This shop is located close to my house so it is very convenient for me. They have a fairly large selection of both hardware and premium liquids. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They also just got in a variety of craft beers and will soon have wine, so it is nice to have a one stop shop for those 3 things!

As soon as I walked in, I was amazed at the size and classiness of this shop. Four huge American flags, (hung the right way) were on the wall, very clean and inviting. The employees were cheerful and welcoming, and I felt like I have been coming for years when it was only my first time. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. Service was excellent, they catered to my needs, sold me what I needed, and didnt try to force me into something I didnt need, just to make extra money. Overall my experience was excellent, I have found my new home for all of my vape needs.

I had a fantastic experience at the American Vape Cafe. The location is perfect and the staff is excellent. The owner, Oz, is a friendly, knowledgeable, and a helpful guy. They have a vast selection of vape liquid as well as some glass products. The only problem you will have here is spending too much time relaxing/conversing with nice people.

Love this place! The selection of craft beer is incredible. I was told they have 300 different beers. I always get the deschutes fresh squeezed. They have a vape bar and a huuuge selection of flavors. This place just has it all and it’s nice and clean, they’re super friendly.

Tunc & Oz are two of the most welcoming gentleman I have ever met. They always give me a warm welcome to the store and ask me everytime what I need today and direct me exactly to what I need. They always ask me how my day was and make me feel welcome.

Having just moved to the area I went to two other vape stores where I had bad service or just flat out too expensive. American Vape had the right setup I needed because the other vape shop sold me a product that was discontinued. Not to mention, the prices were way too high. Everyone here is knowledgeable and very nice and I enjoy chatting. And this is the only vape store I have ever found that have hundreds of cold craft beer. Great atmosphere, products and people. Highly recommend.

Prices vary depending on who is working. Owner charges alot more than others who work there. Bought some mixed liquid for 4.99 as the website states. A week later tho owner tells me its 19.99. Otherwise Im stuck with 60/40 vgpg. Charging me 5.99 for a plastic drip tip, not worth it. Was impressed the first visit. Wont come back after 2nd with owner working. Sucks thought it would be a great shop. But like many other vape stores. They are all about money.

American vape cafe is the only vape shop Ill visit. They will custom mix any of their house flavors to perfection. Ive been to other vape shops and nothing compares to these guys. They are polite and professional and extremely helpful.

You know that place that has all the little things that makes your downtime more enjoyable, this is that place. I started vaping 4 years ago to quit smoking. I started vaping up in Denver where the juice was inexpensive and had a large variety of great flavors. Coming back to Az, I was met with self entitled A-holes that are overpriced and to cool to answer simple questions. Oz and his employees are not that at all!! Helpful and friendly, they have always given great service. I buy juice every 4 days or so, I have also bought accessories for my vape and other things. They have cigars for the golf course and good inexpensive sunglasses in case you get stuck on the 101going east or west at the wrong time. They have lots of smoking paraphernalia and other cool things to shop for, I always find something I need while coming in for a fill up on juice. If you come in say Hi to Oz and his team, they are all friendly.

Apparently if your not of a lighter skin color youre not welcome. I went in and looked for appr 5 mins and was never spoken to the guy at the counter held his head down the whole time and a lady came out walked directly pass me to a white customer and did not say one word to me, while other customers of lighter skin tones were assisted you would think they would at least say Ill be with you in a moment or even hi welcome when I walked in the door. Needless to say I wont be back.

Very friendly customer service with a huge variety of juices, they have atomizers with all the flavors so you can try them and they have bottles to drip on a rda if you want to test the juice that way, i also like that they have couches and tables that you and your friends can sit at and hang out and vape, i was really amazed when i was looking at the bongs and bubblers because at most smoke shops the glass is super low quality but at American Vape Cafe there bongs were super thick glass and high quality.

I had to update my review, because my second experience here proved this place really is the BEST vape shop in Arizona. Everything about my experience here has been outstanding. The service is better than Ive ever received, the juices are pure and organic tasting and the prices are spot on. My first experience here, one of the gentleman behind the counter made a special juice for me because I had a specific taste in mind. He took the time to figure out exactly what I liked and put together a juice just for me and it was delicious. My 2nd experience here (actually my boyfriends experience, but Im sharing it for him) was out of this world. We were having an issue with a burnt tasting juice/coil that we had purchased from an entirely DIFFERENT VAPE SHOP, so we brought it Oz and asked him what we thinks the issue is. He took the time to empty out the tank, clean it out, investigate the current coil and replace it with the CORRECT size (apparently the last shop we went to gave us one that was way too small), and primed it for us. He went out of his way to fix another vape shops mistake - I could not believe it. Then he created a brand new juice for us. He mixed the juice, tasted it himself, decided it wasnt good enough and then remade it to make it perfect. Im blown away. I have never experienced such great customer service and care from a business. If you dont vape, come here for your glass pieces or any kind of smoking accessories, because I want everyone to experience this gem. I dont care if I move to the other side of Arizona, I will never to go another vape shop again and I will be sharing this experience with everyone.
