There was one guy working the night I went to get tires was pretty much a one man show from what I seen and I was seriously impressed! There were several people ahead of me, I wanna say at least 3 or 4 and the total amount of time I spent there was still under an hour! I got two very nice used tires for $80 out the door! With fast and efficient service. I wish I could give him specifically a shout out because he definitely deserves it, I just forgot what it was. Thanks again though, Ill be back for sure!

Normally I’ve had great experiences. Sometimes they’ll get some new hires that lack customer service skills or the simple ability to multitask. But that is on a rare occasion. If it’s a younger crew working, make sure you track them down and continue to remind them that you are waiting. Otherwise they’ll pass you over and move on to cars that were 2-3 spots behind you in line.

Horrible customer service. They did not tighten them lugnets on a tire I had a patch done on and it only took him 7 mins. One would be happy with such a shirt wait time. NOT when it comes to fixing tires or my families safety! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I had to take my daughters tire to get patched and i was expecting to have to pay 20 or 30 bucks but these guys charged a lot less than that and quick work too.

I needed air in all my tires and was late for work, they took care of me cry quick and I made it to work just in time. I am grateful for for their quick service.

Fast and fair priced... This place has better mechanics and saves me time and money compared to the big brand name shop discounts that I get offered from the food delivery service that I work for. I wont go to anyone else! Plus they refer to mechanics things they cant do at this location. Everyone is helpful, precise, and honest!!!

Ran over a screw on the freeway at 10 PM friday night. . Got a used tire to get home. Safely for a good price. Theses guys are fast and they even put air in my spare tire and placed it back. Fast and friendly. 24 hr service!! Only one in the area.

Had been here once before with decent service when not many customers in line. This time around I waited 30 minutes for NO SERVICE and 2 cars to skip me in line. Maybe this will happen to you too if they feel your needs are not worth their time when they have plenty of other customers to choose from. Communication with the customer is key 😉. Im just 1 customer but I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

This is my favorite tire shop in the valley. My tire blow out at the airport and I was able to go call them around 8pm and they answered quicker. I told them the tire I needed and they had it there ready. When I arrived and paid it was replaced in 20 mins. Theyre a 24/7 tire Shop located the corner of 67th Ave & Mcdowell Rd in PHX. I highly recommend this shop for fast, simple service. They are the best for real.

The service here is horrible. Not only did they break my tire pull stud, they also lost my tire lock.They never found it and they do not want to be responsible for it. I would not recommend this tire shop. I will not be going there for services again!

Well for starters i was coming from california and my trailers tire had popped. i call the guy working there and say hey man i’m 100 miles away i’ll be there in like 1-2 hrs . we show up and mind you it’s 11.pm and on their website they say they close at 12.am but no they’re gone. i don’t recommend but that’s just from personal experience.

Best tire shop in the valley! I came all the way from Surprise because no one does it better and no one beats their prices!

Paid $125 for wheel alignment and there was no difference in the alignment. I left with the same results, and even gave the guy a tip! The guy started getting mouthy and loud when I questioned his work, thats not professional to me. I will never go back for 20 more dollars I could have got it done at the dealership.

Super fast Service, And knowledgeable! My husband and I agreed to only have 3 of my tires changed but I told him before we went that we should get 4 because they were all bad 3 more so, but when we got there he 3. The guy told him that is best to get 4 because they will all be the same hight of tread and the car will drive smother which is better for the car. I just laughed.

Id give negative stars if I could... Im never coming here again. They always pick and choose who theyre going to help 1st. This dude just looked right through me even though Ive been standing right by the door to keep my place in line. Never said ONE word to me but has walked past me at least 7 times. Another car pulls up the lady walks up like she doesnt see anyone else standing here, he walks out and acknowledges her, asks her what car shes in? And tells her hes the only one here. She says she just needs air and he says ok, to go help her first. He doesnt even know what I need, or the other guy standing here. Not to mention its 50° out here right now.

Pretty nice place, went to get my 4 TIRES mounted and balanced on my car, and the guy in charge gave me a great deal, pretty easy to talk to and great service, would be coming back in the future.

I was told by one of the workers that I will be charged $40 for used tire and $5 to balance the tire. I left to go get the money and when I came back that guy was gone. So the other guy said it would be $15 to balance each tire. And when I said never mind he just started laughing.

Slowest tire shop Ive ever been to, pulled up and was told to park in a bay as soon as another car leaves and they would get right to me, i did that and about 2 other cars pulled in, they proceeded to service the ones that barely pulled in. Waited about 40 minutes and still nothing.

I always come here when I have any problems with my tires.. they’re always nice and fast.. the other day I stopped by to replace a tire and they told me they will look at it and see if it needs to be replaced or just patched up.. turned out that I just needed air, more than what I was adding myself.. so basically they were honest and didn’t try to rip me off by selling me a new tire like most other places would.. this shop is definitely my go to..

All around excellent!!! First all Walmart would not replace tire because of custom rim. It was 7pm Saturday and everything is closed. I had my car towed to Lopez Tire and they had new $90 or used $45 Out the door!!! No funny business. In and or in less than 30 minutes. Open until midnight!!

Really fast service. I went in to replace some tires on our Mazda 6. 2 for 55$ each, used. Not the cheapest place, but the quality is always consistent and the service is always good and fast. Tires were replaced within 15mins and I was back out on the road. We will be coming back again for our other car.

Very friendly and the speak the truth they dont try and get you to have them do things to your car that you dont need to and they are very affordable for a single woman that dont know to much about cars i felt secure in knowing they do not take advantage. And its fast in and out service i will keep taking my cars to them.

We had a tire blow out in Van Horn, Texas at 6pm an no place from there to Phoenix,Arizona were able to help us. We had to use our spare tire for over 550+ miles. They were able to help us at 6am!! An they were amazing!! We travel threw here a lot so if we ever need my tires fixed in Phoenix Arizona will definitely be going back.

Lopez tire shop is one of those gems that you find the place is open later than any other tire shop and they do great work and the employees are friendly as can be I highly recommend them they do great work for a reasonable price

Update 9/16/2018: brought my other car for oil and filter change, and tire rotation and pressure check. Found a nail on one of the tires, had it patched. All work done very quickly within 1 hour. Saved a lot of time compared to branded service which requires appointment and very often, the need to leave the car at least 4 hours for such maintenance.You can watch how they work on your vehicle. Quick, well done and reasonable price.

They stole my caps from the air nozzle, my car is brand new, I realized it when I went to another tire shop. They also knew they stole it, because they replaced it with a black plastic nozzle. I hope everyone thats Africa American take their business to more legit shop. Not petty theives.

Purchased tire in March, its now June and the tire started losing air. Went in to have inspected incase another screw, turns out was plugged and patched on outer edge of tread(very unsafe, trash tire), charged me $41 for the tire in March, found out about the trash they sold me then today and was told sorry used tire NO WARRANTY and charged me $10 more to fix enough to hold air so I could leave to get new one.Bottom line THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR SAFTY. WORTHLESS, STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.Need to have - stars

The staff is super friendly, and honest. The service is fast and affordable. They do accept cards but its and extra $1 charge which is not bad considering how fast and affordable it all is.

I wish I could leave 100 stars. Jesus Vasquez is a true asset to this business. He was honest and very friendly. My wife and I had a blowout at midnight on a Saturday night. We had left a costume party and were not very familiar with this part of phx. I googled 24 hour tire shop near me. Jesus checked his inventory and said come on over. It could not have been easier. We made it back to the far East Valley with a good deal on a tire as well as a future tire vendor. It is nice to see someone who enjoys their job as well as a nice clean facility. We will be back.

One of the worst experiences ever. I went because I thought I had brake problems so I bought brakes on Amazon and took them to this shop to be put on. I spent 1.5 hours waiting for parts. I told them 3 times that I brought my own parts they quoted me $150 they for everything. They didnt listen to me and ordered brake parts anyways. Then told me it was my wheel bearing i agreed for them to fix it telling them I was pretty broke and they quoted me around $290 for it. While I was waiting the accused an African American man of trying to drive away without paying when he went in for an alignment but they refused to do so unless he agreed to a tire change which he agreed to they had asked him to move his vehicle and when he did so they all jumped on him as if he was not going to pay when he never even got the alignment done. So after spending 3 hours at this place to find out the mechanic wouldnt be able to work on my car until 6-7pm which I understood they call me @ 3:30pm to tell me they cant work on my car due to liability since I needed my brakes and rotors done. So they wasted my whole day and they are very racist so I wouldnt recommend them.
