Dec 19 1st time, after Easter 2nd Time) no charge because my Reverse osmosis filter got a tad wet. I did not know and it made the water stop working they explained it is a precautionary shut of devise. Now I store my cutting boards, that are a bit damp, on the other side of the under sink cabinet. They sent 2 men, one must have been in training. They had one last spare filter on their Truck I hope they stock up with more since I bet this happens to a lot of people. Keep spares under your sink.

I relocated to AZ and decided on a water delivery service which was Culligan. They have been nothing but Amazing. Due to Covid, I have had nothing but bad luck, I lost my job and they have definitely worked with me. If you’re in need I would suggest choosing this company.

I am a new customer I ordered 4 of the 5 gallon water jugs to be delivered. I DocuSigned and the money came out of my account . I have not heard back from this company regarding my delivery date. Then when I called them they claim they can’t find me in their system ! I am having a difficult time getting through to just cancel the service I never received but paid for !!!

Had a great install of our softener and RO system. We have had 4 Culligan systems in our 4 homes in 4 different states since 2007. That should speak for itself.

Culligan sold me a water softener 8 years ago and we have had excellent results and no issues. In addition, I have a 5 gallon drinking water cooler and Culligan delivers water each month. They even gave me a rack to store the extra bottles easily. The price is comparable to going to the store and I don’t have to lug the bottles back and forth. Highly recommend.

The product works and its employees are well-intentioned, but that is the only good thing I can say. Whatever you do, DO NOT finance your installation through their corrupt, third-party finance company Aqua Water. After receiving an incredible number of new credit card requests after signing up with them, I decided to pay the full bill and be done with it. Because I got a bill first from Culligan (not the finance company), I paid Culligan over $5,000 to pay in full.That was when the threatening phone calls started. I dont want to relive this again, but after several back and forth, ultimately angry, confrontations by phone, the Culligan forwarded the money I paid 5 months earlier to Aqua Water. In the meantime, to protect my credit rating I had paid them $116. I was told by Aqua Water at the time, that I would get the money back that I overpaid. Well, that didnt happen, even after more back and forth.Culligan sent out a survey, so I told them about how I ended up overpaying. I got an email from a supervisor who said that Culligan would give me a refund themselves. Several months later, that still didnt happen.The installation itself was not a good one. The sales person who sold me the softener/filter unit failed to tell the installation people that I didnt have a concrete pad to put it on. So, the installer just put the units on the rocks outside of my park model home, saying that the salesperson screwed up not telling him.It is now a year later, and someone came out to check my filters for a huge sum of $149 to tell me my filters did not need changing. Very nice guy. I asked him to look at my softener, because the salt content in my water was too high. He found a low battery message on my unit. The guy who installed the unit forgot to remove the tape protecting the battery when he installed it.Again, the products are good and they work very well with the horrible water in AZ. My low rating is due to everything else surrounding the whole experience. Therefore, I cannot recommend Culligan.

We have rented a system for years. And we were told that it removes the minerals out of the water so our faucets would nit get the build up. That is a complete lie. The tech came out yesterday and advised is that water softeners do not remove calcium and such out of the water intact adding salt to your water coming into the house cause more build up. We hap a pipe burst due toThe build up. Had we known this we would have NEVER rented the system.Due your research on Ayer softeners before renting or buying one.

We have been using Culligan for over 40 years. Our faucets are not corroded, our skin is not dry, and our whites clothes don’t look gray, your skin feels silky after showing. Plus it takes less soap in the shower and the washing machine.

Ive been a Culligan client for over a year now and its been a great decision. I never have to haul heavy water bottles from the market to home anymore. What a relief! They carry the burden for you. Its so convenient to have Culligan deliver directly to my door. I just put the empty bottles out and a delivery driver replaces them without me ever having to make contact with them. I had an appointment on Monday that was scheduled 2 weeks out because of the holidays. On the day of the appointment the technician left me a VM saying he needed the gate code for our community and would stick around for 15 minutes waiting for my callback. I called him back 25 minutes later after the call finished and he had already left. I understand that he couldn’t wait around for my return call but Culligan has been to our home multiple times now so you would think they would have our gate code in the system. Ironically, our gate was not properly working so it was open all day. Just didn’t seem that they wanted to service us that day. The technician said that he would have the office reschedule our appointment. That was over 48 hours ago and we still have heard nothing from the office. Disappointed.

So I have been happy with the product, but WOW, in addition to the $72 dollars I was charged for replacement filters, I was charged $149 for the tech to spend 15 mins in my home swapping out the filters. This was the first and will be the last time I have Culligan change the filters.

We had a couple of local companies come by and quote us on water softening systems, just to be sure we were making a good decision. They all wanted to have both my wife and I present to go in for a high-pressure (no pun intended) sale. We really wanted Culligan, having had a good experience with them before in California - they came in with good prices and zero pressure selling. They were happy talking with my wife directly which I appreciated! The Culligan team here in Phoenix is super thoughtful and intelligent, caring and efficient. You should see the installation work... meticulous work. The piping is dead level, the soldered joints are clean... and thats just the beginning of it. The attention to detail inside the garage closet reflects to me the overall attention to detail, service and quality. Not only do we have the cleanest ice cubes ever (a side benefit of the RO unit installed) but we have great water pressure and soft water to the whole house... which is a pretty good size with 8 bathrooms. Culligan came through and I recommend them highly to all my neighbors and friends here in the Valley.

With my account, I am supposed to get the same number of full bottles delivered as empties I leave outside on delivery day. Today I left 7 empties but only received 4 full bottles. They only deliver once every 4 weeks. I will run out of water before then. Also, I left 7, but on my bill I was only credited for 6, so I am getting shorted 1 on my deposit. I have also had 2 different bottles delivered that were leaking, but I have never got credit for either one. Usually the service is not this bad, but it has been off recently.

The staff kept making sure that while I was waiting I was being taken care of and asked if i wanted to sit or have some water. Everyone tried to be helpful. I was given personalized instruction about changing out my filters.It was overall a very good experience.

Setting up delivery was easy and convient! Paul was amazing and understanding of my very busy life style. I was able to pick it up instead of waiting for delivery which was so much more convient!

We ordered Culligan home water service in July 2019. The service has been great from the start! The office worked with us for delivery of what we needed; the delivery of our unit was on time. We are really enjoying our Culligan water dispenser from home - it is so convenient to be able to have a cold glass of water at any time! The cost is actually cheaper than running to the store hoping that there will be bottled water available when needed. So very happy we chose Culligan!!

These people sure have been good to me. I got a system 4 years ago and just last week Richard Gonzalez came to change the filters. All was well and he changed the filters. Richard was very courteous and explained a lot to me and also checked my soft water tank as a courtesy. Spendy system for the Reverse Osmosis but I am sure glad I got it! No more packing bottles around or filtering in a pitcher! Yes the service call was $145 and the filters extra but for me worth it! Thanks!

Customer service person is friendly and helpful but the prices of this system and the replacement filters and the cost to have a technician come out are just crazy - $125 for membrane filter (5 year life), approx $25-$30 each for the remaining filters (3-5 year life I think) and since this system came with the house we have no information as to when the filters were replaced last. I can either take water to them for a sample clear across town to east Phoenix because there is no office in the northwest valley, or pay $140 just for someone to come out... None of this makes me want to continue with this company. I can get good tasting filtered water for much less cost and hassle.

Amazing service! We LOVE our Culligan water cooler! Don’t know what we wouldn’t do without it. Best decision! So much better for our planet plus no more lugging water bottle flats into the house and clogging up our fridge and garbage/recycling bin. HIGHLY recommend them. Wonderful customer service always!!!

I’ve had nothing but amazing service from the day of installation. I have the bottom loader and the system didn’t work properly when delivered. My rep made sure I received one within couple of days and they credited me for the machine. I am completely satisfied with the service so far and would recommend them to anyone looking for home delivery.

The original sales rep we setup service with was prompt and available for any questions I had. The office is always pleasant and helpful when I call with questions. The delivery driver arrives on time and follows our instructions on how to access our building. Even verifies we have enough when he makes the delivery! Best water delivery in the valley! Hands down. Price and taste really pretty great too. Online account access is also pretty fabulous.

The water is fine. But in 2019 they offer NO time delivery window and no call in advance. So you are basically stranded in your house until they show up. One month its 6:30am (which is fine), other months its 4;00pm. Its 2:30pm and nobody has arrived yet. How can anyone do business like that in todays data-connected world? When you call they tell you to just leave the empty bottles outside and they will come along and swap them out for full ones. So the bottles sit in the Phoenix 110-degree sun cooking and then the water tastes like the plastic bottle once you get to it. Not everybody has shaded storage, Im sorry. Plus porch theft is at an all-time high and water getting stolen in Phoenix is understandable. Ive tried to reason with the people who answer the phone but they just will not listen. I cant believe they cannot give a two-hour window, or call 30 minutes before arrival. They started doing that last year, but that lasted for one month. Frustrating. I think we are ready to cancel and just buy 1gal bottles at Whole Foods.

Update: After calling Corp I found the GM information. This was dealt with and handled in a professional manner! So i am going to update and change my review to a 5 start rating from a 1 star rating. Just accidentally messaged me a message he meant to send to his staff ABOUT ME. Very unprofessional! He told them i had said they were rude and hung up but that he didnt believe it i asked this prson for GM info at minimum 5 times... He refused the information. I asked his name... No reply. I didnt even want the woman at the desk reported! It was a minor NON issue. I simply wanted to speak to someone else about my bill and adjusting my water service. Thats all. Should have been simple but this wasnt. I also had to keep asking him to stop messaging me over and over. I have never felt so under valued as a customer.

I have had water delivery by Phoenix Culligan for a few years. I am very happy with the service and the product but even more for my deliveryman. I am 72 years old and my deliveryman makes sure i have bottles with handles so they are easier for me to handle. He also frequently ask if my bottle needs changing. He is considerate and as the face of water delivery for Culligan, he is an awesome customer service rep. I dont know his name but i live off of 19th avenue on Roeser Road.

We called Culligan, requested someone to come and talk with us. A representative came out. There was some confusion on the delivery date. The unit was delivered this morning at 7:10 am, dropped off at our back door. There was no communication after the initial contact. Had I not called prior to delivery, I wouldnt have known what day it was coming. It would have been great to know the time of delivery and have some help setting it up. I think it can best be described as MINIMUM service.

My husband and I called to schedule an appointment to get more information about adding a water softener system to our home. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. Tim S. was very professional and gave a very knowledgeable presentation of what Culligan had to offer.We did not have to think about it and schedule the install within a few days.Mason did a wonderful job on the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable and was able to put the equipment inside a garage cabinet. It is absolutely perfect and does not take away any of the usable space in our garage.Thank you

I called Culligan to schedule a service call to address an unknown beeping sound. Before they sent out a technician, they troubleshot the problem over the phone and we were successful. They saved me both time and money. I am so impressed and pleased by their customer service and honesty. Worst service I have ever had! They give a window but dont call ahead, they have been out 3 times for the same issue, not called ahead once. One time I was walking my dog, they rang the door, waited 5 minutes, and left. They also told me they cannot give me a quote before fixing the softener... who does that?! Do they just think there is an open checkbook to do whatever they want? It has been crazy to me to think that anyone would be ok with this, I have a ton of experience with service providers with my job, and never had service this bad.

They offer month to month pricing as well as a rent to own option. They were extremely professional and answered all of my questions as well as sent someone out to check and make sure everything was okay after they installed everything. Wonderful customer service, will recommend them to everyone!

No pressure from my sales person whatsoever. He showed up on time, knew his products and didnt try to oversell. The installer was knowledgeable and friendly. The tank exchange is easy and fast. The pricing beats owning a water softener (done that) and paying for salt/potassium and maintenance. The exchange schedule can be customized to your usage.

From the first contact with the sales rep that came out to the house and made sure the water softener was put in by the end of the week because we were going on vacation, to the installer, to the service man that came out to deliver salt and reset the timer on the softener our experience with Culligan of Phoenix has been a flawless. Not to mention that the unit comes with a 10 year full warranty. We would highly recommend Culligan of Phoenix.

And they give plenty of notice of the next delivery so if reschedule or service delay is needed, it is very easy to request. For years and years, we lugged empty 5 gallon bottles to the water store and then we went with Culligan and have been so happy for almost a year now, that we cant imagine going back to filling our own bottles again. We inherited our unit when we purchased this house 5 years ago. It was a lease/rental and earlier this year we decided to simply buy out the lease.All of our interactions with the Phoenix office have been easy, including getting appointments when we needed to have some problems diagnosed or fixed.Each of the technicians were helpful, came on time, and always took the time to explain what was going on with the unit as well as the proper levels of salt. We had one last technical visit in early January as a handoff for the unit and the service technician was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.We have no complaints and hope that the unit will continue to be trouble free for the foreseeable future.

I was billed $800 for initial set up and one months service. They never returned to change the filter out. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Seems many others have been billed also for services they didnt provide. Watch out!

I was a Culligan customer when I lived in Tucson, and saw no reason to change horses after moving to Casa Grande two months ago. The water bottles were delivered in the quantity I needed, and on the date promised. The bottled H20 from Culligan is SO much better than the water from the tap, which has a distinctive taste and aroma; we try not to give any to the dog. Ill try to leave an updated review once weve been situated here for a longer period of time. Thanks, Culligan!
