I was a first time customer to this highly recommended business and was extremely pleased with the service. I had a check engine light on my 2011 F-250 6.7l. Code was P02DB indicating an issue with #8 injector. Started searching for a facility to check the code and repair but that’s where the breaks were depressed HARD. Every facility, including the major dealerships in the valley, all told me it would be 4-6 weeks just to look at my truck. For various reasons or another each facility said “You’ve gotta get in line and wait”. A friend advised me to try “Strictly Diesel” I called and was advised it would be 3 weeks to have my truck seen which was much better than 4-6 weeks. Jackie, the service advisor was amazing and was able to answer all my questions and assured me she would keep me advised on what the technicians had found. I left my truck on a Thursday as scheduled and by Monday they called and said the code issue was more than likely a communication issue with the computer to which they reprogrammed the injector, tuned each injector and had my truck back to me on Monday. I was concerned that I might have an injector issue especially since I was planning a 3000 mile trip towing a trailer in the near future and expressed that concern with Jackie. I was told to drive the truck normally for a few hundred miles and if the code/ injector issue was going to happen again it would be pretty quick and before I was in the middle to nowhere. During this time Jackie called me to follow up with the service to the truck. So far no code and no issues. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the service and even more pleased with the response and care this company has towards making sure the needs of the customer are met. You have made a new diesel owner a customer for life. Thank you.

Took in my 2008 Silverado 3500 Duramax with a troublesome P0101 (mass air flow performance) CEL. Johnathan (service adviser) was extremely helpful laying out a plan of attack to fix the truck. Ended up being a boost leak and instead of just fixing one thing and calling it quits, Steven (service technician) continued digging and found TWO more boost leaks. I truly appreciate their diligence and care.From the pre-service inspection to a thorough check of all other systems at the end, they truly took care of me. (They even found one of my batteries still under warranty was bad) Would recommend this shop to anyone with an diesel!

I appreciate Strictly Diesel for several reasons. For simple repairs that Im able to tackle myself, theyve always been there to support me with parts, advice or initial diagnostic services. This story is just one of many experiences that Ive had:I had a coolant leak that I couldnt pinpoint. After diagnosing it for me, they determined it was coming from the o-rings and gaskets that seal the intake manifold. They then sold me the correct parts kit so I could take care of the repair myself.Once I got the intake manifold off, I discovered what looked like to me a potential leak path from simple wear and tear. I brought the manifold in for their professional opinion, which they confirmed my suspicion. They then sourced a economical replacement part that met my needs, up against the timing of the Xmas holiday closure. They were able to get the part delivered in time, allowing me to finish the repair over the holiday weekend, and keep my truck running when I needed it the most.Im super appreciative of service like that. It makes me feel more than a customer, but like a partner - with the common goal of keeping my truck running the best way possible for my needs.For repairs that are out of my league, I know they are going to do the job right.As long as I own a diesel, Ill always rely on Strictly Diesel to keep it running.

Very professional and courteous staff! They kept me in the loop through the entire process of working on my truck! They installed a CP3 fuel pump conversion and a Fass lift pump. My truck is running a lot better and stronger. I’m also showing 2-3 mpg improvement on mileage👍

Had a new power steering pump installed.. mechanic damaged my belt tensioner.. when i notified shop of damage they explained to me that I was responsible for the part (bs excuse if you ask me). Stated that it couldve been weak before (somewhat believed them). Said if I purchased new tensioner they would install labor free. I said ok.. when they replaced tensioner they dropped the tensioner pulley between my steering linkage and axle which when i turned my steering wheel damaged my steering dampner, which they had to replace. I at that point felt that the damage done to the tensioner was mechanic neglegance because it was the same mechanic. Well the manager still didnt see it that way so I still ended up paying for the tensioner.. there is no need for a response from the manager to this review, I already know you will try to defend yourself. I say find another shop this one is Strictly B.S./(after reply) Funny how this guy that replied thinks nobody knows anything about vehicles.. in the 15 years ive been wrenching on vehicles this is the first Ive seen those break.. and why do you think id believe that your mechanic would report the break when he didnt even search for the pully he dropped.. it was a fresh break with fresh pry marks on what was left. Lol you guys are lame. Keep trying bud.

The repair on my truck fixed the problem I had brought it in for. The service adviser was professional and knowledgeable. Just got my 100k mile service done to my 6.7L powerstroke. Had to get a laundry list of things done. Also threw in and oversized fuel tank (one of the best upgrades in my opinion). Once again, excellent work. Ive been using them for more that 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. I have spent an plenty of $ in maintenance, upgrades and rebuilds on 2 different trucks and not one time did I have to ever bring it back to them after repairs were completed. If you have a diesel, take it to them. The service quality is second to none.

The work was completed by noon on Friday. A dealership would have had my truck a week if not 2. I have had my 2001 Superduty serviced at Strictly Diesel multiple times. Each time I was informed of the repair needed to address my complaint with the parts and labor quote before they went into other issues they may have found with the truck, that shows me that they care about my complaints, not just making a buck. The guys in the shop know the trucks inside and out and it shows in their attention to detail. They are not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to repair shops. I will not have anyone else touch my truck.

Took my f250 in for cold weather starting issue. Found fuel injectors were the problem and decided to bullet proof the truck at that time. 25000 miles later zero issues. Truck runs like new. Highly recommend for any diesel maintenance.

A little more money than expected but you get what you pay for, these guys are the real deal. Really just high prices for okay work and service. Truck was brought in for an alignment, oil leak and trac bar breaking, which many people we spoke to said it was very odd. Asked them to keep, so that we could contact the distributor to see how or why it broke. Strickly had the truck for multiple days, came up with charges of $4k. Moved forward with work as have done work with them in the past and was satisfied. Day we got the truck back, truck was still pulling left, oil was still leaking and they threw the trac bar away. Continually asked for photos of the broken part with no return call. Call and setup another appointment for them to do the work that was paid for but now they state that it is a different oil leak, a tire is bad that is why its pulling and that minimum another $2k. Did have a conversation with a manager, who couldnt give a care in the world. Body language said enough. Did admit they messed up, employee was released but nothing more, no offer to make things right. Definitely feeling of getting a fast one pulled. Will not be returning for anymore work nor referring any longer.

Brought a 20-year old truck to Strictly Diesel for a pre-purchase examination. Their multi-page checklist was extremely thorough. They found a couple of not-unusual items that I factored into my purchase decision.After I bought the truck I immediately brought it back to Strictly Diesel for a routine service and some upgrades to address well-known week points in the truck. The work was done extremely well, on time, and on budget.

Recently widowed and wanted a place to work on my 2006 Chevy Malibu, trustworthiness was Number one on list and I certainly hit that on the head. Strictly Diesel has been phenomenal in many ways. 1st; I bought the fuel bowl delete with post pump filter. The install was straight forward, the directions were spot on.2nd; After I installed it, while visiting my family in AZ. At my request, they did a courtesy once over of my install before I took off back to Texas. They went way above and gave my whole vehicle a once over and pointed out things that I need keep an eye on not related to the fuel bowl delete.3rd; the fuel bowl delete performed absolutely as the benefits state. Now my 01’ F250 has 391k miles on it and it runs like it did 10 years ago. The throttle response is smooth, positive, and she feels like she has a chip in her. I honestly feel like its hitting on all 8 cylinders.4th; My fuel milage has definitely increased. As I journeyed home I was getting an average of 25 miles to the gallon. It use to stay at 18 to 19.5th; The team at Strictly Diesel really cares for their customers. I delay some work on my truck just to get them to work on it when I visit family. These folks are absolutely the best I have ever taken a vehicle in my 45 years of driving. You won’t be sorry for brining you vehicle to them. Great technical support also. #1 in my book.

I have been searching for a shop that services diesels and have been to several in the valley, I chose Strictly Diesel and had some repair work performed on my 03 F-250 with the 6.0. Strictly Diesel inspected my truck and was informed by Gary the Service Adviser of what repairs needed done. Gary explained everything very plainly and why it should be done. Agreeing with him he explained all costs and what the total bill will be. I liked the fact that his total cost was the total cost with none of those hidden fees added in when it was time for payment. I now have a service shop I will be going back too.

Took my Toyota Tundra in to try and be diagnosed of an intermittent problem. Unfortunately the shop was unable to hear the issue as it was not presenting itself during the test drive. They still put it in the air and checked everything to make sure everything was tight and no leaks. They were kind enough to waive the fee. I would definitely recommend them even if your vehicle is not a diesel.

After having 3 different shops look at my 7.3 and they couldnt never figure out what the problem was i purchased a new fuel system for it through strictly diesel. I recieved everything that came with the system put it on and everything. It still ran the same so we were all a little bombed but then we just called stricky diesel and told them what we had in the truck and the new system was check 4 times because we thought we were going crazy. BUT we werent! Whoever we spoke to on the phone I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Come to find out it was just a clogged fuel line🙃 after having this truck CHECKED by one shop and then another shop. I believe it was $4000. These shops said oh yes we fixed it there are no problems. Ha yes there was thats why we just got the fuel system. Sure enough it wasnt even the fuel system but a line. But we dont care about having a new fuel system at least its upgraded now and dont have to worry about it anymore.But when multiple shops in my area which is CENTRAL FLORIDA cant figure out what is wrong with a 7.3 and had it for a month. We took it and tried figuring out ourselves& new fuel system it was,we took our chances. And if it wasnt for strictly diesel the truck would have been for sale. We were in too deep to keep going after the fuel system. The truck was in the shops for longer then it was owned which was 1 week then gone to shops for a month. I wish we had a shop like strictly diesel in central Florida seriously. All we did was call and they suggested different things then finally suggested the fuel line thats on the new fuel system thats old.Sure enough that was it just a simple call all the issues were gone after a suggestion. YOU are amazing we appreciate you very much. Thank you for your time!

I was on a 2 week road trip from Washington and my tailpipe broke loose from the back of the muffler on my 2006 Ram 2500 - Strictly Diesel fixed the tailpipe, did a full diagnostic, got me in and out the same day and at a very reasonable price - I would recommend them to anyone

Brought my truck in to a full shop with complaints that it died randomly. They understood my time crunch and took care of me as best they could, although shop couldn’t reproduce the problem, they ran a full diagnostic for 149$ and didn’t actually tell me anything helpful. Gary is a good guy though and even though they didn’t exactly help Me this time, I think they’re an honest business and I’d go back to them if I needed service done in az. Only reason for not 5 stars is because they couldn’t help me due to my time constraints

I work for Empire Cat. Rental Transport Div. One of my co-supervisors had met one of the owners of Strictly Diesel previously. We had a couple of trucks that needed serious repairs and or updating. We started with a motor replacement on one of our older Ford 550. The following week was a repair and update on a newer Ford 550. The Service Advisors, Jacki Reathaford, and Blake Blunden are very friendly and knowledgeable. The procedure starts with a bumper to bumper inspection, with pictures, a breakdown of the complaints and line by line pricing. There were many updates during the repairs, and a phone call to go over the final invoice. From start to finish, a very smooth process. Had a great experience at this shop! They found a tough electrical issue and gave me a break on some diagnostic fees. They called me at every change in the repair process and made sure I was informed. I worked with Gary and he knows his stuff. If you have a Ford diesel, TAKE IT HERE. So real mechanics can look at it. Not just parts changers.

Ive been using Strictly Diesel for around five years. Ive got 180K on my 6.0 powerstroke and still running like a sewing machine. I was in there last week for an oil change and battery. Found out my alternator was on the way out and got it replaced also while I waited...Only added about 45 minutes to my wait...I will continue to use them for all my maintaince and repairs...

Just picked up my truck from the crew at Strictly Diesel. Need to give a shout out to Gary over there. He has been a big help. Had quite a bit of work done on the truck. While they were in there doing some upgrades they advised on some other maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Price was very fair, communication was top notch, the shop was awesome and the work was clean and exactly as requested. Probably the first shop that I cant wait to spend more money at. I took my 2002 LB7 Duramax in here for what I thought was a blown head gasket on my stock motor as I was losing coolant, I even asked if It was better to put a re-maned motor in instead of doing all this work. I was assured by the staff that this wasnt the case and all I needed was Fuel Injectors and a couple of thermostats... $7200 and a week later I get my truck back. I drive 200 miles down the road and my low coolant light comes on... I take it back into the strictly diesel who keeps it for a couple days tells me nothing is wrong, tops off the coolant and sends me down the road... 200 more miles down the road my coolant light comes on again. I take it back in... the service advisor tells me its all in my head and I shouldnt worry about such a trivial coolant loss and it was just a bubble in the coolant system... again they have my truck for a few days... I get it back... 150 miles down the road guess what? coolant light comes back on. By this time I am absolutely furious and write a horrible review online to get them to do something about my truck. They say they will take it if I take the review down... I do and they keep it for a few more days, tell me that they went in and resealed the injector cups, and that I probably have cracked heads and want $12,000 more to fix it or now I could put in a new motor. I asked about what would happen to the $7200 they recommended I throw into the other motor and they said they would credit me $1600 towards the new motor... WHAT? I could have bought a brand new motor and installed it for almost what they charged for the original service... The next morning, I go to start my truck to head to work and its hydrolocked. I have a different mechanic work on it because Strictly Diesel is absolutely inept and guess what it ends up being? head gaskets... what I originally told them to change but they told me it wasnt needed. This shop is an absolute nightmare to work with and I will never recommend them for anything as simple as an oil change. They really dropped the ball on my truck and then wouldnt own up to it. Gary, the owner just tries to fight you instead of owning the shops mistakes...I feel like they stole $7200 from me. WORST SHOP IN TOWN.RESPONSE TO STRICTLY DIESELS RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW SINCE GOOGLE WONT LET ME PLACE IT BELOW THEIRS.All of the work that they say they performed FREE OF CHARGE was supposed to be done as part of their so called 3 year 36,000 mile warranty as I was barely able to make it down the street from their shop without returning 4 SEPARATE TIMES. They have let everyone know that my truck is 17 years old with over 200,000 miles on it which is EXACTLY why it wound up in their shop. I asked if a brand new engine was a better option as the truck belonged to my now deceased father and has great sentimental value to me. They took it back into their shop for diagnostics and came back saying that a new engine for $11,000-$12,000 was NOT NECESSARY even though I was willing to pay that. They came up with a charge of $7200 to replace the injectors and thermostats and If i performed a transmission flush, I would have a truck that in their words would last another 200,000 miles with proper maintenance. I agreed and left thinking my truck was in good hands. Then the fiasco I outlined above ensued. After my final trip in they came up with an additional charge of over $12,000 to get my truck road worthy... so over $19,000 in total! I told them there was no way in hell that we were going to do that and I wanted credit for a new engine since they never fixed the problems and in fact made the cooling issue worse after telling me a new engine was NOT the better option. That is when they offered me a paltry $1600 towards the cost of a new engine. They could have sold me a new engine day 1, installed it, taken my old one, rebuilt it, and sold it to another customer at Im sure a handsome profit and everyone would have been happy. Instead they chose to take $7200, never fix my truck, argue with me for a month and a half, and then try and paint me as a bad customer

They could not diagnose an engine stumble that was occurring at idle as well as under power. First attempt was they thought it was a cam sensor going bad. When that did nothing, Brian and his tech wanted to start throwing parts at it blindly trying to fix it. He also suggested an oil change, a fuel treatment and other add-on sale items to help my truck. $6000 quote and Brian said he could fix my truck. I said pass and brought it back home to my home diesel mechanic who found 2 bad injectors and a bad sensor that these specialists could not find. $1200 and my truck runs great.

Excellent service and great communication about issues with my truck. Took my F350 7.3 diesel in to Strictly Diesel for a high-egt, low boost issue. They found the problem, reported the issue to me and fixed it promptly Great service, fair price and no surprises. Highly recommend them and Ill be a repeat customer.

I used to like going here and they did an ok service with the exception of the radiator flush which I had to top off significantly after the flush. No not the end of the world but not something I expected to have to do.

Ok i still dont think you get it buddy or you just dont want to.1. I did call twice with no real anserw that made sense.2 If a job calls for 8 hours and the tech is a banger gets it done in 4 hours does the customer me get the 4 hour discount? No i wouldnt.3. Its not parts labor and labor to make sure we did it right!.4. What i do also is i am a automotive consultant so i go into broken shops and fix them.5. Evaluate front shop people and process6.Evaluate back shop people and process7.Look at car count avg Ro and gp8. It has to be beneficial to you and the customer. So use this. You can skin a sheep once. But you can sheer it over and over again. If the customer leaves feeling skinned you will never see him or her again.9. If you would like me to come into your shop for a week to help you i would love to.10. This is the most important. Reviews.Just say sorry to thoes you need to and say thank you to the good ones.11. So if you want a shovel to keep digging deeper let me know.

I had Strictly Diesel install new Kore Racing springs on my truck. I noticed a few months later that They installed the driver side spring on the passenger side and vise versa. I went in to have it fixed and was asked, “do you still have your receipt?”, I said “no” and they said they couldn’t help me. I assumed my invoice must be in the computer? Nope, still couldn’t help me... I was shocked. Surely they have my info and service history, they send me junk mail all the time.A few extra hours of labor to fix an issue they caused would have saved them from me telling potential customers of my displeasure.Never again....
