Jason in service has one kind of a attitude!
Brought my car in for an oil change and it was a very easy and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t have an appointment which was no problem. They got me paired with a specialist that told me everything about what they were doing. They had a great waiting room with comp water and pastries for you to enjoy while you wait. Checkout was easy and they go over your bill with you so you understand everything. They give you a detailed report of all findings and recommendations so you can keep your car running smooth and issue free. Highly recommend and will be bringing my car back to get all my maintenance and preventative measures taken care of.
Took my truck in for service and brakes at 7am, Never got it done that day. Next day supposedly had it done at 4pm. However had not rotated the tires or filled fluids. Had to bring it back and wait the next day for it to get done. After leaving discovered that they had not checked/adjusted the air pressure so my front tires had 80psi and rear 60. Just fixed myself. Only positive, they did give me a rental. Also gave me a card good for a free service for the problems. However when it was time to get service again, I left Craig 3 messages to get it scheduled and never got a call back
I had a very completed issue and an advisor (Alen) was working with this issue professionally. I’m glad to fix my vehicle there and they deserve 5/5 starts.
Went in for an oil change and it took 2 hours, my service advisor never met with me afterward, my car was covered in some strange white substance, I was not contacted when my car was finished. Will not be returning.**UPDATE** I was contacted by a higher up at this location and they were adamant about remedying the situation. Its good to see that they do indeed want to fix mistakes that occur. Due to this, Ive upped from 1 star to 3
Would highly recommend people staying away from the service department here. I ran over a nail on a Wednesday morning and came in and had them look at my tire to see what was wrong with it. They didnt look at my tire and just put some air into it to make the sensor not go off anymore while telling me nothing was wrong with it. I even asked if there was a nail in it and the service guy said no. That same night it was flat again and went back in and of course it was closed. I then went back in the following afternoon due to working night shift. I came in at 230 that afternoon and wasnt able to leave until about 520 just about making me late for work. Waited close to 3 hours for them to patch my tire that they ended up somehow puncturing so they put my spare tire on instead. They did correct it by replacing the tire but only telling me they were doing me a favor by it. (shouldnt that be an expectation to fix your own mistake?) After I got off work Saturday morning I decided to go back in and get the new tire put on. They told me I would be given priority and would be at the front of the line. That morning I waited over an hour for them to just put 1 tire on my truck that they already had in the back. They then forgot to put on the spare tire lock so I had to go back in AGAIN. The techs didnt even know how to put it into the tailgate and one didnt even know what it was. All said and done with numerous phone calls (getting hung up on once), 5 different times of going into the service department, and over 5 hours of waiting it was done just bc I had a nail in my tire.
Car maintenance and/or troubles are never fun. However, every time i come to Camelback Fords Quicklane, I am met with friendly professionals who always take time to listen to your concerns and find the best solution for you.
