I took my Jeep in today to have the alignment checked. Figured it was out of alignment due to some road wondering. They put it up on the rack and found the alignment was spot on. Could’ve easily let it sit there for 60 minutes making me think they were aligning, then charge me for the job. Instead, the friendly attendant told me, while he would’ve liked to charge for an alignment, there was nothing wrong and there would be no charge. It was a great experience to deal with such an honest business. Thanks

I thought I needed an alignment because my car pulled to the right. They discover that my wheel bearing was worn out. They replaced it for a fair price then checked my alignment. The alignment was perfect so no charge! The car drives straight as an arrow.

In my 11 years in Arizona I have owned a 2001 BMW 540i and now own a 1997 BMW 528i. I have been very fortunate to have had Network Alignment & Brakes work on both of them. They are thorough, super knowledgeable, and go beyond the call of duty with their work. They will address all your concerns in the utmost professional manner. A lot of shops charge exorbitant fees. This is not the case with Network Alignment & Brakes. Their pricing is competitive and within reason. Most importantly, they do great work. I encourage you to take your car to Network Alignment & Brakes because I am very confident they will not disappoint.

Great, honest shop. Brought my truck in for an alignment, turned out it was a tire rod. Not only did they not try and bs me with replacing it, they didnt charge me for the initial inspection. I will 1000% recommend and return there for any need.

Pretty good shop for an alignment. Had them replace a bearing that was making noise. Their techs actually cant diagnose issues with your vehicle unless the wheel is about to fall off so they came back and said it was fine. I had them replace it.. Bearing noise went away for a week and came back. Called back and was asked for a receipt number. Told them I didnt have it, in a calm manner. They started acting irritated and complaining that they arent as big as discount and just cant look up a vehicles, etc. I just hung up. Not worth my time. But they are a pretty good shop for alignments and such. Although I did send my friend with his Mercedes to them before. They went to test drive it and got in a wreck, lol. They did fix it as good as new though, and even fixed things that werent part of the wreck. Anyways, my 3 stars is mostly just because Im going to go pay a different mechanic to fix the same issue with my vehicle, and that any mechanic with a screwdriver up to their ear can diagnose a wheel bearing without needing the tire to be physically shaking off the vehicle. (Except these guys). That being said I went to the because their repair prices are more reasonable.

Took my classic Bronco in for an alignment. They checked my alignment (which was ok), inspected my brakes and my suspension. No charge...but had some recommendations for later on. Ill be back when I need work. I thought these guys were honest and thorough.

I will never go anywhere else for alignment needs. Theyre honest and if theres nothing wrong they tell you theres nothing wrong and it does not cost you a penny. If there is something wrong and you feel comfortable allowing them to do the work for you.

Brought a buddys truck in for an alignment after he went somewhere else and they didnt do it right. As soon as they looked at it they stopped due to it needing parts replaced that the other shop should have found as it was ball joints. No charge for the inspection and once parts are fixed I will be returning.

They do good, honest work and have never tried to add on new problems. I was bid $400 to align my truck by a competitor because of worn out bearings and bushings (even though I had my front end completely rebuilt less than 2 years ago) but Network did the job perfectly for $60 in no time at all.

I wanted to have these guys align my wheels after lowering my car. After lowering I had some negative camber and just wanted to get it in to see what adjustability if any there was. I was met with a heaping pile of laziness and a dash of passive aggressiveness. There are so many options for wheel alignments in the area so dont waste your time on network. Especially if you have a decent car.

This place did an amazing job sorting out my car! I have a vw gti that was having some really bad tire ware issues which they identified right away as alignment issues. Not only does the car track better it also is quieter and faster now that its not dragging its tires. The price was very reasonable and well worth the visit! Ill be sending my wifes 4runner and my old ford here again.

Called, wanting to get an alignment for my truck, the person I spoke to over the phone after given them full specifics on my truck, quoted me $59. Went to the actual store itself, was told $79. Get your people into a meeting and get your numbers right. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Do not recommend.

Called ahead of time to get information about getting alignment checked on my ford E450. Gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very welcoming and stated they were taking walk ins today or appointments for later in the week. Upon arrival Adam came into the office. I told him the issues my vehicle was having. He replied back to me in a condescending manner while asking me questions. I felt like I was being punished and he didnt want to work on my vehicle. Way different then the person that answered my questions over the phone. I didnt stay. Lots of alignment shops in Phoenix.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Had alignments and work done on my 2006 Armada and 4Runner. They’ve always done higher quality repairs and charge better prices than the competition in the area. Forget the big chain places that grossly overcharge you to pay for all their advertising and corporate execs salaries. This local independent shop will get it done right for less money.

I am an enthusiast with a unique build. I needed some very specific alignment specs dialed into my suspension. These guys knew exactly what I was talking about and did exactly what I aksed. They are also very reasonably priced.

Honest. I dropped my van off for an alignment as it shook terribly at 60mph. The checked the alignment and determined it was the tires. I tried to pay them for their time but would not accept. Its refreshing to find a company with string ethics and customer service.

I’ve used these guys for years and they are the absolute most honest and thorough shop I’ve ever had work on my vehicles. They don’t even charge you if your vehicle doesn’t need an alignment. Just ask around, anyone that’s used them never stops. I told my neighbors that I took my car in and they asked who I took it to...when I told them they even told me that’s who they use. They furthered by saying they won’t take their work trucks anywhere else. These guys’ reputation precedes them. Keep up the great work Network Alignment.Also, these guys often work on some awesome hot rods and classic cars which of you’re lucky like me I got to see an awesome Shelby Cobra pulling out of the bay. It was an awesome ending to yet another great experience with them.

Staff failed to actually reschedule my appointmemt after verifying over the phon with me they had the day before. Drive across town to make my appointment and instead I Got called a liar by management and blamed for their responsibilities. I had been using them for a couple years.. I will not be returning to this business for any reason. They dont offer any service that justifies that lack of customer service and disrespect experienced today.

Went for alignment on 28 Dec to Cavecreek location, since front tire worn unequally, they checked and mentioned NO alignment needed as they are excellent. They did not charge and suspect unequal wearing might be due to missing tire rotations, salute their honesty. Would recommend to all!!Not interested in free service so tipped 10$ for their time.

Extremely friendly staff. We came in thinking we needed an alignment fix. The staff came out and looked at our truck before pulling it in & determined it was a tire issue. Saving us unnecessary work. They suggested a few tire places to check out & thankfully one was able to help us out. Can’t beat customer service like that!

Good service there on top of there game

This is where I take all my vehicles for alignment. Its not convenient, rarely all that fast, but always delivers ride improvement and confidence. Their pricing is fair and they basically only do alignments so theyre all experts in this critical, oft overlooked, aspect of a smooth riding car.

So far best place for alignment and best price. Even though I had to go back like to weeks later because my car kept pulling just a bit to the right. But they fix right away no question ask. I think it still might need a little bit of a adjustment im not sure.

Came in for an alignment because no where else will do lifted trucks/SUVs. They got me in real quick and were done in less than an hour. Very nice and professional staff. They also warranty their work for 6 months too! Ill definitely be back for more work/maintenance. Highly recommend you drop by.

The tire shop said I needed my tires aligned and referred this shop. Network Alignment was very honest and said I didnt really need them aligned and explained why the tires were wearing the way they were. They easily could have charged me for an alignment that I didnt need. I value honesty and would say theyre very reputable.

I had new tires put on my truck a few thousand miles ago and wanted to make sure the alignment was still set. They were able to confirm it was still perfect from their previous alignment and didn’t even charge anything. Highly recommend!

Great place. I made an appointment and they had me in right on time. I took my truck in that I had just rebuilt the front end on. I did a basic alignment with a tape measure beforehand but I wanted to get it aligned afterwards. He put it on the his rack and said it was almost perfectly aligned but needed an idle arm. He didnt charge me since it didnt need to be aligned. Some shops could have went along and aligned it and charged me. They have done other vehicles of mine as well. I wont go anywhere else.

Adam and the team were awesome today. I took my 2016 Mercedes C450 AMG in for an alignment -- the previous tires showed signs of uneven wear and another shop recommended an alignment. Turns out the car didnt need an alignment. Instead of doing one anyway, Adam let me know my current alignment was just fine, and sent me on my way without any bill. Its good honest service like that which makes these guys so great (+ the top notch work).I took my first ever car to them back in highschool and havent looked back. Best alignment shop around and Ill continue to drive to them from Arcadia because theyre the best. Thanks again Adam!
