I visited Pit Stop on the recommendation of a friend for the first time recently after getting a large dent in my passenger side door. Just like my friend told me they would be, they were incredibly honest, fair, reasonable on the cost and most importantly their work was incredible. You cannot even tell that there had been a dent. My brand new car still looks brand new and unscathed. I would highly recommend.

I was in a fender bender in my muscle car that didn’t seem that bad taking that my car is a tank, but when the mechanics at Pitstop took my rear bumper off they saw much bigger underlying issues. My rear sensors were gone I had some frame damage and several cosmetic issues on top of that several things needed to be replaced. But they took care of everything when other shops wouldn’t they were there. Which I am so grateful for because now my beautiful daughter can ride with her Daddy safety and I have a sound mind that every is done correctly and accurately! We have a Porsche Macan and a Cayenne.The Cayenne needed recent brakes and rotors.Vitaly and his team did a great job as usual, the 2011 Cayenne has been back for an igniter and a fuel tank removal within the past 36 months. Each time they are best. No nonsense just a quality repair and nice people.

I did not find these people to be professional. They dont actually time their own work. They have rates instead of hourly charges, though they say they charge by the hour. This is illegal. As a mechanic you are supposed to time your work, and honestly charge your customer for the time you worked. This is one of the problems with the auto industry. You are trusting people to time themselves with no oversight. Bad idea. They will claim to have taken the maximum amount of estimated time that a lay person might be able to look up online. Their staff are also very rude. If you want to be charged far more than the work takes to do be my guest. Sadly these folks are dishonest. Like most mechanics. I know cars, and every service I asked to have done I was given an estimate two to three times what it should cost in labor, as the amount of time they claimed the service would take was two to three times greater than it should take for a skilled mechanic. I would avoid this place. Their reviews are littered with paid for 5 star reviews which are easy to spot. Keep searching.

So I might be biased as Ive been in the auto industry for 20 yrs,and use to supply vitali with parts when I worked at bap imports.but that further supports the amount of professionalism,and quality, that pitstop performs.in the 7 years I supplied parts to numerous auto shops throughout the valley,I never once had a customer speak negatively about his business,the reviews speak for themselves.i am a full time mobile repair auto technician,but 1 week ago my majority of tools were stolen from my vehicle.so the first person I thought of when my mothers audi a7 needed service was pitstop. They definitely did not disappoint, and exceeded our expectations. Good work guys.

Good, honest mechanics are not a common occurrence, especially ones that arent absurdly expensive. Well...you found one. Pitstop is one of the best. ESPECIALLY if you have a Nissan, specifically a z32. They are one of the best Z shops in the country...they know them inside and out.Could not recommend Vitaly and the guys highly enough.

I advised im moving out of state and need my headlights changed before hand since my left one went out, they lasted 10 years so i bought the upgraded version since they last long.I was charged $120 just for installation, 2 weeks pass and my right headlight went out and you guys are closed on weekends? Im out of state now and no one answers my calls for a reimbursement or anything to help and now i have to go elsewhere to have their mistake fixed and paid for. I can see the bulb and its not broken or blown but i cant find the issue myself, thanks for not double checking your but its probably the usual mechanic bs bringing poor customers back to charge them for the same work. The only shop I trust with my wife Z and my Z. I am one of those needy people when it comes to my cars.I do my research and could do most of the work myself if I had the space and tools. The suggetions they make are exactly what I was thinking and planning on doing, in other words they are honest, and dont BS.They have done my performance clutch and flywheel, differential bushings, and all whiteline polyurethane bushings, they were able to fix an electrical issue due to a bad battery terminal that fried the engine harness.Ill be going back for future modifications and any repair work I cant do myself.The guys at Pitstop are not just great mechanics, they are great automobile experts!UPDATE - 1/8/2019Just picked up my car after having the pros at Pitstop install an aggressive LSD, Final Drive, and Bushings. The car handles like a dream and is tight. The LSD I ordered from the manufacturer did not come with necessary bearings or the shim kit. This is an essential part of the install that takes a lot of precision and multiple measurements to get it right.The guys at Pitstop called me every step of the way and explained the situation before ordering the necessary parts. Great service!Lastly when I went to pick up the car it was late at night and they were basically closing up shop. I had noticed a lack of feel in my steering column over the months, and forgot to ask them to inspect this while they had my car. So here we are late at night after close, and the owner is jacking up my car to address the issue immediately. He didnt have to do that and could have asked I come back. He fixed the problem, and I went home thrilled with my ride. Talk about great customer service and taking pride in your work.If you have any automotive needs, please support these guys. Top notch.

I have a 2013 Infiniti FX37. My radiator developed a leak and I took my car in for service. I have a third party warranty and the staff contacted the company, dealt with all their issues and got my service approved. The radiator was replaced and all is well. They go the extra mile for customer service.

I have never been to this location nor have I ever even heard of this company however right now I am in San Diego California they are located in Phoenix Arizona and I just got a debit that someone at this place try to use my debit card but they don’t know my pin so that’s really great to hear I’ve never been to this company and apparently they’re trying to use peoples credit card is the name and the company and the address is all on line so I can see exactly where the charge just attempted to come from so are you just to say I won’t ever be visiting this company I think that’s horrible that someone trying to use my debit card while I’m in San Diego and they are in Arizona

Wow! What a business and amazing owners! I have been coming to Pitstop Performance for the almost 7 years and have always been impressed with their service, helpful advice and amazing workmanship. I originally started coming here when I had a Nissan 300zx TT as they are THE shop in the USA for these cars. They helped modify and maintain my car like Ive never experienced. I continued bringing all my other cars here. They have done an especially amazing job on my SL55 AMG. We did a significant build to this cars engine. They have always been incredibly responsive to questions and helpful advice. Recently, my wife and I were on a trip back from Vegas and started experience car trouble. Even though it was after hours, Vitaly was willing to take multiple calls and texts to help diagnosis our issue and recommended to not push the car through the desert. Both him and all of his staff should be commended for their dedication to their craft. I look forward to continuing to taking my cars to him and his staff because I know I will be charged fairly and always have work I can trust!

If you own a Nissan Z car this is the place to get it serviced. The owner vitali and his brother doctor Z do amazing work for a reasonable price. The will install any performance part you bring in or they will order it for you. If you guys are not coming here for car work, than what are you doing? These guys are always on there stuff with quality work and fair prices I take my Z there all the time and always get taken care of.

I’ve never give a review this low but I don’t mind in this case. Several times these guys fixed issues with my car only to have the same issue occur again. But that’s not the worst part. It’s the fact the owner had a way of being passive aggressive and blaming me for issues. For example, he replace bushings on my car, one fell slipped out on the way home . I brought it back in and waited 6 hours for the repair . He could have told me 8n advance he wouldn’t get the part till hours later. The last time he fixed a radiator leak . I drove him and after just a few minutes away from the shop the thermostat light came on.I rushed home, When I checked the coolant level It was bone dry. I was so angry . I got the car to him and he said that he wrote on the receipt that I should check the fluid levels ?!He simply could have driven the car before giving it to me to add coolant. Please understand my coolant level wasn’t low, it was empty. This was the final straw.

Weve been here several times for tune-ups, estimates, and most recently getting our muffler repaired after getting rear-ended. Service was excellent every time and prices were reasonable. This last visit we had to deal with the headache of going through the other drivers super-slow insurance company but Vitaly was great about communicating with them and fixing our car in a timely manner. Honest, reliable, and great work. Wed recommend him to everyone.

Could not be happier. Had an issue with windows not functioning, but did not know if it was a regulator issue or switch. Went in, politely greeted, and dropped my car off and told them what was going on. They immediately started pulling in information from vendors and walking me through some of the possibly issues and the costs. By the time I left, maybe 20 min later, I had an idea of the worst case scenario for costs and part replacement.They had their technician come in that coming Monday(dropped off on Friday) and they called/texted me to let me know exactly what the issue they found was, and the new estimate for the costs. They were honest and straightforward and got the job done in prompt manner.Picked the car up the next day, and was walked through what they found and checked and anything else that may have come up. I highly appreciate the team over here, and will only be coming back to them with any future car problems.Hats off to you gents!
