Great lunch place; phenomenal food! Never had anything less than a five-star meal! Really handy for us working in the complex. I urge you to give them a try.

Everything was delicious. The bagel has had a light crisp on the outside and soft toward the center. Egg was cooked scrambled and we’ll seasoned. Cinnamon roll was tasty and the cream cheese was so perfectly creamy.

Great deli, had the pastrami on sourdough, very good. Staff was friendly, place is a nice, nothing special. It is a little hard to find, in an industrial complex. I recommend stopping by to eat here

Only place Ive been in the valley that has legit NY/east coast bagels. Been there several times and is consistently excellent.

The lox spread barley had any lox in it. I got to taste the lox once it of a half pound tub. Good bagel and creamer cheese just skip the lox, not worth it.

I used to go here all the time for breakfast and get a bagel and coffee to go back in 2010 so when I was back in town I made it a point to stop by. The original owners were still there and it looked about the same.Back when I used to go they had the best coffee and bagles - real New York style boiled bagels. The coffee is still really good but the everything bagel I got was lacking with its topings (maybe just slower business because of the times?) Worth a stop and hopefully it was just an off day with the bagel I got.

Was in there first thing and they did more with 2 people than I have seen chains do with several. Great food and great service

I like the BLT sandwich, but lately the bacon has been 1/2 cooked and today, they put it in the microwave and it was not cooked all the way.

First off if I could give this place no stars I would. Service, non existent, microwaved food. There’s nothing I hate more than being treated like I’m bothering a business when I’m spending money. I just moved to this part of town and was excited to be by an NY style deli. But this place is a joke. I won’t be back. Hope you survive COVID with your terrible food and service.

My Second time ordering breakfast from here, ordered two Taylor Ham / Egg / Cheese and got regular deli ham not Taylor Ham big difference.in these times restaurants are looking to stay open, this is where failure comes in to play, not knowing your product, making the wrong order. Then they got you because you ordered for delivery so you are stuck with it.Poor quality control

This hidden gem is a great lunch spot. The tuna melt was delicious and I’m excited to go back for a salt bagel since not many places sell salt bagels. There was plenty of seating and they even had a couch for someone wanting to be cozy and enjoy a coffee. Prices were a little high- which is why I didn’t give 5 stars.

Just having lunch here. I have previously visited this place for breakfast and usually had good results. I cant say the same for coming for lunch. I went to the counter to order a lox sandwich and the woman behind the counter couldnt be bothered to even look up for the first minute or two that I stood there while she was doing something else. When she finally did start asking to take my order there was no indication that she was in any way please to have a customer no hello or any sort of pleasantries just took the order and then took my money. She had the demeanor of a Soviet Gulag prison guard. She never bothered to ask me if I wanted my bagel toasted or cold although they had always previously toasted the bagels anytime I had been there before and I had never had to ask for it. After waiting for my order for about 10 minutes I got up to see if it was done yet and she actually hadnt started it yet.. now mind you Im only have a 30 minute lunch... so after seeing me standing there she did start preparing the bagel and making the sandwich and then even though theyre only about three people in there she simply announced lock sandwich quietly while I was sitting a ways away instead of telling me that it was ready. so I went and got the sandwich and discovered it was cold Not only was it cold but it was the hardest Bagel Ive ever eaten my jaws are actually sore after eating half of it. Very dissatisfied. I definitely wont come back to this place again even though there arent many choices around here to go to.

Walked in to grab some bagels for myself and family, older gentleman immediately had an attitude and was reluctant to help. I asked if he was ok, ignored me and continued to mope around. Immediately knew I did not want to give them any of my money. I get pandemic and people are a bit stressed, but I was nothing but polite and his attitude is exactly why I decided to walk out.

Some of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. I enjoy ordering the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on an Everything bagel.Their lunch items are just as tasty! For lunch, I like to order their Pastrami sandwich with all the toppings. I cant get enough of this place and come here every time Im in the area. I highly recommend!!

The bagel was delicious & they give you a butt load of cream cheese. The only downside is theres no easy access to napkins. Its not next to the utensils, where it ought to be. Instead its a roll of paper towels on the counter, which is right in the way of other people in line for their order.

Absolutely fantastic! when I grew up in Sedona, there was NY bagel deli just a block from my house, Id go there all the time with friends for breakfast. When I moved away for college, that was one of the times of my life that I missed the most, all the good memories and food. I was overjoyed to be able to relive those memories for just a little.

I went to this bagel shop yesterday and woke up today with their bagels still on my mind. I just had to go back! I love their everything bagels with the plain cream cheese and a cup of black coffee! An instant classic!

I want to like this place because its local. Having to wait 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches with only two people in line wont work for me when I am on my way into work. Ordered extra bacon, it barely came with two slices. I am unsure if I will recommend or be back.

Nice family owned new York deli. All ingredients tasted fresh and the bagels were huge!! I had a hard time deciding on the menu but the chicken Philly was delicious. Definitely will be coming back here.

One of the few places that uses boars head deli meats, making the sandwiches very good. The pop machine always seems to be out of syrup, so taste test your drink before leaving.

I dont recommend this place! I waited 10 minutes in line with 4 people ahead of me waiting to order and another 10 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast bagel to be made I had ordered it togo. I witnessed the gentleman at the cashier after taking several order without washing his hands turn around and pick my sandwich up and place it in a togo wrapper. Very unsanitary! Do not recommend, also the restaurant is very dirty tables floors, etc. One of the customers that ordered before me asked the cashier for a towel to wipe down the table she wanted to sit at. I threw my sandwich out!

I am changing my review. I ordered the pastrami today and it tastes like the lettuce and tomato were first put in a washing machine. Horrible. The man there is also horribly rude!!! This is not an episode of Seinfeld

This place is awful, and service was beyond EXTREMELY slow and unorganized. They had the cashier touch my food, after handling money. Had no gloves. Very unsanitary. I recommend Einstein bagels for ideal service and food. I will never go back here, the ownership is so poor.

The bagels are great but you cant get in and out in under 20 minutes. Great place if you have nothing going on. They will start cooking the regular food orders and wait 15-20 mins to toast the bagel you ordered.

They have great bagel hoagies, but usually run out before I stop by. Actually, many of the bagel types run out. It seems that they are so worried about having leftover bagels at the end of the day, they end up under producing.Its still one of the only places Ill buy a sandwich.I do not recommend cinnamon rolls.

True to the name... Whopping sized, fresh NY style bagels. Had an egg, cheese & Taylor ham on everything bagel. Delicious. Odd location, but I think they primarily serve the business park lunch crowd.

New York Bagel always brings it. You get premium lunch meat, cheeses (Boars Head) homemade bagels, french rolls, and top notch service all for an excellent price. Their Pastrami sandwich is out of control. I recommend getting it on a French Roll. If you have never been you have to go check it out. It will change your whole day.

Ive been to New York bagels a half dozen times now and I have to say this place is neat. Bagels are baked fresh daily cream cheese is the best I ve tried ever. There is nice sofa lounge areas to kick back while you wait for your food drinking your coffee. The owners of the restaurant are every welcoming and keep the place very clean. I will be coming here regularly when im in the mood for bagels.

Im Jewish from Chicago and have been sorely disappointed in both Chompies and Einsteins. A lox and bagel sandwich at Einsteins is a jam sandwich - two sides of a faux bagel jammed together. Today my daughter stopped to get us both a lox and bagel sandwich at the Deer Valley location. It was absolutely delicious and the bagels are honest-to-goodness REAL bagels!!!
