Picked up neighbor when he was to get car fixed. neighbor took car here several times for servicing, and three times, the car wasnt serviced as physicals that day. its definitely a not return.

Very welcoming place with great prices compared to a lot of other shops I went too. Xavier hooked my truck up nicely and sent me pics after it was done. Had a co worker about his great experience here. Before I got here my best quote out the for four brand new tires mounted and balanced was $450 but they didnt have them in stock. Went to 602 Autosports. They had them in stock and it was $375 and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Needed a 6 lug spacer that was nearly impossible to find. Someone recommended 602 Autosports, called and they had the exact spacer i needed to fit my wheels. Definitely recommend will recommend to others.

Dont go to this place if you want to keep your car I went for one thing and left with a fire. Most importantly I couldve lost my life fire burned through my break lines and I couldnt stop. Shop feels they are not responsible for damages and arent willing to pay for damages. Its not even so much about the money its the principle. I dont recommend anyone to deal with or do business with people like this have a good day and stay blessed

602 autosports, Although I had satisfied visits. One bad visit and I was done. I took my 2013 Mitsubishi outlander for a transmission flush since it had never had one and I was going to go on a road trip through the desert with my kids, I requested a transmission flush. I did not get a transmission flush because they said my transmission fluid was good. After my vehicle transmission dying in the desert with my kids, I had the transmission flushed at my destination and found it black, and dirty. The transmission was broken beyond repair and I had to buy a new vehicle while out of state all because they claim the transmission fluid was good but its black. Thus Im still paying for the work that was conducted on the car that I no longer have, due to the lack of 602 NOT KNOWING the difference between black bad Transmission fluid and good red fluid. I went from being a lifetime customer to never, ever going back there again. I had to buy a new car, how sad! Ive been mad and still l am upset Everytime I see the withdraw from my account!

I brought in my Silverado that I had just purchased with “new tires” but the ride was absolute trash and my moms car needed tires too. We brought in both our cars for some All Terrain Falken Wildpeaks. My teeth no longer rattle on the freeway, both of our cars are extremely smooth now thanks to 602. Xavier and the people up front were extreme cool and friendly, the tech who worked on my car was a younger guy, seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He had them on in no time.

These guys took care of me today. I busted my front strut off roading and Im visiting and desperately needed to get it fixed to get it home. The was an issue finding the part, because no one had one, but luckily Shorty was able to find the Bilstein I needed. They did a great job on the repair and afterwards even gave an alignment. All this was for barely over $300, with part. Bilstein shock replacement and an alignment. Well the truck drives great and I feel very safe and confident driving back home

These guys gave me the best price, 200 lower than the other shops and their service was great. I came in at 5:25pm and was out the door by 6:00. No fuss and no run around. Sal graciously looked on the back and simply GAVE me one for free. He didnt have to and my son and I had just came back from Autozone who wanted $14.99 for a pack of 4, when we only needed one. I needed a tire looked at because it was low, saw the review of the woman who felt these guys treated her fairly, so I went by to have them check out my tire. they showed my where my tire was leaking and that it needed to be replaced, and showed me a decent used one. I didnt have the money they asked for so he lowered the price so I could be on my way. I feel I was treated fairly and was given a good price for the tire. their customer service was very good. This is a car shop that really cares about its costomers. They always do a great job in fixing my car.

Good honest guys. They do good work and if they miss something they will make it right. I took my brand new truck in for a leveling kit and alignment which turned out great. Then i sent my son that way to get his truck done and although the kit would not fit I asked them to do an alignment on it but when my son got home he told me it was pulling too the right. I called them the next morning and they said bring it in and they would take care of it first thing so we did and got it right on the machine and they found one of the bolts were loose they tightened everything up and re did the alignment and we were on our way with no issues. We are all human and makes mistakes but not all people will jump back in to make it right. Therefore they get 5 stars from this customer and I will return.

I Was in the waiting area for about 15 mins. I was looking into getting prices on tires for my 2016 Silverado 2500. Finally a guy walked in From a back door gets a cell phone off the counter and asked me if I been helped ? I say NO then he replied I’ll get someone then Walked out. Very friendly, will come back with my other car.Update 9/20/19 - got my alignment today, really took it because steeringwheel was at 45 degree angle but went straight, turns out it was off a bit on alignment but needed to be corrected to the steering wheel and the steering sensor was showing the slip and vdc off on the dash. They were able to reset the sensor too, didnt need to take to the dealer which would charge over 150 just for that. My 08 G35 is running smooth and perfectly straight with 158k mile. Im very impressed with their level of service. They are my tire and alignment shop for me. Thank you 👍

If your looking for an alignment shop dont even consider 602 Autosports. They will sell you all this stuff you dont need. They have no idea what they are doing. Dont buy into their story. I gave them two opportunities to perform a simple front end wheel alignment. I even show the counter guy the print and told him the car couldnt be aligned based on the print out they gave me after they did the work. They actually think some of the public is so stupid they dont understand a wheel alignment print out. The car left their shop worse then it went in. Buyer Beware!
