Me and my fiancé have spent together over 3k close to 4k and we bought a ring for 800$ diamond fell off and also it was starting to misshape. it was looking more like an oval than a circle. They had no proof of some of the purchases and Ive only used one number and email. they spent 2 hours trying to look but told me if they couldnt find it then they couldnt do anything about it. yet the person who helped remembered selling us the jewelry. to exchange the ring for a newer one i had to spend 200 for warranty for both my rings to have it. i will never shop there again or recommend it to anyone. Learned you get what you pay for smh

Went here to pierce my daughters ears (4 months old), I am giving it 3 stars because the girl who did it was very informative about the earrings they had, was very fast at doing both piercings and knew what she was doing. They dont get the other two stars because that same girl who assisted me had some attitude when I asked her about the possibilities of infection she could of been nicer about it, and the other star they dont get because the other 2 ladies that were there when I got there they said they wouldnt help me because they didnt wanted to do the earrings on a baby.

Stopped by to get my cartilage pierced on both ears. Great experience! The lady who helped me and did my piercing was very descriptive about the earrings and did my piercings very fast and painless. She was very sweet and talkative to help distract from the pain.

Didn’t get my piercing because the lady told me it would take a long time to heal where I wanted it and it wasn’t a good spot since my ear was folded..so I went to Claire’s and they did a great job and very nice.

Did my industrial with my toddler on my lap didnt pull back my hair and no after care instructions or offered any kind of ear care pretty buttttt not to professional Id say

Friendly customer service, my son loved his earings.

Went in 30 minutes from closing and asked about ear piercing. The woman wouldnt look up from her phone to tell me no and said she wont Pierce because she has to leave at 6.
