We went to get plumbing hardware for our new shower. Floor help had no interest in helping us. Then reluctantly put together a package and we said yes and then told we dont stock it eight weeks. ThisAfter we told him we wanted something right away. Biggest waste of our time. We went to Furgesons guy was cheerful and helpful and had what we wanted the next day.

Unbelievably bad customer service with Kohler. Not necessarily with this store.
