These guys are seriously awesome! It’s nice to know that I have a good place to go if I need to! I was waiting on a part for weeks (not because of them, because of back order issues) and they were so helpful and kind and understanding!!

I am always treated like Im their #1 customer, even for something as simple as windshield wipers. They are always kind, patient and above all, fair and honest. I highly recommend bringing all of your automotive needs to their shop.

Friday before heading to the Diamondbacks vs Dodgers game my neighbor knocked on my door to tell me my front tire is flat.I looked at it, hooked up a tiny inflatable pump to it and could only get 25 lbs in it, I called Firestone Complete Car care center up the road, spoke to Jordan and he said come in right away.I pulled in, bit worried since their parking lot was Full and I could see the 6 bays were as well, began to think This might take all day and there goes the game.Jordan and another gentleman were behind the counter big smile and friendly greeting. Got some info from me, took my keys and said they’d be with me soon.15 minutes later he said they were all done and truck was ready. My bill was $18 !Man, that is quick awesome service at an amazing price!I’d use these guys again and recommend them to anyone for service.Daughter turning 16 and about to get her a used car, bringing it to Jordan here for inspection, they do tires, brakes, AC systems, alignment you name it!

They are great to go to.went in for an oil change and did a complimentary car inspection. This can prevent future problems in advance so they dont get worse and/or just plain peace of mind that my car is running smoothly. Amazing customer service and extraordinary willingness to go the extra mile. I had an emergency situation on Memorial Day weekend and they fixed my car before 1pm on Saturday. Impeccable customer service and they really cared that I need my car for work once the weekend is over. This is a small business owned and staffed with upstanding folks who dont try to wring extra money out of their customers. I would recommend this company to Saint Peter of the Pearly Gates himself.

I came to Phoenix to move my daughter back to North Carolina and was on a time crunch. I accidentally hit a curb too fast and bent my control arm of my car on the passenger side. I was desperate because I had done the damage after 5pm on Friday. Saturday morning I got up and started calling around to places and got in touch with Central car care and they were amazing. They immediately found the parts that were needed and were waiting on the tow truck too get there to start the work! My car was ready in record time! They not only worked a miracle but the service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient. Thank you so very much for your hard work. I would have been lost without all of you! They also made sure that the correct repair was done and not something I didnt need.

I felt I wasnt told the truth about the car,I mean I asked the guy if when the car was finished would pass emissions he said yes and the engine light is still on so with that said I think if he would told me that the car still might need work after it was serviced I would have felt better.

All of the gentlemen were very nice, and very professional. I took my car in lights were coming on, they said that I needed a new hybrid battery. I am impressed how hands on the owners are. I was blown away when they were willing to call me to check on my car and to go to many lengths to resolve my issue.

Let me start by saying I know nothing about cars. I was hearing a squealing noise coming from my rear tires and called to see if CCC could squeeze me in to diagnose the problem since the Dealer could not get me in until the end of the month. They were able to fix my car (full brake job) the following day and at a price better than the dealer! I cannot tell you how professional the staff is and how capable the mechanics are. These guys know their stuff and they are a top notch family business. I will never get my vehicle serviced at the dealer again. Support Local!!!

I take all of my vehicles here and trust them to identify and correct any issue beyond regular maintenance items. If it can wait, theyll let you know too.There are usually some really cool project cars to see if youre into that.

I called as a new customer during an emergency and they were very accommodating of my issue. They were fast and polite with servicing my issue.

I scheduled an oil change ahead of time and it took them two hours to do it. It made me late to other appointments for the day which caused me to lose business. They also charged me an additional $10 dollars to look over the vehicle when I stated I wanted an oil change only prior to handing over the keys. The two star rating, instead of one star, is for information regarding the condition of my serpentine belt. Will not come here again.

When my tire problem light appeared on my dashboard I stopped at the nearest facility immediately. My problem was diagnosed as a flat tire due to a puncture. The solution was the purchase and installation of a new tire. I was quoted $170.00 for the repair.Because that sounded rather high to me I asked for the puncture to be repaired. It was and I was on my way to Central Care Care where I was quoted $110. Plus tax for tire, installation, and balance. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and honesty of Paul, David and their team. Thank you all for a job well done.

We recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and after a few months the check engine light would intermittently come on. Diagnosed and replaced transmission fluid temperature sensor. I had asked David if he could have the technician also inspect around the steering and axles that were noisy/vibrating. They found that an earlier axle replacement had not been fully inserted into the transmission. They inspected and reinstalled it correctly. The car now is noise and vibration free. Transmission shifts perfectly. Once again, great thorough quality service.

CCC check my oil and my air conditioner in my Buick Enclave 2008. So they said I needed a new AC Compressor Which cost $1400. I took it AAMCO and they recharged my air compressor $400. CCC said I needed a new oil Gasket I think and the cost $4000 but I will go back to AAMCO for that. CCC neglected to tell me that my Suv cant perform well on 2 quarts of oil. AMMCO got My vehicle running like its brand new. CCC were Highly Recommended to me. CCC are very friendly and maybe well experience but may not be the auto repair shop for me.

I originally called because I thought my water pump on my Jeep was going out, typical coolant dripping from pump area.They insisted on a doing a diagnosis to check the coolant system before changing pump. Turned out it was just the thermostat housing! I know quite a few shops would have just changed the water pump, then looked for other things!They saved me quite a bit of money, were great to deal with, and well worth the money!!

This is my first time using this business. I made an appointment online with ease was able to find the time and date I needed. Was greeted by a friendly staff. Went in for an oil change and AC service. They were very upfront on my car and pricing. Hope to take my car back for future service with similar results.

I had an A/C issue that needed immediate fixing on a Saturday. I brought it in at 2pm (two hours until closing) for same-day service, and I received a call at 4:45 that It was ready for pick up.Not only was it fixed quickly, but the team there spent extra time past closing to help me out. I was very impressed with the customer service at Central Car Care. I needed a tire at a great price i found it here. I was in & out of there quick. Their customer waiting area is tucked away behind a display of rims. It has theatre type seating and kept very nice and tidy. There are two large live fish tanks coming out of the walls on either side of the large flat screen tv, about 100 misc magazines laid in perfect order. Thank you Central Car Care and thank you Paul. If I could give more stars I would.

Service advice was excellent, had the fuel system cleaned and the coolant flushed. Although I didnt witness any of the work, I trust it was completed. Work was completed as estimated and waiting room was nice. Also good food was within walking distance.

Outstanding service and excellent workmanship. I have used CCC several times and have never been unsatisfied with the experience or results.

Had an absolutely terrible alignment issue that no one really knew the issue or how to fix (Nissan Frontier). Some mechanics even told me that I had a bent frame and it’d cost $3,000 to fix. Brought it in to David Mora by recommendation and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about cars and honest. Saved me a couple grand just by doing his job honest and right. Thanks guys.

The entire Mora family is very helpful from the moment you walk in the door. You are treated with respect and they are very transparent with the work that needs to be done in your truck or car. Where do I start....so last Saturday May 30th my car seemed like it exploded. Liquid was just coming out from under my hood like a water fountain. Thankfully I broke down about a half a mile from this shop. I had it towed and it was towards the end of day for their shop since it was Saturday. David immediately called me upon receiving it and provided me with a time frame as to when it was going to be looked at. It was a blessing in disguise. David is absolutely amazing to work with kept me posted daily on what was going on with my car which mind you is a 2007 Jeep Commander with about 200,000 miles on it. I was worried that the engine was shot and the mechanic went above and beyond to make sure that wasn’t the case. Even keeping it two extra days to drive it and put miles on it to ensure the quality of their work, instead of just handing it back to me; making sure it was 100% safe to drive. This was extremely important to me because I’m a single mom with 2 kids under the age of 8 and breaking down with them in Arizona heat is not ideal. I felt the pricing was extremely fair, and reasonable. I will going forward be doing all future work with this shop. My car drives like its brand new and it’s a 13 year old car. I’m extremely grateful David and his team. He listened to my thoughts and concerns because of previous horrible experience with Midas. He also cared about my kids and I’s safety by actually driving it himself for 2 days. It is high quality work, and I’m extremely happy. I’ve never been more grateful that my car broke down.

These guys help me get my car fixed. Even when I wanted to bring my own part they were willing to put it on for me. They were very professional and understanding.I couldnt really afford to spend thousands of dollars fixing my car but they help me figure out exactly what was wrong with my car before I wasted a bunch of money fixing something that wasnt broke and on top looking and determining the problem in my car for free they waited for my permission to fix anything unlike some places that fix everything and then you have to pay an arm and a leg to get your car back these guys were amazing.
