Bought a compressor from here and was not told i needed the whole kit for it to be warrantied so the compressor already went bad in under a year and i paid $300 for it. What a shady company. They said it was on my receipt the guy i purchased it from wrote me a receipt he did not print a receipt for me. Really frustrating save your money and go somewhere that warranties parts. Buy it anywhere but here.FYI MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE

Great experience! Got my AC hose spot welded while I waited a very short time! Greeted me when I came in. Saved me hundreds of dollars!Only issue was the phone IVR says theyre open on Saturday and they werent when I went, so I had to wait till Monday.

Bought a brand new compressor from them on Thursday. Asked for dryer receiver and expansion valves. Being that it was for a volvo the vin# and volvo part numbers didnt work for them. They dont have the cross reference charts for volvo at least.So they send my driver away with just the compressor, I take it to a shop install new expansion valves and dryer receiver, A/C doesnt work. Turns out its an inside short per the mechanic ( ac clutch will not engage).I call today to get a replacement cus igs literally brand new. They say no. You did not purchase the dryer and expansion valves. I said but the mechanic changed those and flushed the system.They say no, that automatically voids the warranty.(1st time ever I hear that the expansion valve or the dryer receiver can cause an A/C clutch to fail)I say but I asked for them and you like me couldnt figure out which ones I need.The guy hangs up the phone.Posted is the receipt from Thursday

This store is an amazing resource for our region. I have an older diesel suburban with rear a/c. I couldnt find the a/c hose I needed anywhere, with some places attempting to sell me the wrong part from the gasoline version of my suburban. AAPAK assured me over the phone that they could help me, so I went in. They custom made me a hose for a better price than the other parts houses wrong part and had it done next day. They also stocked the accumulator, o-rings, and specific oil I needed to proper complete the job. They were super helpful and I will not go anywhere else for my automotive a/c needs again.

The people there are really there to help. We could not find the hose and ends we needed any where but they built it for us.Very happy.

Its a good place to get AC related parts. I bought a AC condenser for my vehicle. Price was reasonable. Parking to the store is very limited, it has a very small parking lot.

Even when I worked at OReilly Auto Parts, with my employee discount I could get my entire A/C system for half what I could get it for at AAPAK, not even exaggerating. I still went here for my parts, and still do.The customer service, parts quality, and knowledge the employees have about the product they sell is enough to gain my business... even when I was a guy selling parts behind a counter myself.

DO NOT BUY A COMPRESSOR FROM AAPAK. They will not warranty it unless you let them squeeze more money from you for a new metering device and an accumulator/dryer. I happen to work in the HVAC/R industry and can say with the utmost certainty that there is absolutely no reason to replace these other two parts other than greed! Id give less than one star if it would let me. SHAME ON AAPAK FOR SELLING CRAP PARTS AND THEM REFUSING TO WARRANTY A PART THAT THEY SOLD ME TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AGO ON A BULLSHIT STIPULATION THAT WASNT MENTIONED WHEN I BOUGHT THE COMPRESSOR!!! AAPAK SUCKS!!!!

Took a part in off our ac they welded what needed to be and cleaned the part. When we got the part back a part that was fine was now leaking. When I called they said they didnt touch that part. Contacting the powers that be. My daughter works hard shes a single mom with a baby and one on the way and she paid $70 for welding and had to go spend another $40 to fix the same part. I wont recommend this place ever
