They dont listen to women. I called in about some issues with my new car. They argued with me and I wasnt even able to make an appointment. I even have a recall and that didnt seem to matter. I wouldnt use this place at ever again. So rude and arrogant. Sad thing is I bought my car there.Edit - I got a call back from the service manager and he preceded to yell at me. So that tells you how much they care.

The service department is very unprofessional. Rude service advisor. They need to take customer service classes or go observe the VW dealer in the west valley to see how things should be done.

Guy who answered was so rude wouldnt even listen to my question. Then just hung up on me.
