(Visit was in Aug 2020) The owner, Butch, was very very kind to me and really honest. My husbands favorite dress shoes were torn up at the toe real bad and he told me the shoes werent really worth paying for the repair. He cleaned up the toe as best he could since I needed them for his birthday in 3 days. Any leather repair needs I have in the future will definitely come here. We also chatted for a little bit and shared some of our military history. People arent friendly like this anymore.

Ive had heel tips replacedon a few pair of my designer shoes done here. I love the work they do! Its family owned and operated so its very personal. Butch and his son ( the owners) are such great people! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Im so grateful I found this place. I plan to have them do some new straps on a designer bag too! 🤗 I will continue doing business with them as long as they are in business!

I recently took 2 pairs of Christian Louboutins to have the soles repaired. I wanted to show them off at a wedding I was going to but was advised that because he had to order the red bottoms for my shoes that it would take 2 weeks. I took them in on a Monday, he called me on Friday that they were finished and I was able to wear them Saturday to the wedding! I just bought a new pair of shoes that I will be taking in!

This guy is the best. The quality of his work is absolutely top notch. I would not consider using anyone else in Phoenix. Everything from the customer service, the quality of work, all the way down to the cool shop all made for a very good experience. I had a bag which needed repairing and was told by Coaches own repair guy that nothing could be done. Coach offered me $150 to replace the bag, which was less than half of what I paid for it. I took it to Arizona Boot and Saddle on a whim before I Frankensteined it back together myself. They made it look like the day I bought it. Extremely fair pricing too!

Had a special rolled leather bridle with silver ferrules that snapped at the Chicago screw. I didn’t think it could be fixed. These guys repaired it flawlessly. If you didn’t know, you couldn’t tell it was repaired....Thank you for saving my gear

I originally brought in a pair of nice boutique toddler boots that didnt fit my toddlers calves - the owner was very nice and honest about what could be done. We didnt end up having them repaired but I very much appreciated the honesty in his evaluation.Recently he shortened the length on my toddlers Loungefly bag shoulder straps (which were exceedingly long!). He did an excellent job and the bag looks exactly as it did when I bought it with the adjusted straps. Very happy with the pricing and his work.

Absolute CRAFTSMANSHIP!! They did an unbelievable job of saving my favorite ostrich boots which had several blowouts, destroyed welts, bad soles and heels. Butch saved these boots and was very reasonably priced! On top of that we did it long distance as I live in NH!! Thank you Butch!!

I cant express how pleased I am with this company and Raoul. He fixed three pairs a shoes and made a house call to repair a brand new leather couch that was coming apart at the seem for $135. The store that I bought it from said it could not be repaired and let me keep the old one. It was a $1,900 couch. Raoul repaired it in 25 minutes. Now I have two new couches! Thank you Raoul.

My go to Boot repair dude!! Took a pair of Ariat boots into get the soles pressed back in. Price was dead on ( less really)what I was whiling to pay.
