They made my bagel perfect! Not too toasty, great amount of smear, my husband loved his sandwich. I got the caramel cold brew shake and it was delicious!

I’ve been in Phoenix for a little over 2 years. So far, this place has the best bagels. I like mine double toasted with a little butter.

I can say their brisket is pretty good. When we go in the morning to get one. But as for the attitude of the people there need some checking. They act like they done want to be there.

Food is good but service is so slow in the morning.

This is EINSTEINS BAGELS! Was looking for a local non chain bagel shop. google maps, THIS IS DECEIVING!!it is listed on maps as “Coffee and Bagels”. am hungry, so i ordered, tried a “bagelrito”….. still waiting for it. the young men at counter, gave my order to another party.now not making any more eggs.got my refund and left!!!!!!

I just visited and probably had the worst experience. I ordered what I usually do bagel and a coffee. Bagel was cold with so much cream cheese on it that a measured it at a half an inch in width. The coffee was not the coffee that I ordered when I said something the lady said that I should have ordered something different. I dont she was paying attention because she was talking with another girl and flirting with the man behind the counter. I am a returning customer I know what I like and I have ordered it many times. I expected her to have good customer service and tell me that it would be fixed and I would get what I paid for. Instead her and her friend laughed and said I should have ordered something different.perhaps they didnt like how I looked. Perhaps they didnt like my money. Either way...poor customer service and unfortunately youve lost my business.

Caribou Coffee started in Minnesota. Waking up in February to caribou is what we Minnesota’s look forward too. Nothing better than -40 degrees with winds moving the vehicle around, needing to wake up and warm up this does the trick. When I come down to Az I just seen this place open. Forget the bagels I go for the coffee. The Minnesota company recently sold to a California company Peet’s,, however the deal was nothing was supposed to change with the recipe. I look forward to seeing you nag if it is the same as the north!! Keep you posted

I wish they would open the lobby the wait for the drive thru is long. I wish they would use more sauce on the pizza bagel. The staff is helpful and nice hoping they open soon.

Happiness truly is a warm bagel.Nobody does bagels like Einstein’s and this location is no exception. My bagel was toasted to perfection with a liberal amount of Shmear (which is the nectar of the gods as far as concerned). It tasted way better than $3 deserves to taste.Also, the inside of this place is beautiful. With modern decor, funky light fixtures and comfy seating options, this is a very pleasant place to spend your Saturday morning.

This place has the best Bagels Ive tried to date. Their customer service is genuinely friendly and I had my Bagel within 5 minutes into ordering it. Definitely recommend stopping by here as they offer both Drive-thru service as well as Inside takeout Service.

Went through the drive thru this morning to get bagels and coffee.They team was very polite and speedy with our order. We are pleasantly surprised when we got to the office; they had added a doggie bagel for our dog as well. She normally likes an everything bagel with garden smear but .... JK. Sometimes a small thing can change some ones morning. Thank you!

The staff here is great once I pulled up to the window I realized that I forgot my wallet this morning, they let me pay them tomorrow and the food and coffee is always good. Thanks everyone

Good place for a quick bite

I love Einstein Bagels and live nearby so I always want to try again, but they consistently get my order wrong every time I go.

For one bagel it took 10 minutes to get and on top of that it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me at the window when I pulled up. If you don’t like your job quit. It is that simple.

Their Carmel macchiato iced coffee is perfect everytime I order it, its so good its like a mouth-gasm. A lot of people complain about the bagels but my bagels always come out perfect too 👌 10/10

Literally just walked out of this place. Walked in and none of the ladies acknowledged us. We stood there looking at the menu briefly and waited to order. They were busy doing everything but assisting customers. She finally turns around to acknowledge us but it was like we were abother to her. I am real big on energy and something was off with theirs. We left and went elsewhere.

The eggels were good. There is no signage for coffee so we didnt order any. Service could use improvement.

Okay service. I had a gift card so I came here to give this location a try. Misconceiving as they do not take a Caribou gift card at a Caribou location?? And they would not honor it even though it is apparently it was a new switch over? Disappointing with how customer service handled.

Im from Minnesota, so I was thrilled to see a Caribou Coffee here in Arizona. Their white chocolate mochas are delicious, whether you get them cold or hot. I almost always order a Nova Lox Bagel Sandwich. Its amazing, and the combination of the toppings they use and they way they serve it (with capers, and open faced) are why I get it here rather than from other bagel shops. That, and nowadays, the fact that they have a drive through. Couple drawbacks are that they dont currently have whipped cream due to the pandemic (seems odd, but ok, lol), and that if I try to customize it with extra veggies and garden veggie cream cheese, I tend to receive it with regular cream cheese. Ive given up on the extra veggies and now just order it on a toasted everything bagel with garden veggie cream cheese. That seems to work as far as getting it made correctly. Sometimes the amount of toppings are inconsistent, and Ill get a ton of capers one week, and not so many the next week. Either way, I come here at least once a week and will continue to do so.

Why even open before 6 if nothing will be ready until then...

The personal doesnt listen to your order & serves the incorrect item - e.g. wrong cream cheese on bagel, bagel toasted when it shouldnt have been, etc.

The lady that works the window in the afternoon (today until end of shift) is always so sweet and upbeat. I love coming to this location because of the drive thru but she really provides awesome customer service as well. She made my day today by making the best Chai!

Food is great, service is great, coffee is great. However, they always seem to be out of almost every bagel when we go. I wish they made more bagels later in the day.Overall, its a great place, a little on the pricey side, but its still a good place to try if you love coffee and bagels. Highly recommended!

Food and drinks are good but omg, they have the most unhappy staff. This is long before COVID but man, the employees there seem miserable and I have yet to encounter anybody actually seem lile they like working here.

The goof-offs who work here not only screwed up my order but it was the worst bagel of my life. I used to work for Einsteins and this was absolutely disgraceful, they should be ashamed. How do you put regular cream cheese on a bagel when someone asks for salsa cream cheese? They are not even remotely the same color or close to each other on the line. The asiago bagel was the texture of leather and had a terrible look to it that doesnt match what is acceptable by corporate. Their line workers and bakers should be ashamed. In short: DO NOT GO HERE, STAY AWAY

This was the nastiest place Ive ever been to! My bagel was completely burnt and half was gone. I ordered blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and for some reason there was garlic on it. I almost threw up. Do NOT go here!!

Trendy, healthy options plus more. Caribou coffee was really good. The place is Einstein bagels. Took me a long time to find it again because it didnt pop up on Google unless i zoomed in 100%Some of the crowd is shabby but thats Phoenix for you these days.

If you want great coffee and delicious bagel sandwiches, this is the place for you....if you have the time. I myself prefer Dutch Bros but since there are none close to me this is my go to coffee house. The reason for the 3 star rating is how slow this place is. With 4 cars in front of you the wait can exceed 15 to 20 minutes and that is fairly consistent no matter the time of day. And then after waiting that long you would expect your drink to be ready by time you get to the window....but no. They are just starting to make it. Hopefully over time they will get a little more sense of urgency to meet the demand.

Was happy for the drive thru service. Made it easy to pick up Sunday morning breakfast.

Two great things together at last. Chorizo Sunrise breakfast sandwich was incredible! Cold brew coffee was great. Interior is nice with cute Phoenix details. Will be returning.

This place is so good! Delicious bagels and breakfast sandwiches, yummy smoothies, and pretty good coffee. Not a huge fan of the way they make Americanos (shots first, then ice; I prefer the other way around). The staff is always prompt and friendly, and I can be goofy with the staff who remember me and my order. Great local place!

Ill start with the good the bagel sandwich that I ordered breakfast was delicious everything about it was tasty slightly messy but thats how I like it. The coffee was decent enough. the big issue that I had was that walking through the door it smells like a dirty urinal hadnt been cleaned in a few days. Im not sure why I ended up going to the bathroom and the bathroom smelled wonderful. There was just some weird piss smell right by the front registers.

NEVER.HAVE.THE.JALAPEÑO.BAGEL. Ive gone 5 time and ordered the chorizo breakfast sandwich and Im still yet to taste it with the jalapeno bagel it comes with. Shouldnt matter Im there later in the day dont have it in the menu if youre not going to make it?

I would give them a zero but can’t.They close earlier then what they say. Hours are until 4pm and it was 3:40 when I got there and they said are closed. What seriously. Then put that on you times.

They had no coffee at 9am and cashier made her smug comment of “first world problems”. Jokes on you, I’m too stupid to know what that means! Sand which was good tho. No thanks to the cashier.

I gave it 3 stars since sometimes my coffee tastes different, even though I get the same thing (I never change it). I like consistency. I dont get that here for some reason. On the other hand, their farmhouse sandwich is amazing. In the morning theres a really long line. so if youre impatient, Id pass on this in the morning.

Good bagels and coffee. Friendly servers. Grrat atmosphere. The cashier was new and there were many people in line. I received a plain bagel when I ordered an everything bagel. I received a med coffee when I ordered a large. The lox and everything bagel was terribly salty. I dropped the box the bagel was served in, totally my fault and they were nice enough to give me another.

Incredibly slow service. Every single time I am waiting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. I always end up being late to work. Even when there are only 2 cars in front of me. I dont recommend to anyone who is in need of quick breakfast

First, I want to start this review by saying I love this place! No other establishment comes to mind that is more chill to hang out in or that offers the level of relaxation I get while Im here. Great coffee, great food, really nice employees, and a smartphone membership plan that really works for a change. Upon signing up for the plan I was granted a free bagel and cream cheese or what they call, shmear (probably not proper spelling) on the spot, no questions asked and most importantly, NO HASSLE! My birthday was recently and I actually received a notification from the app that I was being given a free egg sandwich for my birthday. Went in to redeem that and again NO HASSLE! In fact, on the day of my birthday you have no idea of some of the hassles I encountered by places regarding either their birthday offers or phone apps. Those mentioned establishments need to take a lesson from here on how it should be done because the amount of brain damage acquired from trying to simply participate in something they have designed and offer to either boost business by gaining new clients or trying to keep current clients or even previous is mind blowing. How do you expect to keep or gain a customer when your program is so difficult to understand or even insulting in some cases?? Its beyond me and rather than go down that road I will wrap this up by stating that I would recommend this place to anyone that likes great coffee, good tunes, great food, and a place where you can relax just to relax or relax and get something done without distraction. If I could give more than 5 stars I would for sure. Keep up the great work!

Einsteins is the best. My favorites are the avocado toast; they even sprinkle the everything seasoning on top and the Nova Lox is pure perfection. The coffees are excellent as well.

This is a decent little place. Sometimes it is hard finding a place to sit and it can be a little loud. It is a little run down. For example, the door slams every time someone comes in or out. It is pretty clean, but it could be better. You can tell that the employees do as little as possible. The parking lot is shared with other businesses, so parking is limited.The coffee is great and the food is decent. The food menu is pretty small and doesnt have a lot of variety. It mostly has breakfast sandwiches, and not a lot of lunch options.Overall its a decent spot if your expectations arent too high.

They always ask if Im a member, which is super annoy! The reason for the three stars is because I had a crappy experience. I pulled up and I placed my order through the drive-thru as always they asked if I was a club member and placed my order. When I pulled up to the window to get my order it wasnt ready. they made me wait there, didnt even greet me they had the window close the whole time and then finally someone appeared and told me your orders going to take awhile and then just close the window. she didnt say how long or she didnt apologize for the long way to just close the window! so I waited what else could I do, she didnt offer a free drink or anything for the long wait she didnt even thank me for being patient when she came back to the window with my order, she just said here you go passed me my bagel and closed the window. The total wait time was 10min! I forgot what day it was but I do remember it was an hour before closing.

The people here have no personality!! Everyone iv interacted with here was rude! They don’t even say hi when you get in! Just a plan rude environment! I’m not sure I can bring myself to go back to this one!

My favorite place to get coffee and a cranberry bagel on my way to work. Make sure you sign up for their loyalty club. I get nice rewards nearly every visit.

I normally stop at a Starbucks as does everyone or a dunkin donuts. I decided to try this place and check it out. Its an Einsteins Bagels and Caribou Coffee combined. I love the options available and their mobile app is so easy to use. I believe this is the only Caribou Coffee in the Valley. Quick service, friendly staff and I absolutely love the inside of the location. They have booths and sofa chairs in front of a fire place. Definitely recommend. Ive been there 3 times at this point

Nobody in line, place is slow. Placed a simple order for a cranberry bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. I get back to the office and no cream cheese. More and more I am thinking America should start putting the older work force back on the front lines. I know Alzheimer patients with more focus than some of these kids these days. First thing out of on duty Mgr.s mouth? An apology ? Nope, would you like to come back and get some ? Congratulations, on a Thursday you have already qualified for the ever coveted Stupid question of the week award. Next big thing ? An APP that teaches common sense and how to FOCUS on the task at hand.

Food is tasty, however I asked for no tomatoes and there were tomato seeds all over my sandwich... I really dont like the direction the franchise is going. No soda anymore sucks. I also cant serve myself with coffee. It was fine before.

First time ever going there. I found the placer and staff nice, warm, and inviting. I really didnt have a clue what i wanted, me or my husband, but the young lady who took our order was very helpful.

Great coffee but.... Fix the fireplace! For the two days a year that Phoenicians could pretend winter is coming, it would be so cozy, and is the reason for my visit this morning. Saying its broken with no plans to fix it is ridiculous.

They dont trust customers. Everything behind the counter. You have to ask for everything. They dont bring food to you - they just yell out your name. They wont accommodate your requests and dont give any discount. Not a place to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. Not many customers. 180° from the very friendly human environment of Einstein s Bros. Bagels. BTW they dont honor Einstein coupons, etc.

The parking is not the greatest but you can park on the side where the Buffalo spot is I recommend it racking up and pulling into the parking spots in the front of this one are difficult and Ive seen several times where accidents might have taken place other than that if youre not the type of person to go inside which by the way the inside is cozy and more warm as far as the space goes Dan compared to Starbucks you can really relax here also breakfast is great coffee is great and they do have a drive-thru

The bagels are good the cream cheese is goodthe customer service is awesome the problem is it takes a long time to get through the drive-thru and the coffee is not my favorite.

Every time I go to Coffee and Bagels on a weekend, they are out of bagels by 11am. How are you out of the only thing you sell? If I wanted those other bagels, I would have ordered them. Today they were out of cinnamon sugar, everything, plain and also the onions that go on the nova lox. Last time they were out of asiago, plain, cinnamon sugar and 6 cheese. If I ran a store that sold forks and all I had was butter knives, would I still be in business? Get your act together.

I pick up bagels for me and a few coworkers some mornings! Half the time. Yes half they are burnt! This morning however I go thru the drive thru and I think I got pubed! Are you kidding me! I feel so disgusted. This is my first post... it will be posted in multiple places because of how horrified I am. I take ONE bite of my bagel and hair is sticking out. I open it and not one but 3 hairs are inside. Are you kidding me! Its melted into the cheese like it was and ingredient! Wth! $11 for a bagel and drink and its inedible... my drink is a smoothie so Im afraid to drink that now as well. Why are people so disgusting and horrible! Ruined my day! I am mortified!

Place was nice and clean. Food wasgood. They did have decaffeinated coffee available as the store on Shea and 92nd didnt have any decaffeinated coffee available. I also received my points as club membership with einstein. But there was no senior discount or soda dispenser. I really miss those two items. I know it is trying to be more like Starbucks since caribou owes Einsteins. Too bad.....

This location is hard to get into, the service sucks to say the least if I wanted to hear how bad they bash each other as employees then it would have been amazing. Out of the 5 times Ive been there not once have they got my order right and I didnt have to ask for the correct item.

Walked in to an empty place. After waiting for several minutes we whistled loudly and they finally came from the back. Made the order to go even though we asked to dine in, also when they finished the order they simply placed it on the counter and went to the back without saying a word that the order was done. Shame that the service is so poor because the place looks amazing in the inside.
