Due to space I cannot add all of our experience with this Company all I could say there no good. This Company made us pay 2wice for an upgrade in their Mattresses that are of no good quality they are hard as stone. They refuse to allow u to speak to anyone above them. Once I did locate the number on my own cause the Supervisor (salesman) refused to provide it along with the Secretary there. The ladies there if I could even call them that in the Corporate office are the rudest uneducational employees available. Before I had to dish out anymore money I asked them for a refund and she refused to provide one so Im out of 1,000 dollars from this Company. They are fraudulent n fabricators be careful with them!...If u cared any 4 ur customers u would have had consideration and contacted me! U have the information I provided ur workers with in Corporate. And about utilizing the 100 day trial we had no choice cause we were never told about it, what the Manager told us was that the company would be closed cause u guys didnt have the material to keep working and for me to contact him in 2 weeks which turned into a couple of months of back and forth which only resulted on being insulted by Raul...

Impressive selection from the new guys in town. They make their own mattresses, which were in among the mix of the household brand names in their showroom set-up. I got to compare and pick my favorite. I thought I knew how to pick a mattress, but the guys at Ortho showed me how to do it in a way which made a good deal of sense.I love my new mattress. Finally I sleep really well. I guess this is my first proper mattress.I always used to just buy something that was firm. This new mattress feels really good on top and super-supportive underneath.Highly recommended. Thank you Ortho Mattress. Very grateful for the tips and advice on how sleep better. I wish Id had something like this 20 years ago.

Just called for some Customer service and this lady than answered the phone was extremely rude and didn’t seem to know any answers toMy questions. My advice is to get someone else that wants to work and do their job right thank you
