Zero stars, we signed the deal June 29th 2021 and was told it could take up to 10 weeks for the product. Today is October 4th and the product still has not shipped and thus no install date.I do NOT recommend their services they have a $750.00 deposit and are refusing to cancel and refund. I guess they can take for ever before installing.

Great experience start to finish! I recently purchased two motorized Sun Shades & one roll-out awning from Polar Shades of AZ. The Product design/quality, installation & customer service differentiate them from other companies. My sales person...Jason Weller...exceeded all expectations with his level of product knowledge, innovative design ideas, patience & follow through.

We had wind damage to our polar shade and I did not have the paperwork when I called the office. EVERYONE we spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer or more competent. They sent out two amazing repair guys Steve & Jacob that fixed it perfectly and were extra pleasant to deal with. Customer service does not exist these days in most businesses, but it does at Polar Shades. Thank you so much! You are the best!

I recently had some sun shades installed by Polar Shades... They do an excellent job of blocking out the heat of the sun on my back patio. Jason Weller was very helpful in measuring and ordering the shades and he showed different styles and color options. The two gentlemen who installed the shades did an excellent job too... I highly recommend this company to anyone needing shade from the sun...

I love Polar Shades!Let me first explain that after moving to AZ from CA, my husband and I decided to undertake an extensive 18-month whole-house remodel. We have an amazing view and I wanted to take full advantage of it. I am also not a fan of window coverings and tend to like cleaner lines.We have a two story house and the back of the house is almost all windows.We have 6 glass doors going out to the backyard. These doors range from 6 ft. wide to 12 ft. wide. We decided to install exterior roller shades for the doors, all on remote control.We also installed remote controlled roller shades on our interior windows, some as high as 16 ft.Our sales person was Jason Weller, and I cannot say enough good things about Jason. He personally came out several times, not just to make the sale. He made sure everything was measured correctly, and installed properly. I had some remodeling done that required my two power Polar Shades to be combined into one unit.I called in for information and JD came out a few days later and gave me the reassurance that what I wanted could be done and provided us with a reasonable quote.The work took two visits. Both visits were scheduled by telephone. Both appointments were kept as promised. The workmen were courteous, professional. Their work was excellent and they were mindful of clean up afterwards. I would recommend them very highly.The Polar Shades product is top notch and their service is equally as good.
