I paid for balloons for my Husbands 50th Birthday. I received a call in the morning advising the ETA for delivery.I called 1 hour past the delivery time and was informed the driver rang the doorbell and called my husband. With no response, the driver delivered the balloons to a random neighbors house to whom Ive never spoken.They never attempted to reach me.My husband went to the neighbors to pick up the balloons (which were supposed to be a surprise). The neighbor did not answer.I called clearly disappointed and was advised their policy is to deliver to a neighbor if they not get an answerI was never informed of this policy as I would have provided which neighbor to deliver to if there wasnt an answer rather than randomly select.I was advised they would submit full refund. I have not received the refund. I will update if refund is recieved.Very disappointing for a 50th Birthday surprise.

A few years back, I needed to rent a bottle of Nitrogen for an AC install at my house, they were very kind, and eager to help set me up, and for a very fair price. Nice people to do business with!
