I love the employees!!! I have been going here for years and they are always so friendly and help me bounce ideas/advice off of them!!! They also always keep me informed of the upcoming sales !!!

Posting this for my class mate, but the lady was so rude to him, n treated him like trash! She was acting shady n acting like she was to good n he wasn’t good enough! N my classmate is super nice he’s such a sweetheart I can’t see anyone being mean to him! He took his cosmetology school contract with him to sign up, n the lady didn’t want to help him she said she was new n couldn’t figure out how to sign him up, but she could of been nice about it n got someone else to help her, or said he could come another day so someone that knows how to do it could help him, or got the manager or something! But she said “no can’t help u” n was giving him dirty looks. I hate rude people

I live in the south side of phoenix but work in central so this store was closer for me, let me just say my first experience was great they definitely have kind employees but today was just TOP NOTCH, unfortunately I didnt get her name but she was the only one working this morning, I heard her mention she hadnt felt well but I would have never known, she was so energetic, knowledgeable and super friendly, they didnt have the pomade Ive enjoyed but i asked her what she would recommend and knew exactly what it was, when we went to look it was out as well but she went in back and found some Redken Brews, I just got to use it and LOVE it!!! Thank you for your time and wonderful service!! Hope she feels better!!!

They do not carry any hair products for Black people.. & There are Black people in this community....they get 0 stars from me....i put 1 star because i could not post with out it...Shame on them
