Buyer Beware!!!Buyer Beware!!!And whatever you do, DO NOT get their credit card!Someone or something purchased over 700 dollars on my card and this begins my first complaint.I purchased an Easton reclaimed wood end table and it is now mysteriously developing some sort of a fungus looking stain.Lastly, the slip covered dining chairs that I ordered several months ago, and are supposedly in the US, still keep getting pushed back for delivery.I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Not sure how much good it will do but I can tell you that I will not be ordering anything more from Pottery Barn or ANY of their affiliates.

Love the bathroom hardware. When certain pieces were backordered, they called other stores for me and had the items shipped to me. Customer satisfaction is their goal.

Got these artificial hydrangea flowers at Pottery Barn to fill my gold vase I bought somewhere else. They were a perfect match!

Bad customer service

“High-end” my ass. I can buy better quality dish ware and have an easier time returning items at any Target. I ordered 2 sets of “great white” dinner and salad plates, and 2 sets of soup bowls back in November so I’d have them for my Christmas party. Not only did they not come in weeks later, missing the party, but some of both types of plates came with black spots and unsightly pitting as well as small cracks/fissures on the bottoms of the plates. Also, Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma claims they will only credit back the customer the way in which the customer initially paid. So now, instead of getting a full refund to my bank account or a check sent to my address, I am being sent a gift card that I don’t want nor will ever use, for a large portion of that order. This licensed clinical therapist is taking his business elsewhere.

Great store! Shop here often as well as Williams Sonoma. Never had an issue. Very helpful staff.

Browsed only at the store. Located in Biltmore fashion mall...a bit pricey for my budget for most items but some interesting items.

Bought 6 shelves at pottery barn, 5 days later the prices is reduced by $15 per shelf. Pottery barn refuses to do price adjustment. Last time I ever shop there.
