It was a nice atmosphere and the man that was there even looked up apartments for me in the area because I am new around here. That was wonderful. I will be back mostly for him going out of his way. What a humanitarian!!!!

Heyyy just would like to say that this is my new favorite beauty supply store. The owner is very helpful and always kind. I’ve been trying out new dread styles and used the freetress hair to wrap my plats. The hair quality is great and the color pops the better you wrap it. Thank youu for reading 🧘🏽‍♀️🥥

I visited the store in February while I was visiting from San Diego and I loved the service then. Now Im back in town and I have relocated and it was my first stop. Same friendly face.. I am looking forward to coming back doing business regularly.. close to our home as well.aTheir inventory selections are amazing I was very happy with the similar products I got back home.

Those perfume oils last for 1 week. They are awesome 👌

Overpriced, open later than time stated, had a odd unpleasant smell and everything was overpriced! It’s unfortunate since this is my neighborhood beauty supply... I wanted to support them but I can get better prices else were or through Amazon. May not returnResponse to owner- Just based on your reply says a lot! You’re hurting your own reputation not mine. This is MY personal experience and my first time going to your establishment being that I am new to the area so why would it be personal?? It does nothing for me I share MY experience so other reviewers can be aware! And FYI I went to your place during a weekday day first thing in the morning and had to call someone to see if the place was going to even open! So I advise you to learn to take constructive criticism and think of ways to run your business better without being butt hurt in the process. No luck needed...God bless

For the last 4-years, I have become accustomed to ONLINE shopping, especially for exclusive hair products but then I found this little shop during a Sunday afternoon drive. They were closed at the time, but I was thrilled all the same. I called them on the following weekday and made an appointment to have me and my daughters hair braided. Ada (the awesome shop owner) made the appointments for us and the particular braid artist that did our hair was phenomenal. Her skills were spot on with perfection and the time elapsed was not nearly as long as I thought it would be for either of us. I had Cornrows done and my daughter received Crochet Braids. Sierra Hair also offers a Braid Removal Service - which might come in handy if the braid artist uses glue to seal the primary knots on the Crochet Braids. Appointments are made with ease and we were seen in a timely fashion. Also, their wig and weave selection is pretty nice. Ada is proactive in keeping the selection FRESH. Im originally from Dallas, TX where HAIR STORES are like convenience stores, on every corner and the vast selections seem to include any and all styles that you could ever dream of. Well Phoenix is not Dallas; however, thanks to Sierra Hair I dont have to shop exclusively online for my hair products. Chances are, Ada has it in stock or something beautifully similar to it. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I was referred to this place and so happy I went! I had crochets done today by Sierra. She is wonderful, start to finish in great time. My hair looks beautiful and not bulky. I went to this beauty supply to purchase braiding hair and when me and my daughter went to the shop we noticed that there were stylists braiding clients hair. We were impressed with the braiders technique and decided to cancel my appointment that I had scheduled with another braider and to schedule an appointment here.4 days later my daughter got her hair braided here and from the very first braid I knew that this was the right place to be! Sara did an EXCELLENT job!!! my daughter wanted braids that were slightly bigger than micros and sara took her time and did her hair perfectly! We are very happy with the result. Aida (the owner) and sara were very professional and answered all of my questions/concerns. I am so happy I found this place!

Extremely accommodating, I told Diarra I had 4 hours before work, so she coordinated an appointment, helped me pick a style. The results were great and I really appreciate their efficiency!
