Love this place, the gentleman that helped us was so knowledgeable and listened to what my son needed. The employee had us out the door in about 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing. If you need tires go here. They service the Sheriffs office and city of Phoenix.Usually any tire shop has to order our tires, they had all tires. I couldnt believe it. They also have a great roadside assistants policy. I never knew they were even there.

Quick service! Little Randy (MGR) was awesome and they had the 14ply tire I needed for my trailer. They assist up up to semi trucks, maybe more. But, they did keep ALL my aluminum valve caps(8), so you may want to make sure you get those back.

This has to be one of the best for vehicle service. The team is always welcoming and professional. The facility is super cleanBest of all they are are honest! This shop has always performed excellent service and is very accommodating. Had an engine noise that two other shops could not diagnose. This shop found and fixed it at a fair and reasonable rate. One shop told me me engine was shot and needed replacing.

About a month ago my car started giving me issues when trying to start it. I had a fairly new battery but took it to a shop around the corner to see what might be going on. The battery was good but they informed me that it was an alternator and it would cost about $500 to get it fixed. Because I’ve had multiple negative experiences where shops have either overcharged me or suggested unnecessary repairs I decided to take the car straight to Howard at Community Tire Pros. The owners Howard & Pat are dear friends who I know operate with integrity! I knew they would not take it advantage of me as a single mom because the donate thousands of dollars worth of repairs every year to the moms in a Helping Hands for Single Moms program.I drove my car there and then they gave me a ride home and even picked me up when it was done. Not only did I not need an alternator, but the issue was a short that would have continued to be an issue even with a new alternator if it was not repaired. Community Tire Pros saves me a necessary repairs and a $500+ bill.If you’re looking to support small local businesses who support our community and need an honest machining with fair prices Community Tires won’t let you down. I have since brought in two friends there. One of which is car was fixed for under $200 within a couple hours. With my other friend they were completely honest and told her that the cars repairs would cost more than it was worth saving her from a bad investment.

I was recommend this place my retired mechanic. This place is great! Diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem then I was off. Even bought to new tires all this for under $180.00. Love this place.

When I need my vehicles repaired the first place I go is to Community Tires.

Good place for repairs. Had my emission problems fixed here. They did a great job on the repairs. Like a lot of places the labor cost is expensive. The office people were very good at giving estimates and will communicate with you through e-mails to help you anyway they can.

I was fortunate enough to get a flat very close to this shop, it was the only place in the area that had tires for my car in stock. They also had a really nice waiting area with chargers for my phone. The people there were the best! Super friendly and I didn’t wait that long at all they got my tire changed within an hour. Emily is the absolute best!

I had a great experience at Community Tire Pros. I had a flat tire and Randy was able to fit me in the day I called even though they were very busy. When you walk in, its clean and comfortable. I noticed the bathrooms were so clean and you can tell this place really caters to their customers on every level. I thought for sure I would need a new tire, but my tire could be fixed with a patch. They even explained to me the proper way to patch a tire to ensure safety. Im now a regular and have both of my vehicles serviced here. This is an automotive shop you can trust!

I was staying down the street at a hotel really really short on cash. Woke up with a flat tire. This place was the closet so I drive over. The older guy at the counter said they would take a look. 20 minutes later my car rolls around the front. He handed me the keys and said have a good day. I asked how much I owed and he said nothing. We just patched a nail. Have a great day. Well, being completely broke and almost living out of my car, I was so grateful and appreciative of the kindness they gave me in a trying time in my life. I use Community Tire for my personal and business vehicles. Theyre honest about the work that needs to be done and have good prices. One of the challenges for my business vehicles is to get in and out as quickly as possible. By calling ahead they have always accommodated our schedule. Highly recommended.

Good tires at a decent price. But they put the lug nuts on so tight I snapped my tire iron trying to put my spare on. Had to get a tow truck because they were on WAY too tight. Had my mechanic try to take them off and he snapped the head off his pneumatic driver trying to get them off. We had to soak the lug nuts in penetrating fluid, let it sit for a day, then torch them before they came off. Some were easier than others, but every single wheel had at least 2 that were extremely difficult to get off. Ive gotten tires here 3 times now and this is the only problem Ive had. But I wont be returning. The cost from the tow and the mechanic cost nearly as much as my tires did.

Great service, always able to help with whatever ithe issue is with my car, from flat tire, oil change or broken sensor. These guys are professional, polite, great customer service & never any issues after they do a service. I quit going to the last shop closest to my home because they had lacked in customer service skills & did shotty work. They always tried to upsell services & found other expensive problems with my car. I never trusted them. Community tires has been honest & awesome to work with.

Take company vehicles here. They cant seem to get my a/c right. Have taken it back several times. Still does not blow cold. The other vehicle the traction stabilizer light keeps coming on. This happened after community tire pro serviced all four breaks. Think they must be related to someone in the company.

From the outside it looks dirty and bit sketchy but inside is beautiful and welcoming. Unfortunately sitting and waiting for a hour was unpleasant. After the 1st 20 mins I checked to see progress and they completed my tire roatation free, then at 40 mins the oil technician was supposedly checking my vehicle, then finally after waiting for a hour I offered to pay for the rotation and forget the oil change and the woman went to check on the vehicle and to both our surprise it was done, they pulled it out and I paid. Being the only customer at the time and seeing mechanics sitting in the shop on their phones left me with a unsatisfied feeling.

Went to pick up a tire the rep said he had in stock. We also reserved it and so i drove all the way from Peoria to pick up tire and after waiting 25 mins rep informs me they sold it. Seemed more like he didn’t want to sell it to me because of the price that was originally quoted to me even though he offered to price match. Terrible experience will never attempt to bring my business here again.

We had our A/C serviced there today, and were very pleased. We have a commericial truck, and they got us right in. Art was very informative and he got us right out and back on the road. I would be glad to return and inform our other truck friends.

I took my truck to Community Tire Pros after a check engine light had come on. I also asked for an estimate for new tires. He told me that they would replace the tire that I had for a spare with one of the tires that I was replacing being that it was not in that bad of shape. The person who helped me, whos name I would not like to expose at this time, gave me a complete overview of the component that was supposed to be causing the check engine light to come on. I was on my way to work so he told me to leave the truck for the day. He gave me a call sometime there shortly after. He told me that he had found no problem with the transmission switch which was the original problem but that he could replace the Power Control Module (PCM), and that there was also a problem with one side upper control arm. He said that he could do the whole job including the tires for what seemed to be a reasonable price. After I had returned from a family vacation, I brought the truck back in to have the tires rotated. Not to long there after I began to hear a really loud popping noise coming from that same side front wheel. I took it in to the shop again being that it was under warranty. I had brought a friend with me to wait. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the wheel, that it was a problem with the brakes. I did my brakes my self and they did not seem to be in that bad of shape. I took it back for a third time. This time I was rushed out the door after close to two hours of waiting. The popping sound got louder and I was no longer able to put my truck back in to four wheel drive. Recently I had a tire blow out and I went to replace it with the spare that person had mentioned and I was reluctant to find an old warn out Firestone Wilderness series tire instead of the tire that I was told would be in its place.

I own a local repair shop in Phoneix, recently we brought an F250 in to do an alignment and have a tire pressure sensor replaced. These guys were able to do the sensor no problem but they called back after they tried to do an alignment on the truck and said that our customers vehicle had excessive play in the steering components. After talking with my customer and explaining the situation I called community tire back and Randy, the Manager, answered the phone. I asked if they could do the alignment regardless of the play in the ball joints. He was very rude to me and told me they could not do the alignment do to their warranty after chuckling to himself under his breathe. I brought the truck back to my shop and checked all of the steering components myself and found Zero play in the ball joints which is exactly why they said they couldnt do the job. I will never brng another vehicle from any of my customers to them again and recommend that everyone steer clear. Btw, Anthony was a nice guy. Randy... Not so much!

Honest place to take your car for service

Took my vehicle in for what I thought was a starter issue. The technician couldn’t find the issue. He suggested that I return when the issue returns Instead of installing and charging me for the starter that I didn’t need. They are very professional and ethical.
