I ordered something yesterday and my husband didn’t think it was going to work. I sent an email on a Sunday and got a response later that day. He immediately helped me and even gave me a better price. He responded to each of my emails in a timely manner and was very friendly and helpful each time. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
What a wonderful product and the customer service from Curt was truly appreciated. I live in Canada and getting a system for my fathers 65th birthday. Curt was very nice and knowledgeable about the product. He was also really accommodating for being in Canada. I cant wait to share a drink on my dads birthday. I will add a photo once it is installed.
Im not sure what the others are talking about but I have had nothing but a good experience with the sidebar people. In my experience they have been courteous and prompt. I own 2 of their units and they are awesome units especially now that they have improved them. I plan on buying another one.
I wish i could give a full review but i cant give one on the product since i still dont have it. My review is on the communication and service. I give it 1 star because they are fast with taking the money from the bank during the purchase but the order status shows processing and still shows processing for 10 days now. I have emailed 2 times to get info on why status still shows processing but no response. I have called 3 times to get an answer also but i get told they will look into it and someone will call back. Im glad i didnt hold my breath because after 4 days i still have not gotten a response even after they said they would label it as urgent. I dont think i will recomend sidebar beverage to anyone due to the lack if urgency when it comes to responding and helping the customer if there are any problems.
