I like that I was able to finance 4 new tires. The warranty is great. The employees are friendly. BUT... Im a rideshare driver and need my car to make money. If you get a flat and need a quick repair, forget it. It takes a minimum of 2 hours EVERY time. This morning, my car sat for 3 hours before they even looked at it. I estimate Ive lost at least $150 or more sitting here waiting. Because of the time it takes to get a tire patched, I wont be buying tires here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would, overpriced tires that youll have to wait hours for lousy service to finally get around to. Youre better off going somewhere else if you want something simple done for your car, or theyd be likely to never service it at all unless you bother them enough.

Arrived at 8am to get 2 tires fitted. Waited 2 hours before car even hit the hoist. Then a further 45 minutes until they touched it again. FOUR HOURS LATER from arrival they finished. Thank God I didnt need to be somewhere. Absolutely appalling

If I could give this place a zero I would, worst place ever. I ordered 4 tires the day before having them installed and was told by the agent to come back the next day after 10 a.m. Tires would be ready and I would not have to wait because I had paid I full. I arrived a little before 3:30 p.m. got checked in and after 2 hours I’m told that it will take a little longer. As I’m writing this review is close to 7 pm (place closes at 6 pm) and my car is yet to be pulled to the “front of the line.” Having to wait more than 3 hours to get tires installed that I paid for in full the day before is absolutely ridiculous. Btw I was given a free regular oil change for the “miscommunication” but I plan on NEVER returning to this place. One last thing, the tires I ordered and paid for were not in the store either.

These guys are amazing.. Helped me with a patch instead of having to pay for a new tire. I was ready to drop $175 but let me know i just needed to patch it and all is good.. Great service!!!

I was not greeted or acknowledged when I entered the store. And after 5 minutes of being completely ignored I asked the only employee that was there if they could help me with an oil change and he said they were done for the day for that and I would need to come back tomorrow. Keep in mind I got there at 3 pm and the employee could’ve easily offered me to set up an appointment...I slammed the door and left

I’ve been to many Big O Tires all over the Southwest and had my vehicle serviced with Big O many times but this is place makes me never want to return to Big O Tires. Over 4 hours just to take a nail out of one tire is absolutely ridiculous. Things need to improve at this location.

Not the best experience. I went in to get 4 new tires. I was told it would be done within 2 hours. I waited 2.5 hours all to find out my car still hasnt even been moved from when I parked it. I go up to the gentleman and asked how much longer till my car gets worked on? he said they are getting it right now I wait another 30 mins. and I go to see again that its still right where I parked it. I asked for my keys to get the hell out of that place. While I was waiting in the lobby for my car to get worked on....TWO customers walked right back in after having their cars worked on by this place. Just terrible. My recommendation to this location is ...no need to give unrealistic time frames for your work. Be honest. Update people on time frames something happens that will cause further delay.

Had a great experience! Even though they were extremely busy they made sure to get my car done before they closed and I got a really good price on 3 major things I needed done. Cant remember the guy that helped me but when I do Ill make sure to add his name!

Worst service ever. Went for an alignment which I had an appointment for. Was quoted an hour. Hour passed and my car wasnt even moved. When I asked about the progress they said it was next and should only take 15 to 20 mins for my type of car. I waited 20 more minutes and my car was still not moved in. This place is a joke dont waste your time like they did mine.

Really bad service, I have warranty on my tires and took my car in since one of the tires was going totally flat. They said I had a nail in my tire and were going to patch it. Guess what? It was flat the next day again! I honestly think nothing was done to it and waited 5 hours since i was a walk in on top of that. I was so disappointed when I called to tell them what happened, they said there was no appointments until 4 days later and on top of that I was told if they can fix it again they will and refused to place a new tire when the first time I was told that if it happened again they will have to replace it. Rude tone and all!

Was denied the sale of a $160 and $200 alignment package over not wanting their shop to perform what they recommended a $600 upper control arm replacement just because they didnt want to go back a second time under the warranty of this alignment package they offer to get another alignment. I was told the tech did not want to perform the alignment because I would have to go back and have him align it again, thats why consumers buy these packages to come back whenever we feel fit and have another alignment with peace of mind that your company Big O Tires has me covered but they dont.

I had an appt to replace tires my appt was at 1130 here I am its 1:40 in the afternoon and they are still not finished putting tires on I was told an hour and a half wait I will not be back

But when I went in I received even better service from start to finish. These guys really made my day with the affordable price and outstanding incentives for buying all 4 tires. I was so pleased and happy that I am going to go there from now on tune ups and all. I am just so satisfied and pleased. I would recommend getting tires here. You guys were so AWESOME!

Never get tires or service here. I bought all four tires from this place less than 2 1/2 years ago. Ever since I got them, Ive been having issue with both the tires and the service. The day I got them installed, my car started making this rattling noise. I take the car back so they can tell me whats making the noise and they tell me they cant hear anything. When I start driving away, the noise is gone. Fine, they fixed the issue, but they were the ones who caused it in the first place and did not admit to it. Then, last summer on of the tires goes competely flat in a matter of hours. I put some air in it and make the drive to this place. I explain what happened and they take longer than they said to check it. I was still under warranty, so they would have to fix it. After they see it I get the same explanation: everything looks fine. I go home and dont have the issue in months. Fine, but once again, I have a feeling that they did something and did not tell me. Finally, about a month ago, all my tires are stsrting to go flat at different times. I dont have money to go to the mechanic, so I just put air when needed. I have to do this every two weeks or so. Yesterday I forgot to check my tires and when I was getting close to my house I heard a noise. It was my tire. I believe the tire got to this point because it was low before I left home, but Ive NEVER seen a 2 year old tire do this! Dont buy anything from Big O Tires, especially from this location!

RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! I bought my car in because it was shaking badly at over 65 mph. They sold me services I didnt need to fix the issue I was having.They told me I needed engine mounts and a bunch of other engine parts. I had to take out a 1900 dollar Snap Finance loan to cover all the repairs.I get my car back and its WORSE THAN BEFORE!!!My Fiance went up there and insisted they fix the issue.Come to find out all it was ... was a bad rear tire which was already covered under warrantyThey told me they did not test drive my vehicle to ensure the problem I complained to them about was fixedThey tried to blame me saying it may have been a communication issueI asked how much more details can I give them if Im telling them my car is shaking badly over 65 mph???? You would think they would do all that is necessary to make sure they are giving me the BEST service. Especially if they charging me 1900 dollars????I feel like if they had diagnosed my issue correctly I would not be stuck with a 1900 dollar loan.I feel like they took advantage of me. I am super disappointed because I was a long time customer of theirs.Now I dont trust them to tell me the truth about whats wrong with my vehicle

Me and my husband went to this big o today just for a flat repair we had them look at the tires on it to make sure we didnt need new ones he went out and looked said that we needed a front end alignment. or need shocks told him i didnt think so he told me he was doing this for 22 years . i didnt believe him so took it to discount tire had them check it did not need an alignment or new tires . i feel they were trying to drum up business i feel they are just there to rip you off. I would not reccommend this big o for nothing they just lost my business because i will never go back.

Just had 2 of my vehicles serviced today, and because of the CSR Edger, will absolutely be back from now on. Had a small issue, and he went above and beyond to resolve it. I know this place has had issues with customer service in the past ( and with me as well ) but you should give them another chance. I honestly think they are working hard to address every concern. Im a manager myself, and know great employees when I see them, and this young man Edger is a rock star. Only wish I had a few more Edgers on my staff. Went as far as calling his delivery guy to get my tire in time to be changed before they closed for the day. Thanks to all the hard workers that got me back on the road!! These men have been performing all the upkeep on my cars for the past 10 years and have always been wonderful. I cant tell all you single women what a relief it is to go to a mechanic shop and not feel as if Im being take advantage of.

Average price for my tires.. Horrible tech service. Tech was caught on his phone when he should have been working on my Explorer.... I spent about 3 hours waiting from start to finish. I do not recommend this location. The gentleman at the front counter was nice and professional though. Only reason why Im giving 2 stars

They told me my tire had a nail in it too close to the sidewall to patch, despite the fact that i showed it to them, clearly in the middle of the tread and they even marked it with chalk. then they told me a two hour wait, which inexplicably turned into 5 hours because they sold me a tire that was out of stock and they had to ship it from the warehouse- without informing me of this development. they just let me sit for an extra hour until i asked if there was a problemif its in the tread, patch your own tire, and change your own oil. its really easy, and this place wont be faster and definitely not cheaper

I walk bye here all the time and they have lots of people go to them. They are always working and had not once seen them not working so I think they must be good at what they do to have so many costamers.

August 29th was such a crazy day getting a flat, waiting out in the heat for three hours with no tow in sight. I decided to brace myself and drive my bare rimmed tire down to 75th and Thomas where there was this place. Edgar and his team litterally dropped what they were doing to help me out and get me in the shop with little to no wait. Honestly, this pandemic has shown the true colors of people and it’s mostly been bad. Edgar and his team and big o made me feel like this world does have good people in it. Honestly, this big o tire will forever be in my debt and I will forever be so grateful for what this team and Edgar did. Thank you guys for everything. Best service I have gotten anywhere. Seriously guys thank you!

Went for a brake job @ 11 AM was told my car should be ready by 3 PM. Went back to get my car @ 3:30 PM and they hadnt even started my car. I had to leave and come back the next morning because I needed to use my car. The brake job is now done, so far seems like good work. I am just upset because they wasted a lot of my time!

Came in for an Uber Inspection. There were stating that my vehicle needed some front in work. So just to Today I went to go to the dealership to get an oil change and showed him the paper work that needed to be done. They informed me there is nothing wrong with my front end from the DEALERSHIP!!! I would be very cautious with this company stating not true facts. Unless they dont know their vehicles.Will not return to this company again for Mechanical work.

I showed up at 7:05am, 5 mins after they opened at 7am on a Saturday which they said is for walk ins, no appointments scheduled only walk ins are seen. I just needed an oil change. It wasnt finished until 11am. I mustve been like the 3rd person in line but others were done before me. No updates were given or a apologies offered and then they have the nerve to tell me I need an alignment (which I didnt) that would cost $90 and they could do it if I was there another hour. No thank you. Will not return and dont recommend.

RIDICULOUS wait times. I made one of thier earliest appointments 8am since I have children who enter school at 9:15. I was told it would take 15-20 min. It took them over 2 hours to patch up my tire. Hi you guys the fam and I just left from repairs. So far so good. To early to truly tell. Big O Tires from the jump they knew what they were talking about. The competition usually is too busy. They got our did as fast as we brought being 4 hours later. At least it saved me a whole day. Im happy and also I inquired on different vehicle. They was nice enough to refer me to someone that Id only hope is as Professional as them. There prices was fair.😏👍 The Whole staff was on point.

3 1/2 hours for an oil change? I Feel like my time was wasted. Great oil change special but Id rather spend more money for faster service. As I was waiting I saw 3 employees attempting to unlock a vehicle with a Jimmy. Does it, should it take three? Thought to myself Those other two could probably work on something to speed up the process as there where several patrons waiting for more than 2 hours. I repeatedly requested an update on completion and felt that every response lacked urgency. Location did not have any respect of customers time. Ill never go back. Ive already told friends a family members of my experience.

So I brought our S UV to have a tire plug and 2 new tires put on front of our vehicle. I was there about 9:30 a.m. closer to 10 We were thinking a 3 hour at most experience. Well we were wrong and was able to finally pick up our vehicle around 8:30 p.m.. D guy at the counter his name is Ken I expressed to him my frustration. He explained to me that they had 3 employees actually walk out as soon as I left he himself was in the shop changing tires and helping out and he is a front desk guy. He also explained to me that he was supposed to pick up his children at 5 oclock, and here he was still working. I just want to say that he is awesome the nicest guy and didnt even need to explain all that to me but he did. So I recommend this place if you are not in a hurry, but you will get the greatest experience ever. Also I want to command the owner who said that he would take care of them for what they did tonight I recommend he split the wages of the 3 guys that walked out and give it to Ken and the other guy Gary. Got a flat. AAA got my car towed there by 5:00pm today (a Saturday) and they had the tire done by 6 pm even thought they were pretty busy. The tire only cost a total of $106 with installment and they didnt try to sell me anything else. Just got me what I needed quickly, professionally and reasonably priced. I will definitely go back when I need more tires.

My wife called and waited almost an hour to make an appointment. We get here as soon as they open on Sunday and I am still waiting 3 hours later. The workers lost my keys so they couldnt put the truck up then 20 Minutes later when I go to ask what the eta is and if they found my keys they said no sorry were busy bro theres alot of people ahead of you. I was one of the first ones in and with an appointment only to be told they dont do appointments on the weekends. In the 3 hours I have been here, I have heard people come back and complain about an exaust they replaced that is hanging uneven, liquid leaking into someones trunk, and tires splitting apart. But the guys were real buddy buddy with some younger kids in their age group giving discounts and what not. Kids they obviously knew. And they even unpsold a n old lady who only spoke Spanish on oil changes and tires that were way more then she anticipated spending without getting her consent they just said trust me it will be better long term. All in English. So shady here .But when I ask how long it will be because I have been here for 3 hours im treated like an inconvenience. The Guy who helped me first was great.. everyone else is rude and take their sweet time and the problem with the appoitment is horrendous. I will go out of my way to tell people to go to discount tire or even a used tire shop. Thats what happens when you hire a bunch of little high school kids to do adult jobs.

I came in to get my van worked on before a big family trip. Ken was so amazing he went above and beyond to make sure that we would be safe and everything would be ok. I will not go anywhere else thank you so much Ken .

It the first time I go there and it was great. They help me quick, a mechanic was changing me 150 just to have a look at the A/c and tell me was wrong with it Not even fix it and the people at “ BIG O TIRES” didn’t try to rip me off. I got a discount from them and got my A/C fixed for just $205 with an oil change. In my Honda they fixed my A/C problems with a simple services on it and they replaces the fuse that was causing my A/C controls not to work . I also got a service on my truck . They do really good work . B was the one who help me and I’m definitely going back from now on!

Employees are polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable about their trade. Like going here for a lot of things such as oil changes and new radials. Currently getting a front end alignment. I had an enjoyable and painless experience. Plus free coffee for customers which is a HUGE plus!

My experience here was outstanding. I called and spoke with Alicio, and he was very pleasant and invited me to bring my car in, whenever I could, to buy 4 new tires. When I arrived I was greated and assisted by B and I tell you he was an angel from beginning to end. B offered me to leave the car with them and come back or to stay and wait it out for the 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait, and I decided to stay. Their work was beyond great. The guys took care of both my husbands car and mine (different day, also different year, make and model). Their work as well as their professionalism was impeccable. It was a long wait, but I understand that they were swamped with other cars that came ahead of me and the wait was definitely worthwhile. They took very good care of me AND my car. Even offering me beverages (ice cold water, Gatorade and etc) throughout the wait. My advice to future patrons would be to have patience, be respectful and try to set aside time in your day for this, if possible. If not, be willing to drop off your vehicle and pick up next day, if you can. Also, YOU DONT accomplish anything with crude and hateful words. These Men are not dumb nor are they incompetent. If you can calm down and be flexible, theyll be more than willing to help and work something out with you. They work very hard and THEY ARE an ESSENTIAL establishment to this and surrounding communities. It was EXTREMELY hot and they were very courteous to me and my husband. I immensely appreciate them for their hard work as well as the attention that they gave from beginning to end on BOTH cars. I will be back in the future and will tell EVERYONE of their excellent service, prices, products and professionalism. I wish that I could go on and on, but youll find out for yourself when you visit. They offer a early bird oil special for 16.99 comes out to roughly $22 and change if I recall correctly. Had it done in about an hour after being told maybe hour and a half to two. Been there a few times people are friendly and good customer service as of yet. Early bird applies to certain vehicles and is offered m-f before noon first come first serve.

Wish you guys would be more realistic on your wait times. Almost 4hrs for tire rotation and a an alignment check. Was told 15 more minute wait to reset the dashboard, that turned into an hour. Plus my car was ready and no one bothered to let me know even tho I was in the lobby. Friendly staff but I dont think theyre very considerate when it comes to its customers.

I went there for many years and received great, honest service. I went Christmas eve and got my oil changed. Before I took it there, when I started my car it was so quiet one had to listen closely to hear it running. After the oil change, it was loud when started up. It sounds as though my exhaust has been loosened somewhere at the engine. Will not go there again.Several days later, I found out that the exhaust flex duct had been cracked and I called and spoke to the owner, Jerry, who told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. Took it in. The manager, Gary, kept telling me that he didnt know how they could have done it, and he refused to fix it. This is unreliable and dishonest. I recommend that people go elsewhere for reliable and honest service.

I had quite the experience with Big O but in the end they took care of me, specifically Braulio B he really cares and made sure I was taken care of. They are extremely busy for a reason, great service and staff who cares.

Waiting 2.5 hours for oil change. Never got done. Finally left. Arrived at 8 am. 2 people ahead of me. When I left those 2 still waiting. They took other customers after me to install tires. I bought 4 tires there so I went back. Seems they are more Interested in new customers rather than taking care of existing customers. Horrible le service. When said I couldnt wait any longer, no apology at all. Just handed the keys without saying anything
