This place is absolutely the best place I have taken my car to be serviced at. The offices was very clean despite the fact that most of the employees were covered in grease :). The service was done in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable cost. I will 100% bring my car back to them for repairs and service.

Their service was good. That same night on the same 2 tires I had purchased, the hub caps popped off and my tire caps were not put back on either. Not even a week after I got the tires, one of them basically expanded n blew WHILE parked! Im pretty sure they over filled the air. Putting them at 40 and I told them I always put them at 33-35, as per manufacturer. So I had to get another tire at a 24 hr tire shop at 3:30 a.m. do I get my money back, $50 bucks, nope. As per store policy no cash refunds only credit! Why would I want to get another tire there after the ones I just got were faulty?? They wouldnt even replace my hub caps. I even brought them their tire back and too. Im annoyed.

Five stars honestly seems like an understatement. The quality of customer service has, in my opinion, gone down the drain exponentially since the start of the Covid pandemic. Fortunately, this is not the case at Buy Right. So one day here recently, I was having one of those days where quite literally, absolutely nothing was going right. This resulted in me paying this establishment a visit close enough to closing where I was truly ashamed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt, Gabe and Bobby. Normally, I would have waited until the next day but unfortunately, I was in quite a bind and needed my tire repaired ASAP so that I could let my son use my car. My intent was to visit them way earlier in the day, unfortunately when I went to leave my house my battery was dead and things only got better from there.When I walked in, I was greeted by Gabe, with a smile and I explained my situation, apologizing profusely. He referred me back to the shop area and told me to speak with Bobby, and that he would call over and let him know what was going on and assured me that it wasn’t a problem. I went around to the shop area where not long after, I was greeted by Bobby (again with a smile) saying he’d be with me in just a moment. I waited (a very short time) for Bobby and when he returned to assist me (still smiling) I explained what I needed apologizing again to which he assured me it really wasn’t a problem and they would have me right as rain in no time at all.After he was done he brought me a slip so I could go back to the front and pay. I walked in and for the third time, I was greeted with a smile. This was appreciated on many levels considering the day I had been having and I was never once treated as though I was inconveniencing anyone. The last person I dealt with was Matt, and he was just as amazing as the other two. The customer service I received was amazing and I will never spend another dime on tires anywhere but here. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the service you receive is better than I have received in a very long time.Thank you guys for making my day and getting me taken care of! You’re the best!

If youre a female and you come here for a service, they of course will ask for your information (name, number etc) However the guy named GABE GONZALEZ will take your information to look you up online to stalk your instagram. Not very professional and super creepy.I came here last week after getting my check engine light checked at autozone. With the receipt they gave me stating what i needed done I headed to this auto shop. I told Gabe Gonzalez i needed my EGR valve and knock sensors replaced for my engine light. And while they were at it they could give me a wheel alignment and replace my wheel studs as well. He did some typing on the computer to print up a paper with a quote for what i wanted done. Let me put emphasis on why he gave me this paper (which will be uploaded with this review) IT WAS TO GET A ***QUOTE**** FOR THE SERVICE I WAS ASKING FOR. A LITERAL NOTE WITH PRICES FOR PARTS AND LABOR. The paper on the top right corner LITERALLY says Estimate for services Which he included some other parts, a Barometric pressure sensor Connector and Plenum gaskets. I was told I needed to get that fixed in order to completely fix the EGR valve or something. Fine. With my receipt from autozone still in hand i mentioned the price there for EGR valve and knock sensors were almost half the price. He then told me you can go and get those parts there and bring them back here and well work on the car so thats exactly what I did. I went tk autozone to get THOSE PARTS the EGR valve and knock sensors. THATS what autozone told me I needed and THATS what i was going up there for.I came back this morning with those parts he asked me where the other parts where. Uhh what other parts? He said he specifically told me to buy a harness. I gave him the paper and asked him where it says harness on there. He looked at the paper and said oh looks like it wasnt...oh wait, this is it. The Barometric pressure sensor connector. How tf was i supposed to know thats a harness Gabe? 😂 then I told him Well i got these parts i said i would get from autozone, i said nothing about getting those other parts from there, i was just gonna buy the rest from your shop. He got such an attitude with me and asked me why i would buy parts at 2 different shops and not all at once. He said he specifically told me to buy all the parts and supposedly THATS why he gave me the paper. To buy all my own parts, not to give me a quote for the service.When I said maybe you were too busy looking at my instagram and forgot to tell me his response was I looked at your IG because i thought u was some girl i knew named Mikaela. My name is Malikah. Gabe, i know u feel stupid, lol which im assuming is why you tried to make me feel stupid in return. (Fragile egos, so sad) regardless of *who you thought i was* which I know was a lie, that doesnt mean you just start searching people on the internet. A simple hey dont I know you? Would have done just fine. Fool.Anyway, dont waste your time here. Especially if youre a lady. At least have your brother, uncle, father, some male figure go up there for you. Because the mechanics will be so busy stalking u online rather than doing what they need to do and try to make you feel like you did something wrong.

We got our Honda Pilots struts and shocks fixed at Buy Rite Tires. The turn around was quick and the work was excellent, all at a fair price. My wife and I highly recommend them.

People are curtious and friendly. They explained what needs to be done to my car AC and its fixed and blows cold. Also had my front end alignment and very satisfied with the service.

Took my tuck here this morning at 9 am an called at 530 pm to call an see what was done an going on with it cause i was told to pick it back up today an they would call an keep me updated an didn’t hear nothing. An when I called they told me it wouldn’t be done and that I had to get it in morning an how would I pick it up cause you need 2 people an said that he also had ran into problems an when I asked what problems he won’t say what they were an then told me to come an pick up my truck cause they weren’t doing it an said they would put old parts back on and had to be there in 15 minutes before they close. But they didn’t keep their word that they were gonna get it done.

I am so impressed with the staff at Buy Rite Tires. Marty at the front counter is such a joy to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed for my car and at a very good price. It is now a month later and the tires are fantastic. I am so impressed with their operation, that I will be coming back again for sure, and bringing my friends and family with me. If you need a cheap used tire that looks like new, come see Marty. Ask him to show you all the tires in that size and he will help you pick the best one.

What an amazing experience!! These guys are BUSY, NICE, and VERY fair priced. I was so impressed with my service that I had to review this service. Very rare these days to find an honest and true stand up ethic throughout an entire company. Will definitely use them again.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional staff! I waited a hour and a half to get an alignment after calling in advance. About an hour and some change of waiting for them to complete my car I noticed it was no longer on lift so went to go check on it.I was very disappointed to see my $80K car being recklessly driven threw dirt with huge dips in the ground, espcially when there was a useable paved road 5 ft away from where the staff went off roading in my car.This is is espcially disappointing since I just paid for an alignment which is a result of your suspension being impacted from dips in the road.. Then the mechanic driving tried to leave my car with the windows completely down.. (Again this is an $80K car in the middle of South Phx, anyone with common sense knows not to do that) and then the mechanic had the audacity to argue with me when I ask for my keys to roll up the windows. I told him if its a problem you roll my windows up im not going to have my belongings snatched for your carelessness..Told the front desk about what I witnessed I was basically told well its done now and over with. I then replied sayint thankfully because id youre okay with staff treating cars like that I dont want to have you work on my car again..(Assuming the worse was over, but it wasnt)Once I got back in my car I see the mechanic left my car ignition on but not ignited.. (More careless behavior, but I tried to ignore this thinking I was done dealing with this horrible establishment..) I also noticed my car was driven 3mi so I assume that means they did more than just test the car to see if the steering pulled. Well immediately once I got my car on the road I noticed the steering was pulling strongly to the left. (Exactly why I brought the car in to begin with) so I called back to shop about 5 minutes after leaving and testing the steering pull.. I spoke with Gary who tried to assure me that this was a result to needing new front tires. I told him I am getting tires tomorrow but this is a complete pull to the left and definitely not just from uneven worn tires he said it is and if it is still pulling after I get my tires the next day come back and theyll take care of it..Well I got my tires put on and to no surprise the steering still was pulling to the left. So after speaking with a staff member on the phone and informing him of the problem I was told come down and theyll take care of it. I drove 15mi back to shop from Scottsdale and was told that the mechanics show the correct numbers and refuse to work on my car again.. (In my mind im thinking perfect, because I really didnt trust such a tacky and careless shop to work on my car again..) So I drove all the way back to shop at 8AM to get a refund. I am now at Midas where I got a Groupon for a cheaper alignment and they drove car and confirmed it pulls to left in the parking lot..Dont trust this establishment, espcially if you have a higher end vehicle or care about your car. You will regret wasting your time and money!!!

This company has a request for quote inquiry on their website. Unfortunately, after submitting the request for tire prices, I never received a response after waiting 3 days. If youre going to have this request on your website, why dont you respond? Will never buy from, or recommend this company to anyone.

Please ! please ! please ! Stay away from this place there are to many reputable shops in South Phoenix to get auto repairs than this place ! I took my daughters Hyundi there for AC check up . After they checked it out they informed us that I needed an AC compressor and charged us $25.00 for the diagnosis and it would cost over $1,200.00 to repair it . I took my daughters car to AG Auto 1815 west Broadway for a second opinion they informed us that there was nothing wrong with our compressor it was a hose and a valve . The repairs came to less than half of the Buy Rite quote . I went back to Buy Rite explained to Gabriel at the front desk I want a refund for a wrongful diagnostics and he to my surprise reluctantly refunded me the $25.00 and had the ordesidy to ban me from any future service ! Lol as if after the way I was treated Id be ever returning ! Who Are These People !

Ive been coming here for many years to buy BMW, Lexus and Infiniti tires. I cant afford buy new everytime at $200 to $400 a tire and this shop ALWAYS has the right size tire in stock. Discount Tire cant even do that, takes them 24 hours to get from warehouse. (Not ideal when youre sitting there with a flat). Their prices are really good ( about $50) and the tires Ive bought last forever for being used. I usually get a Pirelli Brand for the BMW and Ive never had any tire defects. The installer has worked there for years and hes really nice.

I brought 2 used tires from them about 2 weeks ago and one of them went bad all ready. The whole tire went bad. So I wont be going there ever again.

0 stars! Stay away from buy-rite. I bought a pair of used truck tires, with a 30 day defect warranty, for $90. Drove the truck home and parked it. The next morning one tire was flat. Took the truck back 1 week later. Cesar and the manager told me that the tire had a nail in it, and that my warranty did not cover that. Took the truck to Pro Tires. Pro Tires found a plug in the tire that had failed. Buy-Rite Tires sold me a defective tire, then refused to honor the warranty.

Called to see if i could come in didnt even answer the phone....
